I have complained on 02/02/2022 but without visit and giving false reply by asian paint employee the complaint( 0505513266) has been closed without customer consent. I mailed on 14/02/2022 to customer care. but no reply or solution has been provided to me. very very disappointing service. worst. No body is responsible for giving solution of my complaint. I am tired to contact and contact to asian paint but there no solution. complaint has been closed by giving FALSE reply of the asian paint company employee.

Asian paints is selling substandard product under the brand name Apcolite Premium emulsion. Asian Paints mandates that Asian Paints Primer and putty need to be used and despite using their primer and putty, the paints starts crackling and flaking in less than a week. this is not expected from a brand like Asian Paints. one feels cheated after paying a premium to buy Asian Paints product and getting a substandard and spurious product. Customers please be aware that Asian Paints is actually taking advantage of the premium perception of its brand and palming off substandard and sprious product.

I took painting service from Asian paints. Painters mixed putty to paint and when we asked they told otherwise Color won’t be bright. But paint will peel of early than expected because of putty. Unprofessional behaviour from painters. They spilled paint on wooden flooring, which is difficult to wipe off. Also they made full house dirty. After this we stopped the painting. When we asked for agreement to proceed work Asian paint associates are not ready to get agreement.

Very poor service. Never go for Asian paints service.

We had very good relations with Amayil agencies in kozhencherry, who further recommended us Asian paints.The warrantee wasn't served and so was the after service. Despite of so many complaints no actions were taken. The walls have already started showing signs of algae and fungus.

I wanted to higher professional for waterproofing & painting hence thought of Asain paints. Immediately after waterproof & painting could see leakage.

The agent sub contract the work and further again it is subcontracted. It has been 1 year but still issue is not solved.Agent stopped answering to my phone calls??????

Damp proofing done by company experts in whole house in 13 month failed.. Even warranty card after 12 month 80 percent bear by company as mentioned refused only provide one person for 1 day as labour 500 costing free rest material purchase by me.. Only given labor means no materials covered under warrenty even mention who go for court for 2-3 thousand cost coming this know by company. On toll free number no any response given on email only reply comes sending concern team response come after many reminder in one week in rainy season and water drops comes in room.. Company also given offered Amazon gift voucher of Rs 3000 give to me at the time damp proofing order even 20 mail reminder cross 13 month nothing given.. Totally froud even whatever in writing not fulfil. This is related to Lucknow Jankipuram extension case as I have all proof in black in white.

In one word: AWFUL. I just got my home (3bhk, South Kolkata) painted by Asian Paints. The paints dealer was New Vaishali Paints Supply, 8A, Ripon Street, Kolkata 700016 while the Asian Paints authorized contractor was Ezycolour Consumer Associates (JOYDEEP CHAKRABORTY and AZAD ALAM). These people are super unprofessional cheats who damaged my property and furniture (by not adequately covering the furniture, breaking expensive items, damaging glass windows) while ‘painting’. They took 47 days to paint 1200 sqft, sent over unskilled workers who worked only 2 hours per day, smoked beedi during the rest of the time, used and littered my personal bathroom, yelled and mentally harassed my aged mother.. and the list goes on. WHEN WE DEMANDED THAT THEY TAKE THE WORK SERIOUSLY, THEY LAUGHED AT OUR FACES AND WERE VICIOUS ENOUGH TO REMOVE AND STEAL LAMP FIXTURES AND FUSE PLUGS FROM OUR HOME. We were two women managing their whole nonsense, and I feel that our being women is the reason we were subjected to such treatment. Also, Asian Paints allocates their site managers and supervisors to visit and manage the work, but trust me there was NO SUPERVISION. My mother had to tell the painters to finish incomplete areas in apparently ‘finished’ rooms. Also, they bluntly refused to remove their construction rubble and paint buckets after the work got completed.

Asian Paints home painting service also charges WAY more for per day labourer wages. I would suggest people in Kolkata to avoid these cheats and avail local paint suppliers and painters to get your home painted. Needless to say, all complaints made to the company authorities go unheard all the time.

We got in a contract with Asian Paints(AP) to color our home from start to finish sometime around mid-2019. AP had a wing called Ezy colors which took care of everything. We paid AP an entire sum of around 85K and choose Royal Emulsion. AP brought home a contractor who was in-charge of getting the whole job done. As the work started the initial AP rep quit and a new person was appointed leading to more confusion. The job was even completed and COVID struck and thereafter the contractor also stopped picking up our calls and therefore the completion certificate was not signed. The painting job is still not completed and the quality of work is utterly disgusting. One of the workers appointed by the contractor did acknowledge that the job was not up to the mark and a lot of sections needed rework.

As per the sheet stuck by AP on the bedroom door which suggests three options to lodge a complaint my father tried the first to call 033 24756620 to which there is no response till date. The second option is to call the AP rep who did promise to come over but didn’t turn up and thereafter stop taking our calls. The third option is to email CSO-RA Riju Chakravorti or Unit Head Anubhav Ghosh. Since I live overseas and was unable to call an 1800 number and my father being elderly and not mobile savvy, I emailed a complaint on 26/04/2020 to servicesapehs@gmail.com, xxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx@asianpaints.com, xxxxxxx.xxxxx@asianpaints.com, RA13.KOLS@ezycolour.in, customercare@asianpaints.com, asainpaints.ezycolour@gmail.com.

