Bajaj Finserv is a third class company, their customer care will call you repeatedly and ask you to take a loan, but when you go to their office or branch to take a loan, When you visit these people tell you that you are not eligible or you do not come under our policy. You should never trust this company. It is one of the third class apps and this is the biggest one This is one of the fake apps

I called for a loan in the month of July 2024. I was in touch with Mr. Mohith (+91 92894 2xxxx) . He gave me the details of the loan and it's been 8 weeks and every single day he says he is working on it and it will be dispersed today but no response. This loan was based on a policy . While signing up, he followed up till 11PM. Several phone calls later he simply ignores the calls and sends a text stating it will be done. Now I have wasted money on the policy and it's also been frustrating with all the follow up.

Hopeless marketing people calling all the day. After refusing also they call even at 9.30 pm. Shameless. Very low quality company policy. Useless name. Not even 1star. Never ever even think about Bajaj finance.

They changed tenure from 36 to 48 months. When I missed one emi during the peak of covid crisis, a rep called saying that they understand the situation, but later they restarted the loan to fresh 48 months. So, all my previous 10 emis were lost. I finished it after 5 years. They again deducted a small amount of less than 200 rupees towards some service charges, so scary... Feel like closing that bank account altogether...

World's worst finance service, very poor service not satisfied with Bajaj finserv, I have kept jewel for mortgage in Bajaj finserv palacode branch dharmapuri district tamilnadu 636808. An just now I went to release the jewel, but the staff said today u can't release go and come tommorow, an again tommorow one day interest will add, interest rate also changing every day here one of tricks of business to collect excess interest, so don't go bajaj finserv requesting you.

I had a lot of fun traveling Europe with lpo holidays. They gave me a very good facility in a very low budget. And provided very good and tasty Indian food..from the best Indian restaurant.And very good guide to survey country, city, and sights.I would definitely like to do tour with lpo again.

Very poor service, helpless service system, delay reply intencnaly so that the bajaj finance take more money from their customers. In every matter the bajaj finance is so poor service. I will suggest every body never go with bajaj finance, in their office very slow working. The employees are not respect the customer. So take money more interes rate but never take from Bajaj finance. Thank you

I think its recovery agents are very bad behaviour with customer govt must take action this type of bank they are increasing rate of interest when they want very high rate of interest never took any loan really bad me bahut pachntana padega jaise Maine liya hai ye apko aise duba dega ki aap kahi aur Jane ke layak nahi rahoge very bad i think everyone should ignore this bank

In case in an emergency if a person missed to pay an EMI these bajaj people will send a group of people to harras them. And the loan recovery agents will. Talk to family ladies and to a senior citizens very vulnerable and vulgar. And even they will say that are you sleeping beside your husband or not these kind of language they will use. I request all. Of them in india not to go with Bajaj finace at any cost. Their interest rate is high and on top of that their harrasement leads to suicide also

This people are totally spam, their staff had promised me that ur financial loan is completed pls collect the N.o.c n then she told other charges something around 600 rupees is pending but today offer just 400 so pls pay n collect ur N.o.c but after making the payment she was too rude it's still pending and I didn't got my n.o.c at all so they are totally liers n cheaters and totally it's a loss of money because of this finance.I have got charged from my bank n even with this Bajaj team that is also because of them they didn't deduct the money from account on time n they are claiming on me pls if anyone aware of this take some action so atleast the other people who is new to this finance without any loss they can move.

I got a call from RBL person he was selling me the Bajaj smart card by telling me it’s a emi card and later when I spend money I came out to know it’s a credit card worst exp with Bajaj and RBL after paying every month the minimum amount also nothing amount is been show in my account I paid 4 month but till now only 3600 is showing in my account they lie and sell card and later when you use the card they tell it’s a credit card worst people I wish your company get close you all play game with poor people worst u all are
