Atlantic Water World, Delhi

In weekend I always go to this place with my family. It has very great and good facilities there. Also its price is very less to other water park. I really had a great experience there.

It was great experience and every one was very friendly and hospitality .The rides were great even thought we could not try all of them.The kids enjoyed it and the silders were fun .All in all it was a totally fun day.i love it

We ramdomly planned the trip to the water park . this was the best water park I ever visited .

Atlantic water world is great place. I am going with my school friends at picnic. I enjoyed very much.

Visited the Atlantic Water World(AWW) Park yesterday for the very first time. I was a little skeptic about this place as there a lot of options in DELHI NCR and Atlantic was cheaper than a few but costlier than many others… I went through TripAdvisor and many other portals to find the best option for my 9-year-old as her Birthday outing. Read all the reviews and seen all pictures I finalized AWW to spend our day.

Will review the place point-wise so it’s helpful for everyone as they need:

1. Reach early(ticket counter opens 10:30 AM but Park opens @ 11 AM) to avoid the crazy rush post 12 PM. Even the water is clean and best before the afternoon hours.

   
   




2. The parking is huge so don’t worry about parking problems*.

   
   




3. Prefer a weekday as weekends would surely be overloaded… However to some more crowd at such places mean more masti… So it’s a personal choice after all.

   
   




4. Will advise online bookings as they give you plenty of saving offers. At the counter would be tiresome to stand in the queue(non-AC area). Online bookings still need validation however there is a separate counter. Show them the ticket PDF or screenshot and rest they shall take care of.

   
   




5. No outside food, beverages or water is allowed however the eating area is well located in the center of the park for easy access anytime.

   
   




6. Waterproof mobile pouch, Towels, Costume and Rental Digital Lockers are available(right counter after entry)*.

   
   




7. Once paid these items can be collected at the next counter on the left side, adjacent to the Men and Women changing section*.

   
   




8. Wrist band based digital lockers are inside the changing room(both ladies and gents) adjoining the washroom/shower area*.

   
   




9. They recommend only Lycra or swimwear(no cotton) however I still saw many with these inside… I recommend they should post it on their website and at the entry gate rather than stating “the park management will decide if the swim suit is safe, hygienic etc.”.

   
   




10. They have plenty of staff who are all very helpful and soft spoken. Ready to help even standing full day in this summer heat. They will advise only what has been instructed to them so please be co-operative… Kindly understand that they fear their jobs if they break the rules for you… I had an argument with one on the blue slide ride and felt bad later as he was just doing is duty diligently by saying NO to my underweight kid. I wanted to say sorry to him later however it was too high to climb again… But I sincerely appreciate the staff/admin and their willingness to guide/help us.

    
    




11. It’s common to see crowd do what’s not right… Happens at all busy places… I saw people wringing their drenched clothes on the floor itself right inside the changing/locker area not bothered to use the wash basins/shower adjacent. The cleaner had to work hard to get all this spilled water cleaned several times so no one slips on it but he couldn’t challenge anyone or say NO… Poor boy!

    
    




12. The changing rooms are air conditioned and very tidy.

    
    




13. Food at the canteen isn’t the best however the food stalls in open have a much better taste/quality. Food everywhere inside is a little overpriced however we are all used to it*.

    
    




14. Otherwise all market items like soft drinks, water etc. are on MRP(no additional charges) which is excellent!

    
    




15. Believe the park has some special cheaper 2-hour entry in the evening 5-7 PM which attracts a major crowd and hence it’s wise to be out latest by 6 PM so you get the ease of changing and security refunds.

    
    




16. Overall I would say a person of every age can fully enjoy the park.

    
    




17. Even the kiddy pools are well maintained and parents can freely take their toddlers to this place for a full day masti.

    
    




18. I’ve been to 2 water parks abroad and I can say everything from the locker area to the rides @ AWW are built with a world class approach but some unwanted elements would do their best to ruin it’s look and feel for the next generations to enjoy… It’s time we change our behavior and take time out to keep such places clean.
