If I could give a negative star, I would. Paid premium for 15 years. First time encountered situation where I have to claim for my bike crank case. My vehicle knocked down in parking and it hit to thing like cement block while falling down. They demonstrated negligence from day 1. Three Surveyors assigned. Third one seems to be crook. Surveyors are KING here. Seems bribing through surveyor is the best way to experience hassle free claim approval. The escalation process don't have any impact over Claim branch in Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. Survey was done on 23rd day. Only after several follow-ups and visits to this branch 44th day informed me that They did not approved my crank case just mentioning damage(crack) happened because of over tightening of bolt. They don't provide any other details to prove it even after questioning. Decisions are baseless. I suggest people especially two wheeler owners not to go with Bajaj-Allianz. If you already existing, probably you have to manipulate the situation and might require bribing crook surveyors. “Na Khilaoge Na Paoge”.