I got a response from customer care with a ticket number – 2020042513 seeking some time due to COVID. Understandably we waited for almost two years and again started to email Customer Care as well as all the above mentioned on 14/05/2020, 27/03/2022, 02/04/2022, 11/04/2022 and 27/06/2022 but this time in vain. Surprisingly no one, not even Riju Chakravorti or Anubhav Ghosh or even the customer care replied back. This show the level of work culture in AP. Anubhav Ghosh and Riju Chakravorti are still working with the company but didn’t have the decency to reply back even after receiving so many emails.

I reached India in June and spoke to Javed on 18002095678 on 06/06/2022. I was on the call for 41 mins but he was very helpful which did reignited my confidence in AP but for a small time. I got a new complaint number 5055477489 and was advised that Swagata Sengupta would visit my home and solve the issue in 5 working days. Neither did Swagata Sengupta contact me nor did he visit. Instead, a CA named Subhojit visited on the 08/07/2022 and did acknowledge that the quality of workmanship was appalling and also confirmed that Easy Solution has closed down as well as the contractor. My argument with him was that I paid AP the entire sum and AP recruited the contractor. For me, only AP exists and AP cannot shun off its responsibility on the grounds that the contractor or a certain function of the company does not exist now.

Subhojit came over the next day i.e. 9/7/2022 with some machine for further assessment and did emphasis that the ticket needs to be closed in 5 days. Thereafter no one contact me so I called 18002095678 on 15/06/2022 and spoke to Neha who advised she will get in touch with the rep and get back to me which didn’t happen. I then contacted Subhojit on 15/06/2022 via WhatsApp but got no response and then spoke to him on 16/06/2022 who put the ball in his senior's court named Mr. Joshi and was a bit surprised that Mr. Joshi hadn’t called me yet. Subhojit later called me to say that Mr. Joshi did try calling me but was unable to get through(a stupid lame excuse).

Later in the day, Subhojit did a conference call and Mr. Joshi again tried to convince me that the workmanship is not their problem to which I did blast him. He then said he will visit my home to which I said how many more visits are required for a solution, does that mean your last rep was not capable of doing his job. Mr. Joshi said he will speak to his senior and get back. On 18/07/2022 I spoke to Subhojit again for an update who said Mr. Joshi will get in touch with me. I warned him that these are delaying tactics especially when you guys know that I don’t live here and will be leaving in a few days and the warranty ends in November. The entire process has already been delayed by more than two years by AP deliberately. I also warned him of myself resorting to social media.

On 19/07/2022 I again called up 18002095678 and spoke to Safwan who like a parrot repeated the words “sorry for the inconvenience caused”. When asked why has the issue not been resolved with the SLA of 5 days he answered “due to technical reasons their server was down and maybe that’s the reason why the reps didn’t get a notification”. I explained the case to him and requested an escalation to which he did confirm that the case has been escalated to another team which I doubt.

AP is an absolute piece of junk with disgusting processes, lackadaisical attitude, delaying tactics to overrun warranty, false promises and an inherent culture of shunning responsibilities. They get the job done by local contractors who and there’s nothing special about them, my house is testimony to it. So BEWARE before paying the entire sum to an unscrupulous company called ASIAN PAINTS.

I opted Asian Paints for their services and shockingly, quality of painting work is far below average. Issues resulted are as under.

1) Proper sanding, putty work was not carried out resulting in most of the wall and ceiling surfaces as rough.

2) Usage of material was not as per agreement of ceiling.

3) No supervisor is there and the Asian Paints executive is not visiting the site with sick excuses.

What is the need of Asian Paints services? Local contractor of Asian Paints is trying to save on material cost resulting in poor look/ finishing of walls and ceiling which can be rechecked by any of their senior officials. This is despite the fact that I paid premium rates for their work to these people.

When you book service from Asian paints, one contractor is assigned. Contractor gives you options available in paints, like Apex, ultima, stretch. Each of them have like 5yrs, 8yrs warranty mentioned in catalogue and so on..this is for exterior. We choose ultima, Bill comes uptown 90K plus for ground + 1st floor building(exterior only). For exterior building..contractor says more life on building, weatherproof against rain and extreme climate. And Bill's the customer heavy. He says it comes with warranty for this many years and warranty card will be issued as soon as work is completed.He collects your address, email ID, phone number, etc n nothing isissued for months. Apparently you will see the warranty on the paint dabba..and in reality we have to leave the building after work done in the grace of weather and God. Why is Asian paints publishing, advertising and calling themselves pioneer in this field. Your customer care service is like robots.' Will forward your query to the concerned department ' nothing else actually happens. You guys are frauds. Cheating public and genuine families. It's your product and your employees delivering service, own it. Live up to your promises , why fake it. Shame on your company.

They are only misleading customers .

Before purchasing the company offers five

Years warantee. But there thickness reduced to minimum only in two Months after application. When I complaint it to the company, their behavior was not cooperative

They were blaming on customer only.

So please don't go through with it. There material is very bad quality. The company professional not even know how to talk with customers.so please don't waste your hard money on this product.

Apex ultima safe painting by Asian paints with warranty is nothing but a fraudulent marketing gimmick. The staff who oversea painter a white collar employee of Asian paint is absolute nonsense. It's been 6 months they make us run
