On 11.10.16, I visited the Arvind Annanagar IV avenue outlet, Chennai and selected a shirt piece(Rs. 1281) for being stitched to order(stitching Rs. 450). I have given my specs(2 large pockets) and measurements(identical to your size 40 shirt), and delivery was promised on 20.10.16.

I finally got delivery on about 25.10.16, and I took delivery in a hurry. I found the sleeves to be too long at home, and one pocket corner came unstitched after 2 uses.

I again visited the outlet and asked them to replace the shirt in view of the longer sleeves and shabby stitching which came unstitched after 2 uses. The staff apologized and promised to complete the changes to my satisfaction, else it would be replaced. At my insistence, the shirt was home delivered. I was told the pocket had been re-stitched and the sleeves made shorter. I have kept the shirt aside in good faith.

Now, when I try the shirt on, I find the sleeves have not been shortened, so the staff were misleading me by saying the sleeves were made shorter. I frankly see no use in approaching the misleading staff at this store and would be happy to send you the said shirt so that the company can compare the sleeve length with your standard size 40 shirt.

I will also widely share my opinion that it is a waste of time and money to spend Rs. 450 for stitching a shirt which is not as per measurements, which is not delivered on time, and with stitching that opens in a couple of washes.

For my complaints given online on 13.2.17 and again on 1.3.17, I have only received auto responses.
