Delivery Takes Forever

Having a nightmare when I applied for an exchange/return item on May 6, 2021 from Sun and Sands e-commerce and until now it hasn't go back to them(only God knows when) through Aramex. It took them to pick up the item for 10 days and another 5+ days to schedule going to the receiver within Dubai. This is more than 14 days now in total and counting. I don't know who's to contact Aramex or Sun and Sands. Both companies are extremely unprofessional with poor customer service in the highest level. They will give you unsure, inconsistent, vague answers and will leave you with no clear information. The fact that this transaction is only in Dubai and it took more than 14 days(still counting) to deliver, nobody knows when this process will end. Extremely unprofessional!

Layers, no credibility, tracking my shipment appears that they contact me and i asked to delay receiving my shipment which is not true, then trying to contact this bad company seams to be impossible, and lately contacting them the worst costumer service ever.

Worst service from aramex. Shipment need to reach today and I didn't get it yet as well when I talk to customer service guy named Ammer in doha he is talking some what neglecting way and he is not even confirming that I will get even before eid. And the customer service is even worst. Tracking number 33089221325& 33089259814. Don't expect punctuality from them as well good manners

Such a bad experience ever in my life , I really fedup with Aramex team in india , even customs department charged less but Aramex team increased my customs duty for 63 percentage from actual cost of products. Even I raised the complaint against aramex in customs duty officer they said on behalf of you they increased the duty better discuss with Aramex , while contact Aramex team if you need your shipment pay this much amount to our account otherwise leave the shipment and cancel the order. I request them send link to direct payment to indian customs but refused. After that they never replied yet now. I don't know whether I will receive my shipment or not, I lost product cost of 270 usd and shipping cost 90 usd only because of Aramex bad employees in india . My tracking number 33407077745 also my shipment is express Cargo

I ordered a pair of baby shoes which weighs less than 100 grams..Aramex minimum charges is for 500 grams which was USD 12 from country of origin to destination. The package weight was entered as 650 grams so they can charge USD 21 for 1 Kg. This is daylight cheating.

I echo all the negatives highlighted by other reviewers.This place is completely incompetent, provides virtually no customer service and deserves its one star rating!From not actioning emails, to failing to respond to online chat requests on their own website, to failing to respond to msgs on whatsapp, to not providing the ability to speak to them by phone - they try to blame their incompetence on Covid ‘emergency’, which is a joke and clear excuse they’ll probably be trying to milk for the next ten years!What flagrant disregard and contempt for customers!They provide these hollow disingenuous responses to many of the one star reviews saying things like “We constantly endeavour to better our customer service”.What complete and utter BS!!

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. Terrible customer service, given false information, package attempted to be delivered to the wrong address twice.


Have had to contact customer service every day and for the last four days have been told it would arrive the next day. Absolutely useless company.

Do not use them. You will lose your parcel. They will not reply to your mail and you will have no ide what is happening and when you can get it-if you can get it at all.


Aramex & transparency

Recently I had a very bad experience with Aramex.Their extreme neglegance led them to lose my passport . communication with Aramex after the event was a waste of time.The only thing they have done till now is the expression of sorrow. According to them the maximum compensation they can pay for any lost parcel is$ 100 whatever its real value. Taking into considerations that they have charged$ 65 to ship the 180 gram parcel, means that the real compensation is$ 35 .( Nothing is paid till now after 5 months of the event.)


Questions for Aramex, they refused to answer it during my communication with them:


Is$ 35 s fair compensation of a lost passport?


Where can we find their Alleged compensation policy? I can not find it anywhere, not in the shipping receipt, not on their web site, & I did request to see it but they ignored.


If Aramex can not pay a fair compensation, why not to allocate little part of their high fees to insure important shipments specially documents?


What is the justification of charging$ 65 for 180 gram parcel & what service they provide in return?


By reviewing the shipping receipt, which represents the contract between the sender & Aramex, nothing was found regarding their obligation as to how & when(time frame) to deliver the parcel. Also nothing about their responsibilities regarding lost or damaged parcel.


