Join this company only if you want to work a little and earn salary every month with no intention to grow and learn. Managers here are more like politicians with no or very little skill to manage people, especially managers in operations processes are pathetic. office politics is huge in this company and you can only grow if you are willing to become a pet of your manager.

The company does not allow cell phones to employees who are not in the management, can you believe it no cell phone access in today's world. Also they do not allow sending mail access even within the organization to a majority of employees irrespective of their tenure in the company. The reason is this is not bank of america, its just any other BPO company and still not a good one. managers here have no balls to take big decisions regarding employee satisfaction.

Join BA continuum only if you have got no other option to join any other company.

BA continuum India - too much internal politics, bottom leadership in Hyderabad is made out of localities some of them are good, others lack skills and knowledge.

Good for people who are straight from college, Bcom and people who are from tech background and for people with functional knowledge and desire to make a career not a right place.

There is a concept called pay for performance  for promotions ---its nothing but a joke or comic activity,

if you want to survive there - there is only one mantra, do boot licking of your managers and team leaders then they will shower you with promotions and rewards.

But if you are a straight forward guy, best advice - change for better!!

For those who have dream to join Bank of America, it is not the company. Its a subsidiary of Bank of america.

You will be treated more like a vendor cum employee of the company. You may find yourself sometimes working as a vendor also.you will be billed on per hour basis as any other vendor like infy & TCS.

Rest who love, not to work more and not to learn more(specificaly for technical profiles) join this company.

For non technical ppl its the dream job come true, gyan baato and enjoy your life.like process people.:)

THIS COMPANY DON'T SEND PEOPLE ONSITE FOR LONG TERM/SHORT TERM, PLZ DONT COME IF YOU HAVE SUCH PLANS.

+ve thing about the company is that you will get some more salary, benefits, work-life balance compare to any other IT company in india.
