I have made order online at artycraftz.com in Jan 1st week for my engagement function. I received good quality item. Customer service is good but they are updating through email.

Anyway overall is good.

I ordered an item from them paid them money and noting came when I call them there number is changed and most important thing they are only available on WhatsApp call and messages. and they change there name with every new number. I have lost Rs.12536.

It's a scam, they are a group of fraud people who scam all persons who buy from them...after paying them they do kot send the order I lost 5098 Rs as I paid them in advance for my order

The service is good. I have ordered few products from artycraftz.com and I thought they won't deliver after sometime. But thank god luckily I received my orders before 2 days of my marriage. The products are very good. There are few suggestions they has to work on. Anyway overall quality of the products are excellent and recommendable.

I have got to know about artycraftz.com from one of my friend reference. At starting I thought their pricing to high but after speaking with them I came to know that all the items are very authentic and genuine and value for money I paid.

To be honest I no need to write review for name sake but I invested sometime to review this new online shopping website for Handmade items. Recently I have purchased 2 different fountains. One is for my office and another is for my home. I received one good product and another one with different color. I have contacted them immediately and asked for return. But with their cust support, they informed to exchange. Now I have got the right product. Even if they are new to market, their service is good. Thanks
