When I approached to their one of the branch in Bangalore to ask which online rate they are offing to customer, What is the base or source website for "today's Online Rate" so that customer can make sure they are paid @ reasonable rate which is uni formal / standard all over the state. But even after long discussion with them, they were failed to disclose their secrete. One hand they says amount will be paid as per "today's online gold rate" whereas other hand they says buying rate is different & selling rate is different despite of 3% deduction.

As we are the bulk gold buyers in Middle East, we know the market methodology as there is only one gold rate & selling customer should get the amount on net weight of their gold as per the purity of gold @ prevailing market gold rate, less 3% service charge or merchants commission.

This was our experience with Attica Gold Company in Bangalore just I shared with you guys. I do not have any other intention as we are NRI, s staying abroad & we wanted to sell off 1 Kg of 22K gold ornaments for urgent due aishwaryasingh23ment of my brand new villa bought in Bangalore. The girls are sitting in customer care desk, they do not have gold market knowledge & they misguide customers. When I asked her where we can check todays online gold rate which you are offering to customer just to be sure we are getting as per todays market rate less 3%, but her answer was that they will check 2 or 3 rates from internet and combine together to get average rate and they offer to customer. Moreover she is asking me to check the rate with other gold merchants in the city as they are the one who offers best rate in the market. we surprised with this funny answer. It seems, either they are not professional or as ethical as gold merchants are in Gulf countries.

No.1 Gold Cheating and worst behavior and never go to this company to sell gold, they will say 916 hall mark also gold purity is less with that purity checking machine is fake internally they will set default even it is 916 hall mark very big cheating they are doing, better go and go to any other gold jewelry buyers.

Very bad customer service when customers go there to sell their gold they look at customers as if the customers are frauds or robbers even if we you have the genuine purchase bill, photo I'd proof and address proof even then they ask lot of questions to them which irritates a customer a lot, if a customer calls to enquire to know the timings they speak to customers in such a way and treat them vry badly by asking them what's your address, what your name?are you a genuine person? Do you have the genuine bill ?what's do you mean by this come on is this the way to behave with your customers, customer very well knows the that they have to provide the bill, photo, photo I'd proof and address proof.Its so annoying, so ridiculous calling a customer 5 to 6 times and ask them sir what's your name, address, are you a genuine person? What do you mean? What's there in a name when a customer has proper details to be provided why do you treat your customers like this, do you think customer who comes there to sell their gold for emergency purposes are frauds.Then whats the use of buying gold from customers? Learn how to speak and behave with your customers in a decent manner.By just looking at the customers face continuously and by looking at them from top to bottom and from bottom to top will not get you the customers genunity its very cheap attitude this will only irritate the customers, so by doing all this above mentioned, Attica is saying all the customers who sold their gold till now are frauds this is what it means, when you call 80508 90508 to confirm the timings after the call is over, he calls you back again and again atleast 5 to 6 times and torture you maximum to verify your details and genunity, this will obviously irritate any customer if you treat them like customers are frauds. Worst behavior, worst experience, felt very bad and upset. I had visited this company in Hyderabad, Dilsukhnagar after seeing ads in tv hoping that they will provide a pleasant and happy experience with them but, unfortunately my experience was bitter! Firstly the call center girl was misguided me about the company address, she told me that it was located upstairs of the ibaco ice cream, I had roamed here and there about 30min in search and asked many people but nothing helped me! Again I made a call to C.C of Attica, this time they were told me that it was located above the Fancy ice cream parlour, at last I found the company. At that time there was only one guy in the office, he was very reckless and rude as if he owns the company, I assume he might be a goldsmith by his profession thats why they had recruited him.

I had showed him my gold and asked him, how much money I get for it! He told me some price and also told me that they will collect some percentage in the name of processing fee, that is okay as they are doing this business for some profit! But their looks and attitude wasn' t pleasant as if we are selling them theft gold, even after taking two aadhar like proof of identity cards and also a photograph, thumb impressions signatures, our mobile number conforming with their otp too!

Everybody sell their gold when they are in tough and needy situations, we people invest on gold as it will help in times whenever we need money, left alone without any helping hand and in financial problems. We buy gold happily in several occasions and the shop staff also feel very happy that we are purchasing gold from them, as they will offer us coffee, tea, cool drinks etc at the time of purchasing. But unfortunately we sell our gold when we were in bad situations that to not happily and also hiding our shy, these idiots will never know that and I wonder why don' t they realise that they are also ppl like us!

Attica office environment is very different, their desk is in very high position, we cant see if they are really measuring all our ornaments but we have to trust them by believing their words, if we raise our foot and lean onto desk( I am 5.7 height) we can barely see the numbers on weighing machine but not our ornaments! There are no chairs infront of the desk for customers, but chairs were situated far away from their desk for waiting purpose. Later two people joined in their desk, total staff 3. They dont have uniforms or id' s, they dont have any security precautions or measures, if some theif enters with weapons it is a threat to them and also to the customers like us!

The staff put their face very unplesently from the beginning to the end of the transaction as if we are bothering them! No smile, no decency, no polite manners and what not! ? Better avoid this company! Thanks for reading.

I was deeply disappointed with my experience at Rajajinagar branch of Attica. We were duped of nearly 8 g in total of 366 g we sold. They didn't return the stones we asked for, their invoice doesn't show the total amount of gold we have given. Customer care staff are extremely rude and when we requested them to show us the CCTV footage because the total weight of gold told by them and the invoice differs, one Jagadish from customer care said, " I am the highest official in Attica, there is no one above me and I can't connect your call to anyone else. We don't care about you or your gold" and disconnected the call. They have flicked out gold of 8 g which consisted of a pair of earrings and a finger ring and in spite of out repeated request to the branch office, customer care and senior managers within a few hours, they refused to show us. We didn't mind the 3 percent charges they take in the total amount of gold given and also the rate is not at par with today's gold rate, around rs 50 less per gram and also our government is striving to make India digital and these people charge more than rs 5000 for RTGS transfer but as told we didn't mind about all these because we understand that even they have to make profit but just flicking the gold is outright fraud. Their invoice doesn't have details of the total gold given. This is the first time I had visited Attica. This is surely not a trustworthy company.

Attica gold company is not good company to work beacuse it dont have any security to employers I have worked here some time . management is not co operative we have to ask four person to get one business approval. Transaction executive has all responsibilies while carrying gold if any problem company will blame employee. The vigilance team is for lookout leagal problems if any legal problem came they blame employee and they dont support employee. This is worse experience working here. Total bad
