I bought an Geyser of this company so called Arise. I didn't knew that time how big mistake I have committed but within a year I realized. My Geyser stopped working and then the time came for getting a service as the product was under 3 year warranty.
I tried their customer care number's most of them didn't work and saying that incorrect numbers. Then I wrote an email and they respond in 2 days responding that try this number- 011-66580322(all there service numbers are the paid one's and kept you in queue for 20-30 minutes).
I logged an complaint and they have given me a complaint number and the TAT was maximum 72 hours. However, no one showed up for more than week and 2.
I kept writing them email and calling them on the service center number and they keep repeating that he will visit today and after 2 week they stop picking up the phone.
A service engineer visited and told us that the element would required to be changed and informed us that you need to tell this to customer care so that they will send it to him.
Till date we are waiting for the service center executive to pick up the call and I kept writing emails to all the corporate staff and senior members but no result.
Really a terrifying experience and finding the remorse everyday that why I bought the product from this 3rd grade(even lower) company whose management is sitting there like deaf and dumb.
I won't be ever buying any of the Arise product and would suggest people too that they should not buy any of there product. I believe only then they will realize that service is equally important as much as selling and there is no substitute to grow without making your consumer happy.
