Bata Footwear

I bought a pair of bata sandals form the nearest store on 11th oct 2023. Within 1 day, the cushion part of the sandal started chipping off. I was wearing it hardly for 15-20 mins each day. By the end of the week, the sandal looks like it was bought few years ago. It cost me 1.3k. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I was offered 15% discount on my birthday. I went to buy on 24th August 2023. The shoes in the store room had few price tags and the sales representative mentioned arbitrary prices. After trusting Bata for decades bought the shoes, paid for shoe insurance, they said the invoice would be sent via email. There has been no invoice, so even the insurance does not work and I found that the cost of shoes in other stores online and offline was Rs. 300 less. When I complained to complained to Bata about this price difference they say prices can be different. Bata doesn't put price tags, increases the price by 20% and sells it at a 15% special discount. I will never buy Bata products though we have been trusted Bata customers since the last 40 years.

I brought one shoes before four month only hardly I wear that shoe for 6 or 7 time but upper thin layer of come out....almost 2500rs.

I bought a bata slippers 6 months for 499 and within 3 months their pasting wore out and i have to stick it with fewi quick but even after sticking every other day they lasted just for another 3 months

My relaxo slippers(?-300) used to last for 2 years easily butexperience with bata is pathetic

Never ever buy any bata product . They are cheap quality and overpriced .

I bought shoes from bata on last week of April from Bata showroom, Kanhangad, Kasaragod, Kerala, and it broke last week. Was expecting a good quality from Bata brand snd its like totally disappointing. When I raised a complaint with the merchant they said its already 3 months and they dont have any warranty after that and asked to mail yo customer care. Very poor quality of product s selling.

I purchased a small slingbag from bata store which they say have 3 months of warranty. The zipper was not working at all after a few days, so we called customer care we visited store but still they did not repair it properly. They store people and customer care people also do not respond properly to the raised queries and will keep asking you to visit store. They were like you can visit other store if this store is not helping, then why do you claim yourself as a brand at national level. Why do you promise customers at the time of purchase. Also, even after visiting store many times they never repaired it properly. Now the purchased product is useless. Its not even over warranty period still its useless because they are not helpful at all.

I had been to coimbatore last week qnd unfortunately my sandal broke so I had to purchase a footwear and I saw 50% sale in Bata store (Prozone mall). MRP was Rs. 1699 and I got it at 50% discount for Rs.849. Used it for a day and on the 2nd day I could see wrinkles and also the inner layer. This was unexpected and I visited the store and asked thom for a replacement or a new shoe and would like to pay the dofference also. But they denied and said that we cannot replace or exchange as it was in Sale. This raises a question whether their footwear in the sale are all of low quality. They have such a bad policy that the customer ends up bearing the loss.

It's very worst experienced I ever faced.I bought Bata FLOATZ MEN sliders on Tirunelveli showroom, Tamilnadu.I bought around 04.03.2023 and used one month after few days sliders got shrinked from size 8 to 6 .I can't wear it, I asked about this issue from showroom on 27.06.2023, they informed me we don't know about this issue , and then I wrote a complaint to Bata and mail and called them . simply they said sorry for inconvenience I bought it from 3 monts back only.This is purely manufacturers fault.They don't like to replace it.so please friends don't buy Bata products.It's not worth for money and quality is very very worst.

The color of the rain footwear was bleeding and made my feet red.

After writing to them, they reverted saying because of the wear and tear. It was not even a month I bought the footwear and wore it thrice only.

Such a loser and fraud brand n company.

Before Bata Brand shoes are really durable and comfortable but now it become bad to worst as its quality is getting poor day by day even there is no guaranty of the product you bring.

Bata appears to have forgotten ethics of business.Bought a pair of Hush puppies from BATA store , priced at 2999/- and the store gave it to me stating that BATA has a policy of 10% discount.Where as when I see website BATA is offering 20%.How can BATA store and website have same product prices differently.Plus the store charges me 6/- more for a paper bag which I didn't even take.I paid having faith in the name of BATA.

Heyy guys, brought this product a while ago and it's been 3 days that i have used it. After just wearing it for 3 days this is what it looks like. We asked for a exchange or a refund to which they responded saying that they have never seen a case like this which means they are surely ducking the fact that it was a useless material. This brand is a complete scam they don't not provide good quality and provide 0 warranty even tho it's mentioned.
