Hi


I would like to apprise the higher management of Bajaj Electricals that your call center team & area supervisor team is not working pathetically.


I am complaining since last 20 days for my gas stove and still, the problem has not been fixed properly. The flame came out from the regulator and due to which very dangerous incident took place a couple of times.


After complaining 3 times, when I asked for a replacement of my gas stove, the call center team gave me 2-3 contact numbers of higher management. I don't want to include the names of them here, but truly I response which I received from their side is very careless. For replacement, only a sticker is required from the company's end which will hardly take 30 minutes. Also, the dealer from whom I purchased the stove is ready to replace the same. Only the Bajaj Electrical team consent is required for the same. I don't think so that this small piece of work takes 15 minutes to conclude.


I would request the management team to kindly look into it and get my problem solved at the earliest so that any mishap due to leakage of gas can be prohibited.


Also, request you to kindly train your team well so that they will be capable of solving consumers problems rather than giving rubbish answers.

But your local service centre technicians did not bother to visit my place despite many reminders. They wanted the warranty to be over so that they can extort money from us. Since we refused to do so they have been deliberately overlooking this matter for the past 6 years. I request you to kindly intervene in this matter immediately and make sure that this long pending matter is resolved quickly. For this I will be grateful to you forever. Very Bad After Sale Service

Sir,


This is to complain that due to the callousness of the local Bajaj service centre personnel in Patna, my brand new cooler has turned into scrap.


I had bought a Bajaj Cooler five years ago for my wife who is a heart patient. But within six months(1 year warranty period), the cooler malfunctioned. I complained to the local Bajaj service centre in Patna to visit my place and repair the cooler as soon as possible. They promised to do so but never turned up. I even visited the Bajaj service centre several times and explained them that it was not possible for me to carry that heavy cooler to the service centre. But still after many requests they did not repair my cooler.


After the one year warranty period was over, they started asking for repairing charges for the cooler. I refused to give the money and told them that it was their fault that they kept on brushing this matter under the carpet deliberately. And since then my cooler has gone completely kaput and my ailing wife is coping up with her heart condition deteriorating.


I request you to kindly look into this matter and tell the concerned personnel to repair my cooler completely free of charge or refund the money I spent in buying this scrap. For this I will be grateful to you forever. Waiting for your positive and quick response this time around.

I never recommend to buy products from Bajaj either from Mall/Shops or Online. I bought a mixer for an offer price.


The product was a waste, it worked for atmost 3 months. I called the Bajaj Customer Care and they agreed to send a person on 2 working days(Same dialogue every time). The mechanic called and the route, but he did not turned up. I gave complaint 3 times and they did not have the elementary courtesy to say sorry for their delay.

I got a broken sandwich maker 3 weeks back, informed immediately to bajaj customer care. Till now I have not received the replacement nor any communication from them. Pls do not buy any product from bajajelectricals.com(this would be my sincere advice).


They take 2 weeks to ship, now I do not know what do with this sandwich maker. Im planning to post in consumer complaints forum as well. I am not against Bajaj products, their customer care is pathetic.

I purchased a Bajaj Flora 1L Instant Geyser from Snapdeal website last week and the same was delivered to my Pune address on 18 December 2014. After referring Bajaj website mentioning free installation service is available, I called their call centre No.022-41280000 at 3.12 pm.


The guy took all the address details and told me that a person will come over and install the geyser within 2 days. I received a SMS from WECARE saying call No.6053189-1 has been assigned to Global services Pune. Next day, I received a call from a service centre guy in Pune, saying installation will be charged at 350 Rupees.


Then after hearing out the address of Vadgaon Sheri in Pune, he said it is beyond his service area!


He promised to forward the complaint to my area in 2 days. Very next day a person called me and mentioned that 1L and 3L geysers have installation charges of 250 Rupees and 10L and above, it is free installation!


I also agreed to pay him the money and then he said he is speaking from Kharghar in Navi Mumbai and Pune is beyond his service area! Again he told me he will send it to another person in Pune.


Next day another guy called from Mobile No.8624961675 without even telling me who or from where he is calling and mentioned that he will do the installation in Pune and will come over at 4pm to 5pm same day. First he said that it will be charged at 250 bucks, but when I told him I spoke to Bajaj call centre and I bought it online on snapdeal, he agreed to do it for free. 2 days later, when we tried calling him back, he refused to answer calls and cuts calls abruptly if we try to call him. I also wrote to their customer care on email, but 2 days later again the similar kind of sloppy and erratic response.


It is indeed disappointing that a company of this status has such a poor customer service and response system. Surprised about their behavior in today's customer centric and demanding age when they think they can sustain with this kind of cheap grade service to the customers.


