With reference to your reviews towards our company and his proprietor, we had immediately settled your refund amount and also requested you to abstain from posting any reviews on the social media since it was a clear misunderstanding as I was not present in my office at the time of your visit. You had agreed on the same and acknowledge the refund paid to you.

Though you have posted this review which was brought to my notice lately, we had intimated you to remove the post. You had agreed to do the necessary but so far you have not taken the initiative.

We feel it is your responsibility to remove this post or at least rewrite your review stating your settlement with us . We not only faced a financial loss during our dealings but we are today suffering a loss of trust from our prospective clients. Beware of this Apple Holidays (owner Mr. Litesh Sanghvi), NS Road, Mulund-W, Mumbai. I’m told that they have brances in Pune and Goa. I’m victim of cheating by Apple Holiday, NS Road, Mulund-W, Mumbai. I paid Rs. 20, 000/- as a booking amount for Rs 1, 09, 000 package for 2 adult + 1 child to Apple holidays. The tour was package Kashmir tour scheduled on 25th May 2013. I was asked to make remaining payment 7 days before the tour. I paid money in cash as insisted by Mr. Litesh Sanghavi of Apple Holidays. I’ve given receipt for the same.

He gave me (over email) list of hotels at Srinigar, Gulmarg & Pahalgam and itinerary ( direct flight to Srinager). I’ve been following with Litesh every week and I was assured that booking is confirmed. Just 6 days before the travel, he called me to inform that they have messed up and no air tickets are not booked so the tour stays cancelled. A day after, he offered me exactly same tour, no change to any item in itinerary , for 30th May’13. I opted for it. He confirmed that hotels and route is same at that time. On 26th, when I insisted on giving me confirmed air tickets and hotel vouchers. Apple Holidays informed me that he could not get the hotel promised, dropped Gulmarg Stay and other changes. I refused for this and asked for refund.

He accepted and agreed for refund. Till date (15th june) I’m not given refund and Litesh of Apple Holidays continue to give one or the other reason for it ( I’m in away, In next 2 days). Now stopped responding. I’m initiating legal action. Beware of this fraud company, protect your had earned money.
