I am mohd tauheed, I have a account in baroda bank, today I have install baroda e- connect app, now I face problem with mpin for using app, one times I gotten mpin by msg, but after that become there I create I my pin no, but that is not invalid showing me,

now I need help for using app.

Very useful application and such useful concept. Almost include all the useful functions for making transactions, paying bills and recharge as well.

Simple easy to understand and descriptive UI. User friendly application. One can easily understand all the features given in it. Has many useful features like checking mini statement, transaction history, make payment via QR scan, we can request for e-statement, bill pay and recharge facility and many more are provided with single application.

Very useful application for bank of baroda user and very easy to track account balance. Overall very useful easy to use and user friendly App.

Very poor mobile banking service . Too much time taking for resolving problem . 30 days for refunding money . Very often problem . not interested to solving a complaint, always reply we have your complaint our job is only to take complaints, other team will sort out your complaint . very poor mobile banking service .

1. First of all the access level of the app is very limited. It gives access to only first holder and not jointholder. Even joint holders mobile number is not linkable to BHIM even if the number is registered for BoB Mobile Banking.

   
   




2. The app dioes not allow to pay PPF contribution of jointholder. Now if I have to pay my PPF account contibution as a firstholder, I can do so. Howver, for PPF contribution of my wife, I can not do so as the app can link only one PPF account. Customer care mentioned PAN mismatch is the reason

   
   




3. Stupidly, I can link my wife's PPF account to my customer ID and pay her contribution by Net banking through PC.  Here PAN mistmatch is not an issue.

   
   

This app should allow access to all linked facilities of Jointholders for Mobile apps also

Concept

BOB mconnect app gives us information about ATM use.Bank of baroda is india's international bank and they provide very vood customer service when I visit bank.But about their applications I want to give thumb down ??.BOB has M-connect which is very worst app which I never experienced in past. Layout and design

Layout is of very poor quality and design is also not good.More than professional it looks fake app.They should improve layout and design.

Features and functions

App does not carry plenty of functions just in less amount. Usefulness

This app is not useful at all because we are using this app to check our balance but it hasnt been updating balance.so there is no usefulness at all.

My suggestion to BOB developers is to upgrade their app standards as their bank branches.

Hello friends today I am sharing my geniune review on Bank of Baroda m- connect application this app is very useful for getting information about account info, account last 6 month statement, money transfer and other mobile banking feature so let me tell you my personal experience with Baroda mconnect app 2 days ago I have to transfer 2500 rs to my friend account and this is very urgent so when I open Baroda m- connect app this app says that this service is temporary unavailable so that what is benefits of this app when you cannot use at this type of situation

Hi friends this is shahid qureshi writing about baroda m connest I am using tge app since 2016 and it is lovely aap. It has been uograded time to time. This app have features like fund transfer through IMPS, NEFT, RRGS and QUICK TRANFER.you can open RD and FD you can appy for cheque book block your debit card but you can nit change your personal details yiu can view your balance can see mini statement can stop cheque payment can pay bills and can do mobile dth reacharge.the layout of apo is good and overall performance is nice.thanks for readibg my review.

While using this application I came across 3 different things which is not include in this banking application which can make it better as compair to other banking application

Firstly while adding benifisary ifsc code can't find within apps eg like if I want to find ifsc code of icici bank I want to search on internet.

Secondly there is no opptions like share account number via sms, whatsapp or any other ways.

Thirdly while send account statements via mail

Bank of baroda is famous for its offline banking services but when it comes to the case of online banking or mobile banking the services they provide are not upto that mark

I would like to share with you some details that is bad about M-connect application provided by bank of baroda.

First of all, the concept of creating this application is still unknown to me and I can't understand what service they intend to provide.

I recently joined an account in BOB and started using this app .

When iam trying to register with my phone number in this app that I used while creating an account .they shows some message that the number is not registered.

I don't know whats the mistake in it.

Apart from that it has only some features.

Overall, its not a usefull app for BOB account holders.

I saw many review for Bank of Baroda M-Connect plus. They all are spoke negative about this app. But I have very good experience.

The concept is very simple just a banking solution.

The layout and design is very user friendly. So no one bother to use this application.

There many useful feature in this application. You can easily check your balance and show your money debit and credit with bar graph so it is really visually cleared. You can just open your RD and FD with application with easy way. You can also recharge your mobile phone with unique feature. And the fund transfer feature is very good and you have able to bookmark your regular transaction person.

So all over This application is very useful to all Bank of Baroda users.

Everytime I used to open this creep it turns to shut down : /

I think they have to hire some good technical team for this unless this is not at all user friendly.

M-connect is downloaded from playstore for android user.

It gives you mini statement, cheque book request, card swipe details, sms alert on every transaction, alpha numeric account number enabled in neft and imps etc etc

Yeah its not user friendly, because it crash everytime even on your transaction.

Thats very very irritating : /

Bank of Baroda has now introduced a new app m-connect to provide its customer a good service.I am also a customer of Bank Of Baroda so I also downloaded the app singned in it.This app was having many features but amny times it took about 5 minutes to load.

But the most irritating problem of this app was that whenever I tried to make a transaction it showed that your tansaction is cancelled please try again and when I again tried to do so it responded with the application is not working properly.It is just a waste of time.

In demonetization season around 2 months this app was so poor one could not do any transaction, it someone has urgent what they did. I it was taking around 5 minutes to process for one click. But now days it works normal.

Some time to doing my mobile recharge it do not success only my one mobile no. it recharge successfully and other no. it always failed why.

Other function are well. But While clicking log in its button is wrong side and mostly get touched forgot password. This should be extreme right side and middle log in.

The new bank of Baroda mobile banking application is awesome.there is some cool new feature.but Aadhar Card sending doesn't affect on my account.

I can't believe you could have come up with such an amazing application.at all this is a best mobile banking application on the present.i am using various Bank application but this is a really good.

But there is a little bit problem every time I try to send money through IFSC code it is saying something went wrong.deplovers pls go through HDFC mobile banking application and learn from there and application is loading slow.

An excellent app provided by bank of Baroda for its customer for cashless transactions, transfer or money, online payments etc.

It's a new product to the market and will take time to reflect all the improvements suggested by users, I'm always hoping for the best and sure that the app will be able to please all the users very soon.

It is very Useful and easy to use for transferring funds, and doing Recharges of your MObile and DTH,

I am also using this service for last 3 months, In my opinion it is a good application.