Again each guy calling had different ideas of the installation charges! There is no uniformity or rather people are not aware about what to charge. If it is not possible for Bajaj to do the installation, they should mention this clearly. At least we could have checked other options which we did after one week wait anyway.


People beware while dealing with Bajaj customer care.They are back to stone age!

I ordered the Item code: 102005, BAJAJ CGX3SS Glass Top Gas Stove and HX1 Chimney Combo Offer from Bajajelectricals.com on 26th Oct 2014, by making a full advance payment of Rs 8600, with a delivery time promise of 7 working days.


Issue 1: Did not receive the Combo within 7 days.


Issue 2: Received only the HX1 Chimney after 15 days, which I kept sealed till the authorized technician could come and install it.


Issue 3: Direct intimation to authorized technician was not made by Bajaj, I had to call the customer care to request for installation. On calling customer, I was asked to call another number to place request for service installation. Bajaj order management processes are still in the stone age.


Issue 4: The service technician came on the 3rd day of requesting installation, opened the sealed/packed box of HX1 chimney to discover that a particular part of the chimney was defective/broken and that he is not able to complete installation and that we should contact Bajaj to get the part replaced.


Issue 5: The authorised technician should ideally make that communication himself supporting with proof that in his presence he has opened the sealed box and found the defective part.


Issue 6: After raising the complaint again for defective piece on November 6th, we were told that another technician will come to inspect the chimney and if found faulty then part will be replaced. If one technician has already proclaimed a part to be faulty why is another technician required to get the customer a working part?


Issue 7: After two weeks of this request, still no one has come to replace/inspect the faulty piece and I am not able to use the product which I paid for almost 3 weeks back.


Issue 8: There is no proactive follow up from Bajaj to resolve my concerns, I have made 15-20 calls over a period of 1 month and spoken to several people in the call center, service center, division heads, Mumbai city heads. Absolutely, no one has any sense of courtesy or customer service to resolve this issue. Of lately, every time, I call the call center and ask for Gaurav(Sr Executive) I get put on hold and call gets disconnected!


Issue 9: As of 1st Dec, I received a call from Bajaj office claiming that my refund has been approved and that I need ship the faulty product to the Bajaj service center at my own cost and time.


After calling them thrice, the service center mentioned that they will come and pick up the product but the office boy who came to pick up the machine did not have any in-warding slip which can be used as a proof for me to seek the refund cheque.


I have also tried to call the Mumbai head Sujay Sinha multiple times on multiple days, messaged him and not to my surprise he has not called back. What utter garbage of customer services!


I have tried their call center, service center, Mumbai customer service managers, head office, everything, absolutely no one in their entire customer facing team has the human decency to even come on a call and help me out.

I have purchased Bajaj Cooler- DC 2004 model last 3 years back, recently it was under repair. I have raised complaint last 4 days back. No one is responding to repair.


Worst service that I have ever seen. I have been waiting for 5 days to repair one of the cooler.


BAD, WORST Service from bajaj Electricals. Customer Support also very bad.


DON'T BUY BAJAJ Electricals products. Like cooler, fan, iron, etc.

Cheaters. Cheaters! Don't ever buy anything from Bajaj. They are most shameless, incompetent and a total scoundrels. I had bought Bajaj Shakti Glass-lined geyser on 21st Sep 2013. It worked for 15 days then it developed some fault I then called up the servicemen. They did not attend after several followups the serviceman turned up. He seemed to have repaired the geyser but the very next day again the geyser developed fault. Again called up serviceman the same story repeated. after 15 days usage since it was bought it is still lying faulty with us being cheated and caused inconvenience since we had wedding in december winter last year our guests suffered a lot.


Neither Bajaj company replaced the faulty nor did they attend on us even after writing several mails to the company. We are dreading at the thought of buying anything from Bajaj. I request the readers never ever buy anything from Bajaj. I repeat never ever buy anything from Bajaj.

[Comp Number: 3192658]. I always had high reputation for Bajaj and I had bought two water heaters for my apartment in the hope that I would receive fantastic product and post sales service.


Unfortunately both the units failed on installation.


I was suggested to file a complaint to Bajaj service. I did so promptly on 12th Sept 2013.


From then on I haven't had a service engineer visiting my flat to check the issue. Every other day I'm calling the helpline with only empty promises of escalating the priority and having some one visit by end of day.


I'm loosing all faith on Bajaj electricals, who can't send a service engineer to my place to check the issue for more than a week. Now I would like to know how I could return this product back!

Bajaj has brand name in the country, but the very initial step login to their website and try the cstomer care numbers of 1800 22 2252 / 1860 180 6722. These numbers are ALWAYSSS busy, no phone picks up the call. I tried their Pune based number from their website which remains OFF all the time.


