Poor post purchase service

They got good collections. They will entertain you well till you purchase. Post that , it’s horrible support. I purchased sofa worth lakhs. There is a minor damage in there. I visited the shop , raised request to send someone for repair. It’s been months no response yet. Later I contacted their customer care, Mr Prajwal from customer care suggested he will send someone to have a look. That was in April , till this date I have not heard anything back.


Be careful when you buy products from them.

Think before you buy any item through online platform and the Return and Refund policy is not customer friendly. I happened to buy one article and ultimately was denied refund, as the item cannot be exchanged and can be exchanged if found defective. The customer doesn't have the privilege of returning if the item doesn't meet the requirement as is being done with other online shopping platforms. Hence, I would recommend not to buy any article from @home online by Nilkamal and the customer will be disappointed.

I purchased a three seater and two seater electrical recliner last October for a price of 1, 63000/- and sad to say its a very bad mistake having bought from At Home. The sofas starting sagging within two months of use and after complaining and literal screaming fests they came and supervised the sofa. After agreeing it was sagging they took it to the showroom and brought it back. And now I am having the same problem. Its more than a month since I made a complaint but no use. One person turned up to see the sofa but after that no message or call. After paying so much money they just treat you like dirt. No proper customer care or product value. Please don't buy anything from this place. Only show but doesn't last. All china make furniture nothing is their own. that's why the products are not lasting. If this is the way they treat their customers within the warranty period imagine once its over.


Absolute waste of our hard earned money.

This is in regards to a recliner I bought a month back. Understanding the Covid situation, it can be considered there is a delay in the shipment. But isnt the responsibility of the company to take priority for it's customers and look forward for prompt service. The logistics they have partnered is another problem. No response for shipment tracking since a month. No response from customer service even before 6 pm. If a customer believes in a brand and a company, isnt the company respond accordingly. Take the money and fade away. isnt it childish behavior.

Had ordered Sofa cum bed online from @home , it was promised to be delivered by 16th June 20, before that there is no information/ notification on order starus when we called them on 16 th June 20 regarding the order status they said order yet to dispatch and we tried calling customer care no I.e. 1800121141 and Whtz Number I.e. 7045228234 regarding payment & return procedure however there is no reply from there end, such a pathetic and worst experience we had ! I would suggest pls don’t even think to buy any product from @home they are fake and unprofessional and customer care number is also fake.


We are still struggling for our payment but no response.

I bought a 2 seater recliner from AT Home product, Clamps are broken after 1 year, I have been trying to contact customer care from last 6 months. They pick the call and will answer saying we will come and fix. But never they turn up. Worst customer care service.

@home rajajinagar gave me the worst possible customer service experience. I had visited the shop to gift my brother something for his birthday. Not only were the staff ill informed and the mAnasultanger ignorant also the product was faulty. There was no body to ask any questions to regarding the products on display, one lone worker tried to avoid any questions and looked away. If this is what he's doing at his job why does he even get paid and more importantly why does @home have a shop in a prime location in the city with such poor quality employees? After I selected this piece, I had to hunt for someone to ask if packaging required extra money. Also the mAnasultanger was extremely arrogant and not at all fit to be in the position. My question is, why have a shop open when your mAnasultanger is not aware of boxing the product or knowing what sort of packaging would go with it? What sort of bAnasultanlity is it. After a good 15 minutes and constantly asking one lone worker, he came up with - they are boxing it. As far as I remember the product was not broken, however, I strongly believe it was either broken while bringing it from somewhere, where a box could be found or it was exchanged. This is slipshod work. It was my brother's birthday and look how special @home made it. Want a reply and a replacement!

Please Dont buy any furniture at @Home marathahalli Bangalore. Last Month bought king size bed. After 20 days, one side of the bed leg broken and we are not able to sleep.


You can email me and I can show the proof of bill and photo.


I kindly request, please do not buy any furniture in @Home


On the outer side of the bed, they use good and shining material, but inner side, they used low quality wood

I ordered 2 chairs from @Home online vide order 727353438976897. I ordered them on 1st July and am yet to get the product. Everytime you call the customer care executive and their reason range from stupidity to complete cluelessness


Reason 1: Updated a wrong phone number in our system by mistake


Reason 2: Could not reach you(I live in center of bangalore where signal strength is always there)


Reason 3: Attempted delivery but could not find address(You could just call)


Reason 4: Attempted delivery but you were not home(I live in joint family and atleast my grandmother never leaves the house)


Reason 5: Product already delivered(To who?!)


