I have been an old apollo pharmacy user , never faced such an issue this time at Rani Bagh apollo v rude people are there they take a lot of time at billing and speak v rashly

Whenever am asking for any medicine they don't have stocks, it's really make me feel very bad. Staffs are least bother about medicines and if they take order also they will not find anywhere.So please try to make all medicines available.

I was going to claim my point's by purchasing a product, but they fraud when sending OTP, they said they clicked the OTP button but actually they didn't, They are telling me that my network is slow and my server is down that's why the otp was not sent to my phon, Things are expensive but when someone comes to redeem points they should not do this, i face it 4-5 times, next time it happens again?then u will be pay for this,

Very high prices in Apollo pharmacy other than market.not suggested to anybody. Staff has no rights to do something

I have ordered medicine through online and shared doctor's prescription still calling on my contact number and asking for elaborated details.wht should I attend your call and waste my time.i have explained I have loaded doctors prescription and I am not interested to share anyother details.the disgusting female who attended my call .canceled my order.if they would have called up before my order i would have ordered online.please make sure buy from somewhere pharmacy.this people are so business minded with no ethics.

Worst online delivery always. Fraud advertising by appollo.

No customer care.no reply for life saving medicine

I was purchased a bundle of products from Apollo pharmacy and these were good and worthy. Also in this pharmacy 3 products are provided are just in 100 rupees.

I ordered my diabetic medicine through Apollo app. One week is over, medicine is not yet received. Twice it happened. Finally I cancelled the order. Very worst customer service.

Most of the times you don't get actual medicine prescribed. Staff always try to offer cheap quality ( brands) substitute.

I was suffering from H1N1 , I was isolated so I ordered medicine at 6 but I didn't recv that day , I took follow up for 2 hour even though they were giving me consent that they will deliver but at the end I had to go and tool medicine from local medical , I was not I condition still I had to go there was raining outside, it was too difficult for me , ridiculous service seriously

Worst service. inhuman customer service agents. illiterate pharmacists. Don't even deliver the ordered medication; instead, they will deliver the incorrect medication and won't accept returns or refunds, simply syphoning as much blood from patients as they can. Apollo 247 managers are dumb; they will say to provide resolution as a joke, like 12 hours, 24 hours, 72 hours, 100 hours, and so on. They are making business by selling the expired medicines. Pharmeasy, Netmeds, and Tata 1mg are far superior, with excellent customer service that provides immediate relief. Because the call is chargeable, the customer must recharge before calling Apollo 247. #SAYNOTOAPOLLO #APOLLOSCAM #AVOIDAPOLLOPHARMCY

Your staff at car street pharmacy are rude in human and attitude type visited today around 9.45 pm specially gents please counsel them customers are not beggars you hv 10000 customers. we hv 100 of medicals we can go

If buying frm app is last option then also avoid it. I ordered medicines that are very crucial as they deliver in 2 hr or next day but today 5 days completed still not received, everyday they postpone delivery to another day.

I didn’t cancel it as there is no return and refund policy updated and medicines coated 2k.

Not even a single helpline no. Is reachable

Do not ever buy from a apollo pharmacy app

I paid for the order online, but I was outside of my home during delivery.

Delivery guy asked for money showing the receipt and got money from my parents and ran away after delivering the medicnes.

I tried to call a few times but he did not pickup the call.

reported to apollo and its been 6 days and no response from apollo

looks like they dont even care if the medicines are delivered or not.

Beware if you are ordering for bigger amount of medicines. you may not get anything or pay twice

I had purchased 10 pack of condoms aloevera dotted type manufactured by Apollo. When I opened the pack, I found no lubricating element in it. A complete dry product can't be suggested for a safe and pleasured sex.

Don't purchase Apollo product as the manufacturer thinks that no-one will complain on condome like products.

This is about the new pharmacy started in Baglur cross.so far I had good experience..BUT today I went to purchase zinc tablet and I told her 3 times that I wanted multivitamin tab which has zinc still she brought me zinc tab.and when I told her she acted lyk I asked her.she was not having presence of mind I suppose..and she was speaking to me in kannnada which I dt know and she was irritated coz I was not following wat she was saying and she made her.

Very rude she was.I dt knw her name.but for sure m not goin back there??

These people are real fraudsters playing with health of customers delivered 3 damaged insulin and when i told delivery guy to take back product he said talk to customers care and customers care confirmed refund on email for 2 ryzodez insulin that were damaged and asked to place new order and again i paid for 2 more insulin and then these shameless people didnt stick to there words and like this they sold 5 insulin they are real fraudsters and highly shameless customers care involved in cheating customers playing with health of customers and hence I will never purchase any further medicine from apollo and also request my known ones not to take medicines from apollo they are trustless

Small pharmacy like 1MG like Flipkart like netmeds are much better in comparison with Apollo online pharmacy because of they are cancel your order with a valid prescription actually medicine is not in there is stock

Yesterday on 7th march I was in train journey suddenly I got periods n I called tenali apollo pharmarcy prasanna madam sended stayfree urgently , I thank them they helped me in train ......I wish to share this all of them , tq apollo n prasanna madam

In their site they claim for 2 hrs express deliberation of medicine. So I ordered the medicine from their site. After making payment I got message that my medicine will be delivered on 4 th March, i was surprised but that was still ok. Later today morning I got message that it will be delivered on 7th March.

But I want it immediately and they claim 2 hr delivery so I called the customer care and asked then to cancel it and refund my money. They are not able to cancel it, and I should not accept the order. That means till 7 th March my money has got stuck with thieves.
