I had applied for CAnasultanda Permanent Residency from Aptech Global Immigration Services Pvt Ltd. In New Delhi June'18. The review from Aptech was given positive after the evaluation. I had one query on claiming points towards blood relation in CAnasultanda, Based on their nhassurance and constant pressure from their Marketing team I paid 70000 to proceed further.

The agreement had many clauses which I was not told to me by them but I knew my money is stuck, In fact I spoke to the Marketing person Ms. Ravneet to withdraw my case but she kept convincing me that this is my last chance and I should not let it go and I was so desperate to go . I have several mails regarding the issue of blood relation.

After I signed the agreement the new person came to picture Ms. Pinky. I kept chasing her for the format of the letter which can get 5 points( Aptech in the review form has given 67 points to me, which is a minimum requirement to go on PR), it means if I lose one point also my eligibility goes down.

Finally Ms. Pinky informs me that I can not get 5 points towards the blood relation as I do not have proper documents to support it.( Before aishwaryasingh23ing the money I had shared all the documents to them and told them that I do not have any other document) During this time they kept telling me to sit IELTS( as per the report I had to score 8, 7, 7, 7) but I got 6, 6.5, 7, 7.

They told me to re appear for the IELTS but I kept asking them why should I re appear because I knew I was not getting 5 points towards blood relation. And finally when I got my ECA Report, the points I scored was 19 towards my qualification but in their report, they had given 21 points. I had clearly stated that I had done 2 years pass the course. When asked them for a refund they said it is clearly written in the agreement that if any rule change they are not responsible. in fact, I told them for deductions also.

I lodged a case on them on consumer helpline and after a month they agreed for refund me 20, 000/- only. I have been sending them emails and they are not replying.

They take money and never process the case, after receving money they do not respond to emails /calls

I have all the proofs.emails sent with no replies back from them, payment receipt as well I have, still they do not bother to reply

GOING abroad is a dream I understand but avoid and refrain entering fraud aptech global. they cheat and hide so many things.

its not only ielts! their service is really pathetic! this is what happened with me and many others. you can take risk if you have extra money. after taking money, FOR MONTHS THEY WONT FOLLOW OR CALL YOU. AND I CAN PROVE IT. they just want your sign on their legal agreement.

THIS legal agreement is their biggest trap. after signing this even if their service is poor. you cannot do anything .

LAST option will be moving to consumer court. yes there you can get your money back . if you can prove there. consumer court helps.

NO followup on your case for months. I have proof of it.

They don’t care about the customer after taking care. They have no time to even follow up. Fake promises n fake reviews . P.s. don’t waste ur time and money .they will promise u so many things n after paying they will vanish. Rude staff, wasted my time and money.

They will tell you non sense policy rules and give you a lower score in the pre assessment and ask you to go for unfair practices to get the eligibility score. Like getting a fake degree etc. And most importantly they will never show you the proof that this policy exists. Last time my review got removed as I didn't had enough proof to support this but this time I can give them enough evidence. I am attaching the snapshot of their evaluation and WES result. Which as per them wouldn't have got evaluated.

1 star because that's the minimum I can give, don't fall under their trap, useless company, seems to be the positive reviews are probably paid reviews, once they take your money, they do not even bother to contact you, let alone help you.

I really feel stuck with these guys as there is nothing these guys know of, probably you can find more useful info by doing your Canada PR(that is what I am trying) yourself!

The only contact they did once was to ask money and promised a lot but unfortunately none of their words or commitments mean anything, my humble advise, stay away don't waste your hard earned money!

These guys will not entertain or even bother to contact your after taking your money!

Seriously tired of calling these useless, unprofessional and least customer caring company, no contact from their side and everytime I call them, the employee who I spoke in call is on leave or they are in some meeting(not sure what meetings are important than their clients/customers), not sure how this company is being run.

Be practical guys! My suggestion for any one who is planning to get service from these guys is, please make sure u r well aware about IELTS exam. Coz that's the major stuff. Don't believe the marketing guys of aptech coz they will say its very easy, u will clear and we provide u guidance and all. But practically they don't do anything and its not as easy as any one say. For each exam fees u spend around 16k its a huge amount. Also don't get trapped in to aptech marketing guys coz they will always bring some or the other offer to make u tempted to make u commit. To get the visa u can try on ur own there are lots of guidelines from authentic websites go through. Don't waste ur hard earned money

They are fake, cheater and unprofessional. they are seated just to loot and snatch money from your pocket. They even don't know what to say. They keep on altering there statements. Be aware of them, go to other consultants. If you want any further query about them, do call me 9466828136.

They will pull out 1500-1800 Rs for technical review, which has nothing technical, just make you stupid.

Aptech putting fake review everywhere they are using their employees family's and relatives number so do not believe.

Dear Sir,

My name is Charanjeet Singh resident of New Delhi.