The one thing that is constant with the team is they tell they ll get back in 15 minutes and will forget you completely. another constant thing is the promise to deliver "TODAY EVENING SIR".


If you purchase stuff in @Home store, they will not return your money and will not get the product. only thing you can get is BP hearing the reasons the customer care executive gives you.


The parking thing is not applicable to me as it was online. so giving 5 stars.

Totally clueless and unprofessional: MAnasultangement,


Incompetent, arrogant and basically untrained: Delivery and Service boys,


Low-grade, Bad-Quality, Unimpressive and Unnecessarily expensive: Furniture.


Where is the one place you can find all of this?


@Home!


ANY OF YOU CONSIDERING BUYING ANYTHING FROM THAT GOD-FORSAKEN PLACE NEEDS TO READ THIS BEFORE GOING AHEAD.


I had ordered a 2-seater sofa from Nilkamal(@Home), that I paid a bomb for, for my house. I was appalled by the terrible experience I had with it.


Literally, the only positive thing was the "anticipated" delivery date. It just went downhill from there. They have absolutely no co-ordination between the customer service, mAnasultangement and delivery. Each one says a different date and a different time for the delivery. They actually deliver from just 12 to 4 P.M., but they claim to do the entire day(you know, just for the pizzazz and all that). And during this strict timeline, they call you once and if you miss the call, the product won't be delivered that day at all, no matter what, even if you call them back just minutes later.


The so-called mAnasultangament promises you one date and time but doesn't communicate it to the delivery guys. And they were no less. They man-handled the furniture, didn't bother installing it properly(they fixed the leg cushions all crooked), were extremely rude and there was a layer of dust on it that I had to clean later. And somehow they are always in a hurry, they dictate a 5-minute timeframe and you have to give them directions to your house, get them in, install your furniture and sign for it, heaven-forbid you cross the 5-min deadline and they start grumRobotouchng about being "late" and having to go home. This was at 3 p.m., mind you.


I would have forgiven all of this if atleast the furniture was good. Low quality, badly made, faded colors, it didn't look like it was supposed to and it just looked old and pathetic.


I would strongly recommend NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM @Home, unless you want to test your frustration limit and yell your guts out. I don't give entirely bad reviews, have never given them anywhere else, but @Home totally deserves it.


Very Bad Service from Nilkamal Team

We have purchased full flat requirements like Kitchen, Room storage etc on Jun 016. After long and repeated call, follow up we got our materials. Now the story starts regarding the installation. The sales guy washed his hands by introducing a production / assembly in charge. There is no control over the assembly contract people. Absolutely unprofessional the way they come at 12 noon and go by 400PM. Middle absent themselves. Dragged for more than 2 weeks and completed by mid Aug. There is a short supply and yet to be completed.


We are totally unhappy of going to Nilkamal and unable to show our flat to anybody due to uncompleted work.The total team of Sales and Service people are not at all customer focussed. Total money is paid as advance and finally the customers are taken by all trouble of calling Nilkamal people and not getting service.


Is there any end to it. Can some one guide us how to finish our uncompleted work and make us a worth leaving in our flat.

Modular Kitchen :: Not Good Experience

Had ordered modular Kitchen from @home 2 months back. It was promised to be delivered on the 31st day, I initiated the kitchen civil work accordingly, however the delivery was delayed by 1 month. The installation team is just a gang of unprofessional bunch of guys who arrives at their own date and time, it seems @home has no controller over them.


On the first day of installation they went back after few hours on the excuse they they dont have some tool kit. Next day they didnt come itself. On inquiry, gave a lame excuse - all bunch of guys went to Tirupati . I wasted my leave expecting their arrival. Finally they came one day, did some basic setup for the granite to be laid. Have been waiting for them last two days for getting it completed. Again today morning, against what is being conveyed to me yesterday, gave a last minute surprise by the sales person. Excuse is exemplary - "The Installation Team is not picking his phone". Wasted my another leave. Now the sales guy himself is not picking my phone. .fed up dealing with these guys.


