The vendor is worst fellow. We selected 3 pairs of sandels and took time 10 minutes. 1 for my Kid, 1 for my wife and 1 for myself rupees 1299, 1699, 2499. At the time of billing we asked the vendor to remove 2499 sandel and make bill remaining 2 pairs. Then he threw the sandel infront of us and he said that this is not our budget to purchase and he said we wasted his time and asked to leave the store. When we asked him this is not a way to treat the customer, he said dont teach me how to do businesses. I told him dont say getout, Even I am with my family with Kid, but he stlll said getout from his store. I felt very bad. I strongly insist dont visit Dilsukhnagar Bata store.

I visited with my family on bata shoes to buy atleast 3 pairs of shoes. We asked for the size we liked on the display, if available.?

It's been half an hour waiting for them , inbetween we asked so many times to bring the size of the selected sandals and shoes. But they won't respond.

Meanwhile a girl came with catchy outlook.The staff went for her service but won't came for us . We also wore decent clothes but not that catchy doesn't mean that staff wouldn't serve us .

But it's true and bitter reality i thought 🤔 if we are not seems to be rich we are not allowed to enter or to be served.

Really pathetic 😡

They take 1 month to deliver a shoe , no follow up, no updates useless n clueless staff, poor performance and disgusting service

The Owner was really friendly and the workers are awesome ??very happy with their gesture. And Bata is all top super quality. Ready to visit again and again ?Satisfied customer ?

I bought a Bata shoe of Rs 1999.00 and after few months the shoe skin got peeled off like a local shoe

I am writing to the Customer care to let me know if it is a Leather Shoe or not but no response

School shoes not available this is rediculas , bata is always ghata...pata nahi kyu khol rakha hai ..very poor experience, kabhi bata purchase karna hi nahi hai...ek common school shoes nahi rakh sakte ..

I'm suggest don't visit...bad experience n no proper knowledge...argument n fake promises...from now stop using bata product because of worst management ??

I visited Bata shop at MG Road, Cochin few weeks back. I purchased items worth of Rs 10000. I normally shop from this shop every year around this amount for my family. 2 items damaged after wearing once. I taken this item and they refused to replace or refund. The manager and other staff were very rude and unprofessional. I will never visit this shop again. They need to have some professional staff with some common sense. Please avoid going this place. Finally I left the item in the shop

Bought it in january 2023 . And it got damage in 3 months.. claim date (90 days) exceeded 15 days only.. Will never go to bata outlet again.. Disappointed ??

I purchased shoes yesterday evening -there is basically no queue system at the billing section -any person can enter from any side and pay their bills-irrespective of the person waiting since long -and when asked the cashier , he didn’t even bother to respond -about the queue-such a non responsive cashier who has no respect to customers , will just divert u from goin g into the showroom in the future again-I wanted to come back and purchase another pair of shoes-we had kept waiting-but just got irritated with the incident

So if the company wants your customers to come back -please change the cashier or teach ur staff some manners….

Bought ketos on 26 Jan 2023 from vaishali branch in the evening. Next day afternoon came to change as the ketos were defective. But to my surprise they did not changed saying that you put insole in it. When I purchased i checked with insole and salesperson showed according to it. One foot is good and other is getting loose.... called customer service from the shop took twenty minutes and said can't change...that is y people are not going to bata to waste money on cheap products they keep

I had purchased a mocassino shoe from Bata Phoenix city mall pune on 3rd December. In less than a month the heel broke into 2 pieces and bottom parts of both heels has started peeling off in less than 15 days. The shoe was purchased at 20% discount. The store sales person and store manager at the time of purchase confirmed that there is a 90 days warranty. I had asked whether there is any manufacturing defect for the discount. the answer was model is being phased out, hence the discount.

I had bought it as felt that Bata as a brand will not cheat me by selling a defective product. But I was wrong.

I went to Bata store at 4D Square mall in Ahmedabad on 2nd january for showing them the defective shoe. It is probably company owned and operated store.

the store manager said nothing can be done about the product. it must have been defective. He also said that the same shoe is now available for 50% discount. He said company policy, no exchange, warranty on discount products. You can call the customer care and they will say the same thing to you. He also said why have you come to this store. I had to tell him that the warranty is applicable all over India.

I finally left the shoe at the 4D Square mall store and left in just socks.

The store manager had no courtesy to talk properly or even attempt to help me in anyway. His stance was it was my mistake and company policy, hence nothing can be done.

If a shoe can break in less than a month and heels peel off in pieces in less than 15 days, then obviously it had a manufacturing defect. Can a company disown such thing?

My faith in Bata is finished.

I was a loyal customer of Bata for 50 years(from the age of 10 to 60 years now) . Never have worn any other brand shoe.

I do not think this will even get a response from the senior management at Bata. But the least I can do is to make other customers aware of what they are getting when buying a Bata Product.

The company will make a standard response if at all they do, saying we are sorry and some other English. I am not hopeful of a proper response.

Taken formal Shoes 25 days back, wherein they got repaired twice. Used only thrice and when requesting for replacement the store Manager says it will not be replaced as per policy and will repair which already had been repaired

Erragadda Bata delivery executive denied door delivery after the payment which agreed , moreover, persone denied verify products ag the timeof delivery when called customer care they to said same can't verify have to accept without checking.. overall worst service by sales , delivery and sales executives
