The travel agent cheated us by not giving us the room and houseboat categories mentioned in the itinerary.

AC rooms were mentioned in Munnar hotel and they tried to request us to settle for non AC rooms saying weather must be good but it was hot and we had made sure at the time of booking that AC rooms were included but still they made us wait for 3 hours before giving us the rooms.

Secondly, the driver provided by them was rude and irritating. We had a baby and senior citizens with us but he had no regard for it. We had to bear with him throughout the trip.

Thirdly, to compensate their losses on the AC rooms (Nitin, who is the worst of the lot complained to us that he was in a loss of 3000 on this trip because of us , and mind you that was because he had to give us what was promised to use earlier.

So this travel agency gives the lowest quote and then to make profit shifts you to lower category rooms.

The houseboat also was not glass covered as they had mentioned but an open one which is much cheaper in comparison.

Absolutely pathetic experience. I just wanted the trip and disappointment to end.

Driver did not cover all the places given in itinerary daily came late and went early.

Nagma of Travel triangle and Mr. NITIN of Balalaji vacations did not help either.

And stopped responding to messages.

All they wanted was full payment in advance.

They said itinerary is a copy paste and we dont cover all places. It was very frustrating.

It was a good experience in terms of the place, but we had received no information on the Activities at Munnar and eventually we ended up spending 12000 additional to the original package cost.

Pathetic is the word for them. These guys have no idea how to plan a trip and are absolute disgrace on vacation planners. We took a 7 night 8 day package for Kerala visit for 50000 rs and the trip was an absolute nightmare for us. Firstly they provided us wrong hotels than the ones mentioned in itinerary and then said it was an error. Then they provided us an absolutely rude and hostile driver who lacked the manners to even talk and wouldn't take us anywhere than what was mentioned in itinerary. Moreover, the itinerary was planned in such a way that on reaching the destination, the places to visit in itinerary were closed and the drived refused to take us anywhere else and just dropped us to hotel and left. We were promised 3 star accommodation at all places and the hotels we were provided were cheap and disgusting costing less than 1000 rs on online portals. Their planning team is extremely incompetent and have no idea how to conduct a trip. Ms Kavita planned our trip and the moment we paid the entire money, her attitude totally changed. She stopped picking our calls and started talking rudely and hanging up. They have no etiquettes on how to talk to a customer as well. If you love your hard earned money, avoid these pathetic lot.

Balaji Vacations And Tourism, Burari, Delhi arranged out tour with several monks who accompanied us with their yearly masked dances and we were very lucky to get that added to their weddings that was also conducted there.

A major plus point of these tour operators were they applied the knowledge of their country to our interests and gave us the best possible plan.
