Asia Pacific Institute of management from my point of view is the underrated institute, otherwise, it has everything which makes any ordinary institute to extraordinary. Let me tell you in brief about my experience and what I come to realize after completion of my PGDM program from here.

• Location- Aim is located in the heart of the country in the nation’s capital, which is very well connected with all kinds of transports.

• Approvals- AIM is an autonomous institute and AICTE approved, and this is the best part of this college. Being AICTE approved it runs strictly the business and managerial oriented curriculum. And because of this many companies when they came to pre-placement talk, they were happy to intake students from my batch. Recently It has started an MBA in healthcare and for this, they have got AIU approval as well.

• Salary- The year I completed my PGDM in international business, I got campus placement with a decent salary of 8 lakhs CTC, and as 26 years old it was jackpot to me. All of my batch mates got a placement with more or less similar to my salary.

• Ranking- As I told you that I don’t know this college is underrated, otherwise it has a good ranking of 11th in northern India as per business times, and overall 45th rank in India as per business today magazine.

• PGDM program/ MBA in healthcare- AIM runs different PGDM programs, like marketing, international business, banking and financial services, PGDM general, and one executive PGDM. Apart from this, they have even started an MBA in healthcare.

• The relevance of AICTE and AIU approval- AICTE approval gives freedom to an institute to make the curriculum as desired by companies. While AIU approval opens the gate for MBA students who get an international MBA degree to do a higher degree and to get government jobs in India.

Last but not least, This is good institute to enrol and study

Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi is bestowed with a powerful Centre for Corporate(CCR) which is a dynamic unit and has been set up to prepare students for a career while maintaining a close connect with corporate. They play a significant role in liasing with corporate organizations to provide suitable job and internship. After completion of my 1st year in PGDM-Marketing programme in AIM, CCR helped me to get my 2 months paid internship at Barclays, India under mandatory SIP(Summer Internship Program) of our institute.

It is not a bad university but a average one for sure. If you are looking for private universities you should definitely give this one a try atleast once. A good number of qualified teachers and also a very great infrastructure. It is quite safe also aave had good connectivity. Student teacher relation is really impressive.

1) Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi does not offer MBA, They only offer - PGDM

2) The PGDM offered by them is NOT approved by AIU.which is a Serious Drawback!

3) The Placements Offered by them is - Poor / Below Average. For Ex. - This Year(2018), students are getting placed in organisations like - SLWMedia Private Ltd., R & K Financial, Call Health, Ceasefire, etc. - where you don't need a PGDM do get placed in.

4) Even those students who have got placed have been placed at an average package of less than 4 Lakh per annum

5) Majority of the students - 70% - are still unplaced / or have substandard placement - even at the end of April'18

6) The faculty being highlighted as their Core faculty are actually NOT working with them anymore - for eg. - Prof Dahiya, Prof, Surabhi, etc.

No smart student would waste their parent's Hard earned money on such an institute. That is why last year(2017) they were able to fill in only 30% of their seats.

College totally based upon fraud and lies. Once you submit the fees 8lakhs they don't even bother. All the promises and schemes are totally fake. Worst faculty members, worst college.

Councillors being paid huge incentives on every admission

They put their best to make fool and make promises to attract the candidate.
