Ayushman Nursing Home, Yamuna Bridge, Agra has great doctors. We visited so many hospitals but no doctor was able to diagnose my mother's condition and treat it properl. But these doctors were able to do that and recommend surgery and my mother feels amazing now.

This hospital has really professional doctors and immediately after the operation, they told us what we have to do to take care of our daughter and my daughter said that she did not feel any pain after the surgery.

I am sharing my peraonal and true experience about this hospital

The good thing about this hospital is its infrastructurect is very good the building is looking very good and new and this hospital is fully equiped it have all machines for treatmebt but the worst thing about this hospital is its staff attitude is so bad when my grant mother came to look upon me in hospital and when I talk to her the nurese get irritate and told us nit to talk loudly, we are talkig very slowely but and also they did not take a proper care of me but yes the doctors are trained and they make me cure also one most important thing you should focus on is its medocinal care is so expensive you should only go their if you have a mediclam otherwise it will be very expensive for you and the medicines is not effective

I would suggest dont use this hospital its really an expensive hospital and staff attitude is not good

A bit overcrowded hospital in Dwarka. It is not very expensive and thus caters to all groups. Located in heart of Dwarka, it's very accessible. It boasts of all medical facilities - basic opd to specialist services, emergency and ambulance service. Thus this hospital is frequented by people from nearby localities also.

My grand daughter admitted in your hospital in ward no. 505 A, 5th floor & Dr Naresh Kumar is attending her. My self is senior citizen, working as Director in Foreign based Pharmaceutical Company, in New Delhi

I visited to hospital at 1.00 PM to discuss to Dr Naresh Kumar, but your security staff Ms Sushila Devi will not allow to me discuss the doctor. My reminders request to that lady(security staff) is not allow to entering the ward. So I request you to kindly replace such security staff rude and bad behavior of such staff from your hospital security poor service, attitude of staff, no coordination between doctors and reception staff. One day I have gone to that hospital that hospital was so badly maintained from inside of the hospital then I have to consult with a doctor. It took around half an hour to meet with the doctor and no was consulting with that doctor then also it took a half hour. But there were some or only a few doctors which were good like A.C. Mishra. I was disappointed with that hospital maintenance and with other services.

I had to get my father admitted in Ayushman hospital sector-12 for paralytic stroke symptoms. We went there as it was near to our location. He was discharged after 2-3 days including 1.5 days ICU. During that stay on our request only, they referred a neuro also( although they should have the advice/ reference of neuro at the first place as this problem was related to neuro). A neuro could be arranged by them only on the 3rd day. On discharge, medicines were prescribed for 5 days. With those medicines, my father got another another problem,  blood stated coming along with urine. He was not having any such problem earlier. To us, it looked some side effect of the medicines, We again went to the  hospital. Doctor said it is not due to medicines, it may be due to urine infection but didn't tell how this happened suddenly.

He again continued with the same set of medicines(8-9 types of tablets a day) with medicines for urine infection also.  Ultra sound and urine test was also conducted.  But after continuing the medicines, my father's situation got worse. Now thick blood clots started coming in the urine. So again we visited the hospital. Now the doctor has asked to stop the medicine for few days to check if it due to medicines.

So what I feel-

The doctors are not certain of the issues/root cause .

Also  the staff collecting the urine sample - doesn't have any gloves etc to handle samples.  The staff girl did't touch the sample. Asked us to do all the formalities, sticking the name slips details on the sample and to put in a specific place.

After this treatment, I have decided not to visit here again. We will take some other opinion as the situation is getting even worse.

Since I have residing in Dwarka I have been to this hospital many times as it is quite near to my residence, & thats the sole reason for me visiting thereThe hospital has been made in quite cramp area in the market, Although now they have come up with their new branch in sector 10 Dwarka which is a very good one with very big space and facilities.The cleanliness & hygene which is must for any hospital is totally absent here.As far as the availability of doctors is concerned they have senior physician visiting there, both of them are very good but resident doctors are of not good calibreThere are 2 lady doctors but one of them is just an MBBS not the PG in gyneachology.Facilities wise also this is not a great hospital, As my father-in law was admitted here for few days, I have seen that rooms are not properly cleaned, food served to patient is just OK and nursing facilities also poor.This is a 50 bed hospital with almost everything very below average, only plus point with this hospital is its locality, as its in the very central of market, so for all small health related issue one can reach here very easily.Only a 2 star for this restsurant.

My father was having cough and congestion for an hour at night on 5th Feb 2018. We took him to Ayushman as it is the nearest to our house and also because he was seen by Dr Akash Jain chest specialist in OPD a day back. We took him to the hospital and the doctor asked us to admit him as condition of his chest was not good “according to him”. We admitted him at 2.30am and at 3 am the staff asked us to pay Rs 10, 000 for starting the treatment.

The doctor told us that he is having high sugar level hence would be given 10 U of insulin and need to be put on ventilator. The doctor was telling us these things in front of my dad even after knowing that he was conscious and listening to everything he said, the nurse injected my father with a drug the doctor asked her to.

As soon as he was injected he collapsed while sitting and his body turned cold. After that they put him on ventilator but could not saved him for even an hour and he was declared dead at 4.30 am. After that they just wanted to empty the bed he was lying on as soon as possible.

He was not at all in a critical condition that could kill him and I know that the hospital doctors as well as nurses during emergency killed him. He was just 55 years, and the doctors don’t know how to handle any case. Not even the specialist in the OPD told us anything serious about his condition nor had he advised for any tests. He told us that it is normal congestion and will clear out in 10 days medication.

We lost him just because of Ayushman hospital, please do not take your loved ones here if you want them to stay in your lives.

Hello friend I am sharing my views on hospital that is ayushman hospital of delhi. My friend was admit there and tell me the very bad services of this hospitals.

They does not give the proper treatment to peoples and does not give right medical care. Also at one bed sometimes 2 patient are there. Their instruments and amchine are sometimes not working.

staff attitude is very rude of this hospitals. They does not talk very politely and you are asking about anything they are not ready to reply you.

Infrastructure are very good of this hospital and there are everything availbale like proper electricity, proper water and bed but they does not want to give to patient. Do not why. So I will advice to you that never trust on doctors of this hospitals because they take high charges but not give proper treatment and facility to patients.

I was admitd in Ayushman hospital bhopal for treatment of fever.

It is worst and careless hospital. I was admited there but after two days doctor can not diagnose the disease from which I am suffered.

Doctor said this is viral disease and make a lot of diagnosis but I did not get any relief from there.

The nurse there are very egofull and when we talk with our family mamber even in low volume nurse irritate much.

Worst care there. I just left the hospital and goes to hamidiya goverment hospital where doctor diagnose my disease and declare me as a dengue patient.

As there was a female doctor memdate for test I went to ayushman for test as the hospital where I did the consultation was not having female doc.

They charged me 2300 for tests, later asked me to pay more money as I consulted a doctor outside. I went there for only test and not consultation still they forced me to pay.

I taken my daughter for fever at 1230 AM on 1st Oct 2017. There was a big team in emergency. However, both doctors, billing guy& othed staff were not keen in seeing the patient, but about 7 -8 guys were gossiping in the emergency treatment room& disturbing the patient. On my intervention, rather then appologing, they challenge me to complain any where. I wanted contact no of MS/Registrar but one Sikh employee refused to give. This hospital gives 100% guarantee of worsening the case which may ultimately lead to patients death. Because of their  high contacts, this hospital has till now managed profiteering out of hard earned money of innocent people.

My relative died because of this hospital's sheer negligence on 1st Sept 2017.  The hospital authorities were more busy on money issues rather than providing medical care. A simple fever because of their wrongly treatment ultimately lead to death of a young, healthy man. A big loss to entire family because of this hospital's inhuman approach. They gives treatment when it is not really required and refers the case after siphoning your whole money.

It is highly recommended that please prefer to let the patient die on road rather than get it admitted in this hospital because they guarantee treating the patient in wrong way just to earn extra bucks.
