Never ever take a loan from them.

They are just above the chinese loan apps.

High interest rates, bad loan servicing, extra charges for everything(wonder what do they do with the AMC money?)

My foreclosure amount included the already debited EMI. Now am expecting refund after closure.

Simply impossible to reach a Human relationship manager and their AI bot is hopeless.

Surprisingly I recieve sales related annoying calls 10 times a week from the same organization even after explaining a million times ...

Isse ghatiya service mene nahi dekha hai 1 hafta bounce huva usme high penalty marte hai upar se unke collection team vale galiya bolte hai or marne ki dhamki dete hai.mere hisab se aaj tak ki subse bakwas service mene yaha pe liya hai.sab se kharab experience raha hai mera.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Bajaj Finance. They lure you in with promises of easy personal loans, but once you're in, the nightmare begins. They not only charge you more than your agreed EMI but also tack on unnecessary insurance for the loan amount without clear communication. And if that wasn’t enough, they throw in an annual maintenance fee just for the loan credits, which is outright exploitative.

The interest rates are far higher than what you'd expect, making the loan an endless financial burden. The customer support team is nothing but a facade – unhelpful, dismissive, and downright rude. They give vague answers and do nothing to address real issues. It feels like their entire system is designed to trap middle-class, working individuals and bleed them dry.

Bajaj Finance is taking advantage of hardworking people who may not be fully aware of all the fine print. Once you're in their clutches, they find every way possible to drain you financially. Please stay far away from Bajaj Finance if you value your hard-earned money. They’re nothing but cheaters with deceptive practices that exploit customers.

Karma will hit them very hard for exploiting people's hard earn money beyond the standard lending ploicies and interest rates

Worst finance Application I have seen ever.related to there issuethere bother us.I have EMI money in my account before a week compare to deducting date.my emi money hasdeducted from my Account.and They send Sir your emi has bouncedand even my money also Not refund to my Account .then i wasgöne to near bajaj finance Branch.they told That its a Technical issue from Our side and we will correct them, on next day emi money refund to my Account.next im want to bajaj and Paid emi money. now I want to another Accessoires but its shown your card was blocked and it will unblock after 3 months.its there issuethen why will Block Our card.Worst Application and worst customer care....

This company don't have employees. They have gundas sitting in their office. They never take the EMI on time and They put the bouncing charges as they have full right to do anything. After that they will be after your life like anything ..They should really take lesson from HDFc and ICICI.

Six years ago, I utilized Bajaj's services and successfully completed all EMI payments. However, I have noticed that they continue to deduct money from my account frequently, claiming that these are service charges. Despite my suggestion to discontinue the service, they have not responded appropriately. Recently, they offered me a loan through Bajaj, which I declined. Despite my refusal, they have persistently called me multiple times (approximately 6 to 8 times) regarding the loan service.

This has been the most unsatisfactory service experience I have ever encountered.

Bajaj finserv staff are cheating people by adding overdue to their emi unnecessarily. Even if the customers maintaining sufficient funds in their accounts. I request you all not to take loans at Bajaj finance companies. Don't loss your money. Be careful about this kind of organisations.

My experience with Bajaj Finserve dates back to 5 years when one of their agents visited my OPD again and again. He requested me to start an OD limit, which I never wanted anyways. He literally begged me for it so that he could complete his monthly target. I agreed on one condition that no maintenance charges apart from 427 rupees per month shall incur. He got my digital signatures and assured that he had got a special permission from his seniors for no other maintenance charges. Earlier they used to collect 427 monthly and around 7000 yearly as maintenance charges, now probably 427 monthly, i need to check bank statement for that. I have not transferred a single rupee in my account from the OD limit. I don't remember if I was ever late in depositing the monthly EMI. Presently out of 30 lakh OD limit around 35000 still remains and 40000 rupees more, showing as overdue charges. I requested to furnish detail of overdue charges, but received no reply. Now they want me to deposit EMI of 37587 rupees within 2 days I don't know what is this?

I am a customer of Bajaj finance where they offered me a OD while I was using this for the past 1 year. Had taken money from this and paid the interest properly. I have also done prepayment and settled the loan. To foreclose they charge me 4.72 percent per lakh. The loan offered was 26 lakh as OD. now if I ask them close they charge 1 lakh to close the account. For AMC they have charged 7800 for the entire amount and taking 180 rs every alternate month as interest. Else I have to pay 7800 and stop this interest. Two guys I mention. Chandhan senior manager and Sanjay the lon processing guy. Don't attend the calls from them. Chandhan Number is 781787xxxx. And Sanjay number is 720462xxxx. Two months back they called to change the limit to max and said they will waive off the AMC and also the foreclosure charges. For this they said they need processed fee of 15k. Who will accept to pay 15k as processing fee. They cheat people by taking huge processing fee for every single work they do. I have requested them to waive off the AMC or to help me to downsize and close. After downsizing to minimum limit of 2lakh the processing fee to close OD is around 9K. They are biggest scammers. Don't believe bajaj as a whole and these two guys are sweet cheaters. They accept give any waive off without charging you. Who will pay 15k and 7k as AMC when they are good with cibil and paying all the interest properly.

I am in this trap and need to come out. If anyone has any doubt call me. 701957xxxx

Had the worst experience taking car loan from bajaj finserv. Because of their server issues i had to pay a fine of 3000/- and this happened twice and after that when i tried to resolve this from my relationship manager he ignored me completely and i used to get calls saying ‘bharna to padega kuch bi krlo’ being a person who always pay due amount on due date this was my worst experience and will never take any loans from bajaj