Such a pathetic AFTER SALE SERVICE Bajaj has. Do not trust just the name and look and feel of the products bajaj sells, look at the long term support arrangements.


NEVER GO FOR BAJAJ PRODUCTS IF YOU ARE PROFESSIONAL N WOULD LIKE TO RELY ON AFTER SALE SERVICE.

I had bought Bajaj Chopper and Baja Steam iron. The chopper jar broker after a few use because of its faulty design and the iron stopped working within the first month itself. Since then I have been trying to find a repair center to get it fixed.


To my surprise the company which reclaims itself as the leading electrical company in India does not even have any repair centers nor the spares are available anywhere in the market. I even tried calling the Customer Care number listed on their website only to find out the numbers are either fake or do not get answered. One of the repairshop where I get the appliance checked told me it would have made more sense to buy a chinese product I am sure they would have lasted more than this piece of junk.

Bought a Cappucino maker from them. It never worked properly and broke within a month. Despite 2 year warranty, repeat calls to them, and promises of sending a repairman, nothing has happened in a months time.


Will never buy another product from them. Better to spend a few hundred more and get something identical from another manufacturer, but that isn't faulty, and will be fixed if it does break.


I have never had to have a kitchen appliance serviced under the warranty period - whether toasters, ovens, microwaves or mixers they are all built to last for years and years. Bajaj clearly just saw a product niche and filled it with a piece of badly designed garbage, and they wont even stand by a product that bears their name.


Any other manufacturer would have replaced the appliance as it broke so quickly under normal circumstances - Bajaj wont even repair it while there are 23 months left on the warranty! I suspect they wouldnt repair it even if I offered to pay!

This would serve as a good case study for the positive


effects of threats from external environment for an


organization and an industry as a whole.The threat iam


referring to is the Chinese threat of cheaper two


wheelers in India.When asked about it two years back


Mr.Rahul bajaj told that his company Bajaj Auto is


well prepared to face it.At that time he sounded to me


like a politician who claims that his party will get


2/3 majority even when the opinion polls say that his


party is going to ousted in the next elections.(After all even Mr.ratan Tata told that he dreams to release cars priced below 100000.)It sounded so over confident because the news was that entry of Chinese cheaper two wheelers is almost certain and all Indian two wheelers will be pushed to


the wall.


But two years after,if you see the position now it


appears that what ever Mr.Bajaj told is true.Two years


back the cheapest two wheeler costed around 36000 and


the expected sale price of Chinese vehicles was


25000-30000.What Bajaj Auto has done in the past two


years made it not worthwhile to import bykes at such


price.Bajaj has introduced “Boxer” priced around 30000


which is a great success because of its fuel


efficiency. Tvs Max,Kinetic Boss followed the suit.


Now it has introduced “Byk” priced around 28000.


And mind you,at no compromise on performance it has


brought out these versions of cheaper vehicles.In top end segment also Pulsar is more appreciated than say hero honda CBZ.


What’s more, though the scooters segment is loosing


the turf, Bajaj has increased its market share in


Bykes.It only has to introduce one or more new models to capture the leading position of Hero Honda. it may not be far for us to see that.Bajaj Tempos are doing well.Bajaj is having presence in 60 countries.Along with its insurance


partner Allianz is doing well in insurance.Bajaj


capital is going fine ( its publication Investors


India is slowly gaining momentum).Is Bajaj poised to


establish more firmly in Indian business arena and


join the league of Tatas, Birlas and Relaince?Lets

GOVERNMENT HAS ALREADY ENACTED ENERGY CONSERVATION ACT 52 OF 2002 AND PRIME MINISTER HAS RELEASED THE ENERGY SAVING ACTION PLAN DEVELOPED BY BUREAU OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY .BAJAJ MUST LOOK INTO THIS DOCUMENT AND THE ACT AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE ACT.THEY ALSO MUST WIDELY PUBLISH REGARDING THE VARIOUS PRODUCTS LIKE CFL LAMBS ETC,.PRODUCED BY THEM WHICH ARE ENERGY EFFICIENT AND PRODUCE EDUCATIVE FILMS/ADVERTISEMENTS SO THAT EVEN ILLITERATE UNDERSTANDS.

Bajaj is one former indian leading company of india. it is the one of the oldest company in india and the service it as provided so long is good. and their products are also really superb in the market and public appriciate it. thus for its quality and service I had selected bajaj electricals.


There r no bad aspects of bajaj, it gives u the warranty on every of its product, and also replace if the product as some faults. so its give u a extra service. and there r very few chances of it products that have faults.


u may get its product from all the bajaj electrical shop which have the original product of it. there r many duplicate of bajaj, but the quality shows u (isi mark) thats its the real one.


I have not yet got the chance of sharing any of my appliances coz they have not yet given me any problem.
