Attra Infotech

I joined attra infotech recently. Its small company to work but as compared to Big company like Wipro, Infy it is much better. Good payment, hike everything we will get it. Being a small company, they have much clarity on their policy like appraisal, leave policy, promotion policy.

In attra if you are good in work, it will be paid. They are commited for their principal and value.

If you are late in office, they will provide cab, food, snacks etc.

I gave an interview at Attra Infotech two years ago and had lost interest in this company when I learnt that I had to sign a three year bond to prove my loyalty to them. I was selected at the interview and offered a decent salary. The boss was pleasant to interact with. But the workplace culture was poor and their staff had no courtesy towards their guest. I also learned that they had a poor customer service reputation as their clients were not happy with the company management thanks to the quality of work they provide did not satisfied them.

This is my experience during the recruitment drive conducted by the attra infotech.First i wrote an online test in which they selected a group of people and asked us to attend f2f round and the venue and date was mentioned through mail.

I went to the interview spot and waited for a couple of hours , after a while some people conducted the GD round in batches wer in they eliminated half of them.then we were asked to stay for the PPT and atlast two members from the company asked all of us introduction and in the middle both the people left telling that they have got some immediate work.Then after two weeks got a mail for next round in the office.They asked to sign a bond for 3 Years and if we break it we have to pay them 2 lac, Really waste of a day.
