Ordered sculpfun s9 laser and extra accessories after being told it was in stock. Placed order and was still processing nearly 2 weeks later. Went on live chat, was told I would get an email within 48hrs. This happened 3 times. Then I was told I would receive an email after 5 days as I need to be patient!!. PayPal had to intervene and refund. They obviously did not have stock available to send and just lied to get the order. Never received email or explanation from this company. They did exactly the same 12mth ago with other items I ordered. DON'T BELIEVE this company when they state items are in stock. If it is still processing a couple of days after you order and pay, you can guarantee they haven't got it. Will never use them again. Have kept the chats and the attitude is, we couldn't care less, we have your money.

If someone, somehow come across to the page of banggood.com, just pass by.


I ordered an electric scooter(environment friendly) to drive to work and back, because of the small distance I have. All was fine, but only for 4 days. Then it won't start anymore. I write with customer support for about 2 months and there is no solution already.


They are even stupid, or really don't want to solve the problem. The think is, that shitty product cost me about 600€.


The webpage is 1:1 like AliExpress.com, but who didn't ordered at least once from aliexpress? Even if you have some issues, there is certainly someone who is able and willing to help you. Well, not the same case with banggood.


Of course my 1 star review was not uploaded on the product page. So all the people know everything is fine. I know: my webpage, my rules. But in that world are we living?

Thay do not send prize in games

I have won a prize in Money Box Game worht more than 50$ and they give me tracking number, bit package was baked to them because it was not paid for shiping. They wont do that and offer some 800 pionts instead.


Banggood is worst kind of cheaters because I have order a lot of products to win a prize, and thay send them when it is payed by me. But reward product thay wont send because they wont pay the shiping 6.68 USD!


They get a product free from mannufacrurs worth 52.99 USD and they wont send it because of 6.67$ shiping. But they have shiped all products I have payed more than 200$ to win the prize!

Catastrophically bad when you have to make a complaint about a broken item. Requires pictures on the package with barcodes, (just like someone saves on empty boxes). In addition, they want you to create a lot of images and videos that will show the product's flaws. It is so complicated that it is not worth all the work. Luckily it was a low price product so I can take the loss, but will never buy anything from them again. Really bad company, AVOID!

I got an email from Banggood, "Write Reviews, Get Free Trial!"


It has an 500% off coupon for an electric bike, but I can not collect the coupon. I wrote to Customer Services, but they can not help, only wrote sorry, sorry and sorry, but they did not try solve the problem. They offered only 600BG(6USD) points and 6% off coupon.

Terrible service , first my parcel was lost right up until the day it was delivered ( late) then the electricals in it were faulty after waiting weeks for it to arrive now they expect me to pay the postage to send back to them . 6 days of being messed around and still no outcome just stalling over and over will not pay for the postage for return of their faulty item

We have ordered a tent canopy, but got extremely disappointed because of quality of the staff. Starting from the delivery - it tools almost a month to deliver it. Because they just start stitching it once we place an order. Packing was terrible, but when I opened, I got shocked how ugly and cheap material they used! Color wasn’t the same. It didn’t come in our use! People, NEVER and NEVER ever don’t order from this site!

Banggood delaying refund!!! My 2-month-nightmare

On July 3rd 2021 I bought an e-bike(Ado A20) on Banggood. First of all, it took 12 days for the bike to arrive from a European Warehouse… turns out it was out of stock and I had to wait. There were no apologies or shipping updates from Banggood. Bad service!


The bike finally arrived on July 15th and when I was assembling it, I saw that the seat was ripped, even though the box was ok. I immediately sent a message to Banggood reporting this. Banggood never provided a solution; instead, they requested photos and kept stalling…


After that, I tried to ride the bike and the throttle was not working, even when I pedaled… So, the seat was not the only problem. This bike was definitely faulty. Once again, I sent a message to Banggood. Their answer was not good at all: they told me to contact the supplier… So Banggood sells products but if they are faulty, you have to solve the problems on your own… Terrible!


I then opened a new return and replace ticket online and sent everything(video) as requested. Once again, Banggood kept stalling and never provided a return shipping label, or address… Since I bought this bike to take with me in my summer holidays and Banggood provided a faulty bike and bad customer service, I will be forced to request a full refund and return the bike. I already contacted PayPal in order to help me.


So, I gave a second chance to Banggood, but once again they let me down. I guess this is goodbye for me! I was a good regular customer, I deserved to be treated with respect.


Please be careful and avoid this store! There are plenty of other options online! Search for the one with good customer and after-sales service!


UPDATE(28/07): Banggood still doesn't follow its own rules and policies.


UPDATE(01/09): Banggood asked me to return the faulty bike, but 3 weeks have passed and I still have no money and no bike! AVOID!

I bought a fimi drone and the drone arrived with defects, I try to solved the issues with amicable way with banggood dispute team even contact fimi, after you come under disagreement because fimi said I have to pay custom fees to receive back the item on return I said not, after contact back bangood and explain that to them I ask my full refund banggood try to avoid that and made cheap offers I didn't agreed, than bangood said for to post the item to the warehouse in UK and said the customs fees is pay with my refund Well I'm italy right now and they post item from CZ EU why in first place I have to post to UK and get charge the customs fees, Well decided to open paypal dispute and just waiting for them to return the money then after I will post item to UK, you couldn't trust banggood dispute team always try to benefit themselves and buyer will be damage by this team of scammers haven't no respect for anyone.

Do not buy, It is only one way, if the product is right it's good otherwise they won't return or replace it. This was my second purchase from Banggood. The first time experience was good. But this time they sent me a product with missing parts. it did not match with the website description. I created a ticket to return it but they kept on asking for irrelevant information and after a week ultimately agreed and asked me to ship it to China, and deduct all freight charges+ taxes+ import duty, etc. The item was delivered to me from Delhi but they wanted me to return it to China. This is all bogus. Cheat customer, not trustworthy

Banggood order no. 86973331.EV200D FPV goggles


1) Terrible customer service, 2) Incorrect and poor specifications in user manuals. 3) No compensation after loss even due to company's fault in printing incorrect specs.4) BG refuses to accept any mistake and do not work with supplier to compensate customers.


Sadly, today I lost £230 EV200D goggles just because of incorrect specifications.

I powered up my goggles with a 4S lithium ion pack through DC port as the manual says DC 2S-5S . As soon as I plugged in, I heard a short burst it seemed like some IC burned out inside.


Afterward goggles won't power up, I even tried using USB port, no signal at all. I barely used these goggles may be once or twice before and they are without a single scratch like brand new.


I emailed BG support team to look into the issue and what I got was a vague and blunt response below:
