Hlo friends , today I am shareing you my personal experience . me and my friend adarsh meena decide to going spa , so we both searching near spa , finally we decide to go Aura thai spa , sanpada navi mumbai . we are really excited to going this spa , when we enter in tha spa the infrastructure of the spa is really very nice and the atmosphere of the spa also good . staff attitude was not good they dont know how to talk with customer . the spa is soo expensive but we cant take so much fun as we expected .!

I went with my friends in this aura thai spa. we guessed that this spa would nice and enough for money. but after we went we realised that this spa had bad quality infrastructure and staff of this spa did not communicate with us properly and after we went they don't give our room and spa was not good given by their staff even staff had not well trained and we gave them money then they don't response any kind of things. they behave with customer like strangers.

so this spa is very bad quality spa. you don't need to waste your money in this spa so choose better things.

I had been to this spa last month. I can say that I had the worst experience. The location is very bad. Very unhygienic. There is no proper accomodation for people. No proper rooms. No proper beds and many things. They also dont treat their customers properly.

Service is worst. They do massaging properly but its not upto the mark. Not proper value for money. I have seen many people there with dissapointing face coming from this saloon. I would not recommend this to anyone. Please choose another better one.

To think we(my Husband and I) were celebrating a special day, to only be ruined by the service at AURA THAI SPA. Series of issue at this place.

1. The so called Manager of this place is absolutely clueless about the service in all.

   
   




2. We did not receive our Welcome drink nor given any instructions to our room.

   
   




3. The two masseuse ladies cannot communicate in English nor Hindi. And wasn't even told about which massage we came in for. They had to be corrected.

   
   




4. It was a full body 60 minutes massage which they conveniently wrapped up in 40 minutes. Out of which they both disappeared in between for 10 minutes. So good to say we were offered only 30 minutes. No exaggeration whatsoever in the statement. Told exactly as happened.

   
   




5. Rooms were in very poor condition. Period.

   
   




6. Upon being told of the short service. The manager callously replies saying that because you were entitled to a steam bath which again we did not receive nor were told about . we did not give you both a full 60 minutes massage. How convenient!

   
   

The package I bought online included a Welcome Drink+ Full Body 60 Minutes Massage+ Shower of 15 Minutes+ Green Tea. And a supposedly good infrastructure, with good service, good staff. Sadly, none of them could have been possible. Absolutely no value for money at AURA THAI SPA.

People do not buy any of their offers or go to this SPA for their services. Believe me there are many far better options. This is at Palm Beach Road Vashi.

Friends, would like to begin off by saying that this is the worst spa ever visited.

Booked an appointment and landed up at the given time and the reception guy rudely tells me that I didnt confirm hence he allotted the booking to someone else.surprising because it being a weekday afternoon and that too within a gap of ten minutes between my call amd me landing up there.stay away from this fraud spa

Aura thai spa centre is in navi mumbai. I went to this place with my friends. We did our booking online and take appointment in the everning and went to this place at time. The spa centre was not muchh attractive even there was nothing intersting.

Infrastructure was very bad quality. We were five friends but there was only two employee for us. So we had to go one by one and others had to wait for their turn. The staff was not well trained. They gave us a worst spa. They had not good techniques. We wasted our money on this spa.centre.

I went to this spa so that I could relax by body and have a nice massage after a very tiring week. I was skeptical about trying this new place. The spa interiors were not appealing at all. It was really dull and cold. I asked for body massage and asked the person at the reception to guide me as to which one should I take. I did not get a proper answer and I was sent in to change.

The room was stinking of oil and the bed was hard as wood. A girl came in and I asked her about the oil. She said we use good oil. I laid on my back and she started the massage. The oil and the massage both were bad. She was untrained and did not know her job well. I really wasted my money and time trying out this new place.
