I ordered a shoe at Infinity mall Bata showroom in Malad on 27/2/23. Neither the shoe were delivered nor I received the refund. I went to showroom again but he told that I have to apply online refund which I had already done. After talking to customer care service thrice with ref no 531737 I am yet to get the refund. It is cheating by Bata. One should never order online shoes.

On 27th March 2023, I purchased sandals from the BATA showroom. Price 1500rs.i used 1 day, and within a month it got damaged.
I contacted a nearby shop(18th April 2023). i asked refund. they told refund policy is not there.If you want you to exchange it. you contact customer care.
And they blaming me only for damages.
I personally suggest my experience with BATA is the worst.
Compared to BATA products outside items are 100 times better.
Simply we will pay and purchase showroom items at least they don't have the courtesy.
They are not ready to listen also. they treat like they gave freely.such a idiot BATA.
Hello, I m priyanka pandey, I have purchased women formal black shoes on 21st mar 2023, from kandiwali grovil mall east mumbai, bata showroom, the shoes was not shuit on my foot, my foot was paining and swelled, so I have visit 3 Time's there, after call customer care service, but the request was denied, from there and customer care also denied for return or exchange the shoes. I m very frustrated for this, I have planed that I will never visit in bata ,

I purchased sandals on 6 -03-2023 and travelled to Delhi , to my surprise I found one sandal was not stitched and the belt was fixing. I came back on 21-03-2023 and took my sandals to Bata showroom , the took the sandals and gave them yesterday with repairing the complaint. Bata is worse there days. My contact number is 9989948899
Bought a pair of Sandals from Hyderabad A.S. Rao Nagar branch on 11Mar2023 and had to return on 16Mar2023, both the sandals started cracking within just 5 days. At stores the manager/in charge Azar and Navin, they both know only to provide the worst customer support, their reply was like this 'you bought a product, now get out from the store'
I got a Bata shoe from keelkatalai chennai 6 months before. The bottom shoe sole ripped off. I went and checked for any replacement. They informed that, they have only 3 months of warranty. They also informed that it will cost 800 rs to replace the sole. The product cost
Close to 3000 RS.Dont even think of getting a shoe from Bata.Their service is also pathetic.
Scam and fraud company. Scam company taking huge money over the MRP. After raising complaint against the fraud company, they are told me this is under policy , they are scam with the customer in this way . It is mentioned in the policy.
I purchase on 20 Jan return on 29 Jan now these is a 9 Feb I didn't receive my money yet

I went to bata show room yesterday, after getting a msg of flat 50% discount from their site. On reaching I came to know that it was only on selected items only
I had 150 points to be redemeed atva bata shop on my next purchase.
But this authorised Bata dealer at Nizampura, vadodara, 390002
Said he cannot as he has not paid the eequisit money to Bata company ..

Marie Claire product bought from showroom in Kolkata City Centre 2. Horribly uncomfortable and makes a pathetic noise while walking. Just wiped the soul and ask them to take return. While wiping their cheap black polish was gone for which they did not accept my return. Fraud people.Dont ever buy any Marie Claire products. Bata my foot!!!

I had placed an online order for women’s sandals on Dec 22nd. I later decided to cancel the order but shockingly, there was no direct cancel option on website and I had to call the customer care to get cancellation but, even after requesting cancellation, they failed to cancel it and it came out for delivery. I had to reject the parcel.
After I thought this was over, I was surprised to see no updates on the website. No mention of the cancellation and refund. I had to keep calling every 2 days but still, their usual response was to wait 2 days to process it but it never got cancelled and I never got my refund.
After that 15 days, I get a call saying we tried delivering the product but due to delays, we are cancelling it. I became furious. No coordination between staff in bata. Now also, I have to call everyday to try to get my money back and buy there seems to be no end to this.
Please don’t buy from their website ever
I have not seen such bad customer service from any company till date, I had ordered on 11th December and returned it on 22nd December but till now I have not received the money
I've placed a Showroom order for a Grey Scandal. They stated that it will be delivered in 4 days. Three days later, I received multiple SMS messages informing me that "Your order has been delivered." But I still haven't gotten my order. I raised the issue with customer service. They kept insisting that they had delivered your order. They also mentioned that it might be a technical problem. If they have technical problems, I don't understand why they are delivering SMS in this manner. I also requested a prompt resolution of the problem or a return of my money. Instead, they advised me to hold off for an additional two days in order to hear back from the BATA support staff. Additionally, the customer service representatives are clueless and keep asserting that there is nothing they can do in the event of a technical fault.
Using bata since childhood but now the quality has degraded so much...bought naturalizes just a week back and the buckle making got out of its pace...I would never recomend buying bata to anyone

Bata is still living in the primitive old era, Where businesses could get money from a customer's pocket with zero refund whatsoever. Once they bill you and if you try to return it within seconds of the purchase they will make you buy anything from the store even if you don't need it BUT WOULD NOT GIVE CASH REFUND
In today's time, almost every brand is going to replace or cash refunds, Bata still continues to live in that era where a foreign brand abused India, thinking Indians to be stupid customers.

With reference to your concern, we would like to inform you that we provide 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects highlighted to us within 90 days of purchase and in case of color or size issues, an exchange option can be availed within 45 days of purchase for unused articles. However, no cash refund is allowed once the article is purchased.

They have sent us a pair of Power shoes with one shoe of size 7 and another of 8. When requesting return, they say that your order status is still shipped and only after the status gets updated to delivered we will initiate the return process. It has been more than a month and no response from their end, my money and time both have been wasted. Never order from them.
