Bansal Hospital is one of the West places to visit for any kind of illness if you have. My experience with Dr. zubair Khan was the worst. Upon showing my medical symtoms he made a disgusting gesture and illtreated me. Without any proper medical diagnosis and have discussed my medical condition in detail he claimed that I was HIV positive. Having heard him I was devasted

This hospital only robs money, where patients are robbed only in the name of treatment.Bansal Hospital is just a show-off hospital, the treatment is zero, the attitude of their manager Nishant or Shashikant, whoever is, is not acceptable at all.If you tell them about the disorders in their hospital, then they say get your patient discharged.Looting lakhs of rupees in five days in the name of treatment and after that they say to get discharged.Bansal Hospital in Bhopal is doing its arbitrariness, the government should pay attention to it.

Quite a conservative hospital.The doctors are frightened and demotivated....what to expect of boosting patients' morale. Even in a novel disease like corona...they were frightened to experiment with even safe drugs in the name of guidelines which themselves kept on changing...did not give ivig and plasma to my mother who ultimately died in the name of guidelines...other renowned hospitals were quite dynamic and tailored treatment as per the requirement of patients.

Their ENT and neuro department is quite pathetic. One dr bhadoria doesnt even know how to perform nasal endoscopy. Diagnosis is of poor quality. Wheneven some challenging procedure comes she calls her son in law from hamidia to do the procedure as she cant do anything.

Their ICU service is also of poor standards....very few qualified doctors...i am afraid they are using BAMS and homeopathy quacks. icu perfect for contracting secondary infection as everybody is allowed without shoe cover and dustbins surgicals wastes etc are kept near patiends in icu itself......no care at all.....waste your money and lose your loved ones here. One nursing staff for more than 5 beds in icu is unimaginable. This was because they opened several centres like saklecha etc to seize the opportunity of earning money when they had no resources to handle even the main centres. This was against the basic medical ethics . They were bolstered to do this as they knew during COVID times no doctor or hospital would be held accountable for negligence. Also medical staffs work as a tribe, hardly raising voice against their fellow doctors even in case of malpractice/negligence.

It seems they dont take vitals of the patients , dont feed the incapacitated ones and don't even give them regular medicines.....i personally saw the nurse lying to doctor, falsely ticking on the patient notes and chart. Just to save their skin they add false treatment etc after the demise of patients....in our case debridement was added even when no debridement was ever dont. Quite a dangerous hospital.

The hospital is very good. It has very good infrastructure & hospital facility but staff behavior is horrible & other charges are high.

Hospital facilities are good but staff services are very poor. Hospital nees to work on it.

Previously in 2014-15 staff services were very satisfactory but now got down. No care for patients on time. Required multiple times of calling.

My dad got killed here he was admitted on 8 sep 2020 with elevated blood pressure went there walking eating there in icu they kept for 2 days then he started having fever and then went into ventilator god forbid this place is hub of infection as his initial culture reports were negative and he caught infection from hospital sisters forget to give antibiotics and tell lies that nebuliser the patient doctors are not caring even serious case the nephrologist was treating did not see the patient whole day they don’t see the patient only see the reports and not the patient condition horrible hospital
