Lot of furniture and electronics with clothes and books moved from Ahmedabad to Bangalore and Kerala. They were poorly packed with damage to almost all furniture. Sofas and settes came with broken legs and cupboards with broken shelves. All of it will require lot of significant repairing. In Kerala, they refused to unpack as the unloading took long time due to large vehicle. Poor communication between them and driver/local contact for coordinating delivery in Bangalore. Held us responsible for coordinating between them

Atlas movers and packers mumbai Airoli Mr Rakesh contact no 8451909311 has given worst service.

Complete cheat and third grade servce.

Cheat in the name of giving insurance.

Dont have mannerd to talk to females and blackmailing .

They dont offload the luggage and ask for money.

They give u low cotations and then ask more money anf harass

It has been a nightmare since I availed services from https://atlaspackers.com to transport my household goods from Gandhinagar to Hyderabad. I was approached by the company representative, Mr. Rohit Kumar(+91-9979923311) who promised a lot but could not deliver.

Below is a list of issues:

• Hidden charges(they charged me additional Rs. 600/- for providing me bills among other charges)

  
  




• Their representatives were aggressive and tried to bully us in paying them extra both while loading and unloading

  
  




• While unloading they were demanding an extra Rs. 5, 500/- and using our goods as hostage against us, stating they will only deliver once we make the payment. They delivered our goods only after we threatened to approach the police

  
  




• They misplaced my cycle costing Rs. 12, 000/- and are unwilling to compensate me for the same

  
  




• They damaged my cupboard, storage cum bed and other items and total damage amounts to over Rs. 10, 000/-. You can refer the photos

  
  




• The bed was fitted incorrectly and I had to dismantle and refit the bed myself

  
  




• They don't have contact details for handling customer grievances, so I don't know where to raise my issues and concerns.

  
  




• They claim that the men who pack and load are hired and trained by them and that they have nation-wide services. But this is completely false. They have tie ups with local movers and packers, who demand additional charges from customers over and above what has been paid to Atlas Relocation.

  
  

Atlas packers go by different names - Atlas Relocation, Atlas packers, Atlas movers and packers, India road kings. They over charge and hold you at ransom. Extremely unprofessional, no sense of ownership or accountability and total lack of respect for customers and their property.

Poor & pathetic, dont understand how some people have said good. Or are they references of the agency putting fake comments. Go by the actual customer feedback's, which is obvious with reasons.

Damaged goods, lost goods, no picking up of phone, no updates after taking money, are their extra skill sets which you would discover when your precious goods are taken away by them.

Fo any body & everybody, dont even think about calling or discussing your requirements with them, just paay some more and get a secure & trusted mover & [acker

I had planned to shift my goods using atlas packers and movers and their person asked for an advance I gave 5000 Rs.

When I asked for the bill he said that he will bring it later on . Due to certain circumstances I had to choose another packers and within half an hour of booking the contract I told atlas that I would like to cancel it and also indicated that charges for a person coming and inspecting may be deducted.

They refused to give back the money and they also told me that they have not receive any money from me . Beware of such cheats never use atlas movers and packers.

Recently I had to move my household goods from Virar, near Mumbai to Noida near Delhi. Unfortunately I chose Walia Packers and Movers. They took full payment in advance, but gave me part shipment after 15 days, and many of the things were broken. I do not know why half the things were not delivered. After much cajoling, coaxing and threatening, they shipped the remaining stuff after one month. Again, many thngs were broken and many items are missing. Kitchen utensils and chairs seem to have been used during this transit period. They were also very rude over the phone once the goods had been shipped.

So, when I had to move some more stuff from my Kanpur home to Noida, I entrusted the job to Atlas. They were a picture of efficiency. Everything was packed perfectly and reached intact. Moreover delivery was done OVERNIGHT. They finished the packing by 2 pm and left. I left in my car at 5pm. I reached Noida at 3am, and their truck reached at 6am. Every person was courteous and well behaved. Moreover they took 50% of the payment in advance and the remaining after delivery. The rate was also most reasonable.

I would strongly recommend Atlas packers and movers.