To summarize


Pros




  • The Hettich trays they provide is good( Its not the Cred824it of @home)




  • The door and draws which are exposed outside seems to be well laminated and looks like durable(That is not the case for whole of the cabinet)






Cons




  • The cabinet boxes are of poor quality. Almost all of the cabinet have some exposed area without the lamination




  • The MDF used doesnt look of any good quality




  • No professionalism




  • No care for customer time




  • The measurement taken by the sales guy could go wrong. I had to cut few edges to fit the cabinet in corners.




  • The hinges which they claim to be Hettich has no Hettich sign in half of the lot. Looks to be not genuine.

If you think a big store and big display means good products and good service, then your are absolutely wrong. Such showrooms are totally disoriented, pathetic in delivering what is promised. It is only a perception they create to lure innocent customers.


The store manager talks and behaves as if he owns the entire chain of @Home.crap! they are under the impression and think that customers are fools and don't understand technically. They don't realize what customers can do and to what extend. Customers are not FOOLS.


Would sincere advice to seriously, think twice or thrice before you step into @Home.and buy any furniture. Would recommend everybody to seriously consider alternative source / stores than ordering/buying any product from @Home. They will send some illiterate shitty fitters who doesn't even have any knowledge of the items delivered. I feel deflated even to think of visiting this store and a scenario where I have to ask for some maintenance service from @Home.about any product.


If you see some good reviews.please don't go with that. They are all fake.


It is also said that @ Home retail is not doing well. it is obvious! with this kind of pathetic customer service it is bound to be in doll drums. Any retail store is built on the foundation of customer service and in this case it has been the worst ever possible.

Damaged Products - Rude management

This is one of the worst stores I had ever visited.


Most of the products sold here are DAMAGED.


I bought a photo frame from this store which they said is on sale and old stock, hence put up in clearance. When I took it home and checked it .it was a DAMAGED piece.


Next day I took the same to the store for return.


They didn't accept and were very rude with the customer.


I was a regular to this store before this incident happened.


Post this incident never stepped again to this store and will NEVER again do that.


Both the guy at the billing counter and his manager arguged for 45 mins and said it is NOT their responsibility if customer fails to check the damaged piece.


This is ONE of the WORST store which doesn't mind loosing its customers.


I would strongly recommend NOT to visit this store and if you visit ensure your products are in good condition.


DO NOT GO FOR THE SALES PERSON' WORDS THAT THE PRODUCT IS GOOD AND ITS ON SALE

Badservice about sleek kitchen in @home marthahali

We ordered two steel rods in sleek kitchen at home, Marathahalli. They told they will deliver with in two weeks. But they didn't deliver that correct date. After we called 15-20 times, they delivered the product  not in correct manner.


When I asked about this, they didn't respond correctly, they told they will return back money. After that we went there and asked about this, they are not ready to return back our money. Please don't order in sleek kitchen at home , marathahalli. Their service is very very bad.

The products from @home are unbelievably of great quality. I bought a sofa from there a couple of years ago and it still looks brand new. The cushions are still soft and unbelievably spongy and still very comfortable. There are no tears and the surface is still as smooth as ever. I also bought a floor lamp which adds to the beauty of my sofa. Two thumbs up to @home and I thank them for their great quality.

I have been waiting a long time for the sale season to start!! Every year I do most of my shopping in sale Rajeev_Vermacially Ghar Ka Saaman otherwise it’s so expensive!!!! One of my favorite places for home shopping is @home and their sale is quite good, this time I bought lots of bed covers, 2 lamps and a dinner set.. all at flat 50% off and all big brands.


Go there if you have some home shopping to do.

We bought bedroom furniture from At-Home store, Hyderabad which is Nilkamal brand. Very impressed with the quality of the bed, wardrobe and price was fantastic also. When we happened to visit At-home store we liked one particular set in the store, but needed a different fabric option on head rest of bed. We took fabric samples home a couple of times after we discovered our first choice at the store.


We finally made a choice and ordered the set. The order arrived on schedule, a flawless experience. Unfortunately, somewhere in the process the delivery charge was overlooked (shame on us for not asking), so we were a bit surprised when the very professional delivery guy asked for his fee.


Still, great experience with no real problems, we will buy from this store in the future.
