I bought a jacket from arrow showroom celebration mall udaipur, it was blue from one side and white from another side, on first wash it turned out to be blue from both sides, what a miracle jacket it is!!

And they don't have any return policy, waste of money, jacket is not wearable now

Coming here for shopping is a mind devastating and here is the description of this place,

This place is struggling with the parking space and this is located just in front of RTO office and it becomes unsafe for us to park the vehicle at correct place. This store do not have it's own alloted parking and the space in front of this Jagat Millenium is very less as just after some footsteps the NH6 is here which is always rushed.

The ambience of this place is surely not good as the three stores which lie nearby are not perfectly insulated. The place is compact and hardly many people come to shop here. You can hardly find anyone rather than you shopping here because of this place's ambience.

I didn't see sales assistants helpful in showing the perfect match. The store range is good but all consist of overpriced products. This is not a satisfactory place and not a value for money store at all.

Friends, I always go to Bokaro Mall.Arrow shop is situated in this mall in it's right corner of main entrance.The shop is very small and limited variants of clothes are available there.

Parking- There is not any parking are of it's shop.It use the parking area of Bokaro Mall.

Ambience- Arrow has good ambience because the Bokaro Mall is situated in sector-3, just near to City Centre of the town.So people come to really shopping there.Good and civilised people creat good ambience there.

Store Range- The store range is limited .There are some limited range of shirts, paints, lower, etc.The store has not enough space.

Value for Money- Friends, as we all know that Arrow is an American brand and it's price range and discount range are fixed.If you buy Arrow brand product in anywhere in India you have to paid same amount.So, in my view Arrow is not good because it has expensive products.

As I am from Bokaro, I am a regular visitor of the township area where you can find all stores and retail shops. Some three years back I've been to this store of Arrow just to give a try for this brand.

It was the first time and hence I purchased two formal set from the store. The clothing material which Arrow uses is just remarkable and satisfying.

But recently they seem to have branched out into a whole lot more accesories, obviously out-sourced and then branded. And that's going to be their downfall. Socks, trousers, belts, underwear, and other stuff. They also seem to have some fascination in placing too many salespeople who watch you, and then they have guards watching the salespeople.

Socks, for example, are three time the price of what's available at Shopper's Stop, and terrible in quality. Make a complaint, and get a response after a month - all this when I am on their preferred customer list etcetc.

So, advice to those looking at this brand - stick with the shirts. That too, the formal range, preferably. The rest are kind of chancy. To be fair, however, I never bought accessories till I got fooled into doing so during their last sale.
