Aquaguard Reviva NXT UV 8.5 L UV Water Purifier

We purchased reviva nxt UV in the month of March n within 8months the candles got spoiled. We are family of 4 n what I feel kids can't have 3liters of water daily. As it's capacity to filter 6000lt of water. Minimum it should last for 1.5 years. Instead of listening the problem so called supervisor whom I called kept on saying you have used 6000lt water. Eureka Forbes is loosing it's credibility. There after sale service is pathetic.

We purchased this water purifier recently from a local shop. Although the seller claimed that this machine is featured with auto shut off when the chamber is filled, still there is always overflow from the top. No auto shut off at all. God knows what wrong with it. We have already communicated with the seller but got no positive response. Even they are ignoring completely. We want to replace this machine. Kindly help.

Requiring frequent maintenance . This goddamned water purifier is very expensive and requires frequent expensive maintenance. According to my opinion this is not made to provide clean water to people but it is made to rob people using the term so called maintenance. People please don't buy this . My family is facing difficulties to deal with this water purifier and I don't want you people to face difficulties

I thought aqua guard is a good product and purchased it. Really it's very bad in taste. Do not purchase any uv model go for ro+ uv. That water is really not fit for drinking. It's tastes like a tap water in a municipal office. It was a mistake by me.