Why Aramex charge high shipping fees from individuals without providing equivalent care & responsibilities? On the other side, Aramex seems to charge amazingly low shipping fees from online shopping stores.


Will Aramex respect their customers & declare the hidden policies in their job or continue to deceive them?

Unfortunately some vendors use them so us customers are held ransom by Aramex. They are dreadful, slow, unresponsive and all the tracking systems rubbish. I'm not sure how they continue to exist

DO NOT ever send anything with this company. They have constantly lost packages sent to me. Are unable to give any answers as to why. Have the worst customer service I've ever come across and even if they do manage to deliver they may just dump your package out the front where it will be stolen. Yes, I purchased 2 Phones over$1000 and they left them sitting on my front fence, never to be seen again.


When I contacted them they said they had no record of the item and other times they have said they are looking into it, only to send a message 3 minutes later saying the issue has been resolved when nothing had been fixed or sorted out.


If you like to lose things. Give away your money. Waste your time trying to get them back and being treated like nothing more than pond scum, use Aramex

ARAMEX IS NOT CAPABLE TO HANDLE DELIVERY FOR LOCATION NEXT TO THEIR HUB IN UMM RAMOOL - DUBAI


THEY RECEIVED MY BANK PACKAGE ON 6TH OCT AND NEXT DAY 7TH MORNING SOME ONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED AND CONFIRMED THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, I ASKED TO DELIVER ON 7TH THEY REFUSED THEY CANNOT HANDLE NEXT DAY DELIVERY ASTER THEY SCHEDULED DELIVERY FOR 8TH OCT MORNING 11 AM TO 1 PM BUT NO BODY SHOWED FOR DELIVEREY UNTIL 1.30 PM, I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY EXPLAIN SOMETHING BULLSHIT SYSTEM IS NOT UPDATED WITH LOCATIN WE CAN ARRANGE DELIVERY ON 9TH OCT(FRIDAY) WHICH IS WEEKEND FOR LOCAL DELIVERY NEAR TO THIER HUB THEY TAKE 3 TO 4 DAYS FOR DELIVERY - PATHETIC

I bought a fitness equipment and asked to deliver through Fastway courier. But unluckily these idiots(Aramex) owns it now.(which I don"t know earlier). If I knew it, I should have never bothered to get it delivered through these ones. They dropped around$500 worth gym equipment outside my gate in driveway. I have an intercom outside gate, which they never bothered to use. Luckily my next door neighbour saw it and informed us. I tried to chat with these idiots through Whatsapp and with no reply at all, I got a link to submit enquiry online after waiting for 20 minutes. Worst service ever. Never again in my life I will use these dirty, cheap sht holes.

Very bad service. Please dont send courier to India using Aramex. I send a router from Dubai to Trivandrum, India. Now its more than a month, not yet received. Good part is that they are not even attending the calls also. Such an unprofessional company.

Totally non cooperative staff, No control on any part of the process as they run entire business model on basis of contract with other companies.


Shipment Pick up by third party


Clearance done by third party


Hand over by Third party


Delivery made by third party


If client keep following the concern person of Aramex, they handover the issue to them third party person who actuly dealing with consignment


So technically they are masters into only FORWARDING EMAILS while nobody knows complete floor process of logistics anything.

Fastway or Aramex are just 2 sides of the same abhorrent company that is an utter disgrace! How they get away with such below par service is anyone's guess. Parcel picked up on the 4th May from Melbourne for Adelaide delivery. 15 days later after numerous follow ups and escalations, I get told they miss sorted the parcel and it was delivered to Perth deport. Call up Perth and get told they are still sorting backlog of mail that arrived on Fri 15 May and my parcel is yet to be sorted. But if I'm lucky and they are able to sort out the backlog, the package will be sent back to Adelaide but to allow 15 more days from when the earliest date the truck leaves Perth(only Tue & Fri)! So best estimate is 22 May plus 15 business days. So looks like 19th June will be the earliest delivery date for a parcel picked up from Melbourne on the 4th May to Adelaide - 46 days to deliver a parcel! Third World countries do not even experience this. Shocking!