I had applied for CAnasultanda Permanent Residency from Aptech Global Immigration Services Pvt Ltd. In New Delhi on 9th May 2016

Aptech Global Marketing executive Miss Palak told me that you need to get necessary technical evaluation else your case can get rejected, so we need to evaluate your case before accepting it.

Trusting her words, I Paid Indian Rupees 1145/- as Technical Evaluation Fees to Aptech Global Immigration services Pvt Ltd, New Delhi for CAnasultanda P.R.

Paid Indian Rupees 68000/- for case fee for CAnasultanda P.R. to start the process.

On the very first day, before joining Aptech Global for my CAnasultanda Immigration, I informed their sales executive Miss Palak that I had already appeared for ieltstraineronline on 20th February 2016 and I got overall band score of 6.5

I clearly informed their marketing executive that I cannot get anything more than 6.5 overall band score, as I attempted ieltstraineronline several times before getting band score of 6.5 on 20th February 2016, now that was my last attempt. On this Miss Palak agreed to accept my case and she said that your ieltstraineronline score is okey and you can apply. She immediately asked me to deposit Rupees 68,000/- as cash. I did the same based on their words.

Next, Miss Ekashi met me as coordinator in Aptech and she informed that I will handle your case from now onwards since Miss Palak was from our marketing team.

Since 20th January 2016, I am chasing Aptech Global to refund back my money. I met Miss Monika, supervisor in their office, She informed me that your case cannot be accepted and you need to get extra score for ieltstraineronline.I asked them that you can say the same thing to me when I paid extra money for technical evaluation which confirms that you can apply for cAnasultanda and submitted rupees 68000/- as cash to Mr. Aman(Operation Head of Aptech Global). They did not inform me of any such thing while first meeting and even after evaluation.

I also asked them that before 2-3 years there was no process of special technical evaluation, Miss Palak said that this is to ensure your case should have 100% chance of acceptance. Now they are saying that your case cannot be accepted as your ieltstraineronline score is less, they why they took evaluation. I have receipt for evaluation as well.

I still believed her words and paid for service of Rs. 1145/- to confirm my case and remove any doubt in future of any kind of rejection of my case.

Last update from Aptech Global on my case was on 23rd July 2016 from Miss Ekashi. Later it was transferred to Miss Daljeet. Miss Daljeet sent me an email on 27th July confirming she will handle my case, now onwards.

Since 137 days, I did not get any revert from Aptech Global Immigration. It was on 14th December 2017, I personally visited Aptech Global Immigration and told Miss Monika(supervisor) about their poorest services and same was informed to Mr. Aman(Operation head) as well.

On 10th February 2017, I email Aptech Global to refund my money back.

Hi Charanjeet Singh,

As I received mail from your end regarding Voluntary Withdrawal or back out of your process because Now you are not interested in migration due to ieltstraineronline part. As you are unable to provide ieltstraineronline documents or not able to score require bands in ieltstraineronline. so that you want refund.

And after discussion with admin team and Anasultanlysis of your case, and agreement. I came to know as per agreement clause number 32.(e) in Voluntary Withdrawal situation, company is not liable any refund in this case.

We would like to advice you continue you services. If Not then you will get Legal notice shortly.

Aptech Global is now blackmailing me by getting my sign on government agreement and threatening me by showing the clauses.

On the clause its written that “I also aware of the required ieltstraineronline bands as per review report and it is time to provide report card as well”

They did not done follow up on my case and did cheating with me on the very first day informing me that my designation is in their list and you can easily get CAnasultanda Visa. I am getting harassed everyday due to their pathetic service and false promises.

Just to achieve their sales target, Miss Palak trapped me in her words and showed me dreams of reaching CAnasultanda.

I can keep quite like other victims of Aptech Global. Being a vigilant citizen, I am raising my voice against cheating and harassment.

They are continuously threatening me that if you want refund you can talk to our high court lawyer sitting in our legal office in a chamber in high court.

I request you to get my refund back of rupees 69,145/- and help me in shutting down this cheating immigration agent from India so that they cannot do cheating and threat other innocent customers.

They also told me that if you aishwaryasingh23 in cash you 68000/- we will charge you less. That time I did not understand. Later I realized they want to avoid aishwaryasingh23ing tax to the government.

Kindly audit their bank account and statements as well.

I belong to a poor family and I am jobless since one year.

I am getting mental torture because of their cheating act.

Hereby declaring, if something happens to me, for this Aptech Global mAnasultangement will be sole responsible.

I do have the receipts of aishwaryasingh23ment and will be presented to you if required.

I would be highly grateful for you.

Aptech global immigration service is good in its own way but their are lot of more better company which gives more better and comfortable service than this .

And my friends also got very service from your comapany by actually my friend is in canada and his parent want to go to canada to meet him got visa from global not easily but they have taken lot much time but if they try another copmpany I am sure they coould be having their visa very fast as coampare to this aptech .
