Asian Paints

I thought of going with Asian pain services despite more expensive than other vendors assuming they will provide the professional and good services, but got very disappointed specifically with the so called colour consultant and Supervisor.

I got it done recently well before the Diwali, can’t imagine what kind of services they offer near Diwali time.

Worst service.no synchronization, no time limit, no regular manager which they promise before payment, unprofessional, no knowledge what to do,

They promised to hand over by 05/08/2023 but still incomplete. Flats at Bengaluru Electronic City.

My interiors are completed by Asian paints Beautiful Home Services, Bangalore North Team. I’m quite happy with the way entire project was co-ordinated by the Design and Project Management team. Special mention to the Project Manager Subash Senapati who helped identify some design issues during the validation process which was very critical for the overall project. Subash had transparent communication with us and gone extra mile to complete our interior needs. The design team were also prompt to make the changes which helped in the delivery of the project in a timely manner.

Team member hari from execution team was very supportive and made sure that finishing is top vlass and he guides us propeely

Overall service since quotation to till finished the work. No proper visit by the Asian paints staff or supervisor, when he comes only for asking money.Sachin is the supervisor and pashupati was the quotation. He said after quotation finalize my work is done. Sachin will assist. But Sachin only comes for payment not the check work done poorly. After 7_8 call reminder till now Sachin not come to see complaint and get resolved. Still pending reason, all payment done.

I took the painting service directly from Asian paint team and they assigned a dealer for this. They did a pre-inspection and noted some leakage and charge us extra to fix that. After completion of painting service the paint starts coming out within few weeks. Upon inspection they concluded that the leakage was not fixed properly.

Now the Asian paint team is saying they are not responsible as leakage work was dealer responsibility. I took the painting service from the Asian paint team and not the individual team and if you guys cant take responsibility for your work its better to not pay premium and hire some local carpenter who provides better service than Asian paint.

We have done interior from Asian paints. From the designing and the execution part all were well planned and delivered on time .

The execution work was done bu Divakar. He was very polite and able to understand the requirements very clearly

We had a poor experience with Asian paints painting service. 15 yrs ago we had painted our house, the paint quality was excellent. Agian We got our house re painted recently. The paint quality is disappointing, surprisingly poor. Its gets scratched very easily. This was not at all the case with the previously painted paint.

Also we expected professional painters to come from Asian paint when we had ordered painting from company website. But they just gave the contract to some ordinary painters. It would have been better if we had appointed painters from paint shop

Asian paints all colours and categories not comparing to other company good Quality and good product. Home and office Paint looking nice and attractive and longtime. I'm recommend everybody use this company company colour for home and office

Asian paints is a trusted product in India. It's colour shades are very cool and comfort. Actually The Tata company is also collaborated with asian paint, for using these colour to tata brands.

Regret to inform you that despite of several mails, phone calls with local representatives, issue hasn't been resolved which is leaving me with no other option to opt another repuated painting agency.

Initially, I thought to go ahead with asian paints being number 1 in market share in this industry by hook or croock but now I'm happy now that I didn't opt for Asian Paints as it was pathetic to deal with your representatives, they all are technically unsound, coward in accepting responsibility and many more..

It seems your representatives taking clients as granted by not picking up calls, misdirecting and suggesting costlier option just to safe guard his workmanship as if they know customers will in any case go with Asian due to their reputation in market.

But my dear friends, Indian consumers have become sensible on their needs now, this monopolistic attitude will not take Asian paints any further and I'll make sure to take this up at any levels that I can.

Very worst service. I from Ahmedabad Paid advance but now they not coming. Customer care number also not giving solution. Company local representative also not answering. Never go for this service.

Horrible is an understatement! We hired Asian Paints for Indore. Here is what happened:

1. Timeline Issues - They say one time and they don’t turn up. It has taken a total of 6 months to finish a paints and polish job.

   
   




2. Finish: Horrible - edging is not done. They damanged a very expensive vinyr and now have said they can’t do anything about it. You can clearly see the marks of the nail.

   
   




3. They have dropped paint on a marble that’s buffed!

   
   




4. Mr. Vishal has repeatedly got pissed off and spoken rudely when it was his fault. Mr. Ankit, his senior came to check the house and agreed that the finish was not upto the mark. Then he stopped answering our call and asked us to co-ordinate with Mr. Vishal.

Shame on Asian Paints, I applied Damp proof Ultra(10 years warranty) as per their directions. Within one year my roof started leaking. As my product was under the warranty period, I asked for the compensation, and their person visited the site and told us that Damp proof is not applied as per company policy. Irony is dealer's PEOPLE only came to apply it and now they are saying this I already knew it they will throw tantrums as every company have same attitude while providing compensation. So practically Asian paints didn't provide me with any compensation. My only fault was I didn't do the video recording while damp proof was being applied. I would have done that, so that I could have knocked the door of consumer court.

Practically what I want to convey is, this 10 years warranty is just a SHAM. Asian paints won't provide you with any kind of compensation once their product fails. they will have some kind of excuse always to avoid compensation. Their product is waste, of no use, simply looting the consumer that's it.

Don't purchase the Asian Paints any kind of damp proof, it won't work I guarantee you. Complete waste of money. Thanks!

After painting over within 3 to 4months outside house & terrace wall sticker it’s coming out like a paper stickers.... Too much bad experience with this company... Never ever use this company

Very disappoint with this paint . I have used 2 coat with 2 coat ultima paint still leakage not stopped. Still leakage persist. They shows and explain wrong information. Don't trust on him. Also they aren't reimburse . They nullify your warranty, waste products from Asian paint with high price
