Once I  went to to apollo drug store at chapel stree tBhogal, New Delhi, I requested an i-pill, and I got it from the store.

Apollo pharmacy managed by apollo hospitals enterprise limited is having multiple branches across variius cities. These are having multiple products ranging from medicine towellness products  .

I have taken a healing card which is a prepaid card of apollo pharmacy but I have visited many outlets like at samta colony raipur, childrens hospital chennai, airport chennai & most of time they are not accepting card by saying server down.

Few medicines writen by apollo doctors are not available. Staff is not copperative at all.

They try to sell you product of apollo insead of asked products .

Staff are not eductaed on how to use healing card payment process .

Hi dont purchase apollo brand medicines . In one Apollo medicals iam asking for cough Syrup suggested by one of my uncle. They said they don’t have that product but we have excellent syrup and medicines u can buy this.

They are trying to convincing me to buy that syrup. I bought that and I use for as week but I did’t get even 10% relief .  Apollo hospitals are good. But don’t purchase Apollo brand medicines in medical shops.

I am Dr.Shweta khanna. 8th month pregnant woman, who had purchased  glucometer of Apollo pharmacy from Lake market branch. I was not shown any glucometer of any other company. Shortly after I purchased, the strips have always been unavailable. I am now on oral hypoglycemic agents, and need to monitor my sugar on an emergency basis.

The guy in the shop told me to go 3 kms to geta  strip at 10:00 PM in night. Why was the glucometer sold to me if the shop didnt have strips. I need replacement of this instrument, otherwise I am moving to consumer court and will hold Apollo pharmacy liable if any issue crops up in my pregnancy related to lack of monitoring of sugars due to non availability of strips

Today I went to purchase the NEBASULF powder, they asking Rs 34 for the powder, that is the MRP of the powder.Same powder I purchased from my Local medicine shop they gave me Rs 3 discount.If this happen then why I should go the Apollo shop which is far away from my residence.I think every Item has some discount.If this type of selling practice continue then people will be far from Apollo pharmacy.

The Apollo Pharmacy which is a 24 hours chemist have limited medicines in their stock that proves as an instant turnoff for its customers. Most of the times, there's either no stock or they don't sell the medicine, no idea what the reason is.

The chemists are supposed to keep enough change to pay their customers but the Apollo Pharmacy at Kormangala 4th block, Bangalore is the only chemist I've experienced with no cash in their collection. In turn, instead of paying back 5 rupees, they handover 5 vicks tablets which is not even required t that point in time. If I refused to take the vicks tablets, they refuse to give the medicines.The customer service I would say, is quite unprofessional and as a certified chemist, this kind of customer service doesn't reflect well on their brand.

I just dread visiting this 24 hr Pharmacy where if you go you can always see the pharmacist having a nice nap. Many times I have gone there to look for some common medicines when I always get a reply that they have no stock. If you call them and enquire about a medicine, they listen and never understand about the medicine which we ask and what it is for.

Once I was looking for a medicine for nose block, they did not have it and instead suggested another medicine. I checked with my family doctor and to my shock realized that the ingredients of the medicine which he suggested had no relation to what I had asked for and if  I had used it , it would have been highly risky. I don't know why these people are suggesting alternative medicines when they know nothing about the medicine composition.So I have decided never to go to this place which has no professionalism nor they are interested in serving the customers.

If doctor has prescribed 4 medicines you will get 2 or 3 of them out of 4 and for rest of the medicines you need to visit another store.

Even it happens that they do not have a specific medicine, they ask you to buy a substitute for that medicine.I experienced it very often, so now I do not purchase any medicine from Apollo pharmacy, I prefer to visit any nearby chemist or Neelkanth medicos for medicines.

I have visited the Apollo Pharmacy in Koramangala and its the worst pharmacy ever. Instead of going to this pharmacy its better you go to any small shop there you can get your medicines.

In Apollo, you don't even get the basic anti-biotic or cremes there. They dont even check the salt properly before advicing an alternate for it. The people are illiterate there and don't know anything about medicines.

Apollo Pharmacy is the worst chemist shop I have ever seen. It does not live up to the reputation of Apollo at all. The staff employed by Apollo at the pharmacies seem to be illiterate. They don't understand the names of the medicines, neither do they know the salt combinations of the medicines. The staff seem to be clueless about the stock they have. For each and every medicine they have to look in the computer to check whether they have the medicine or not and it takes them ages to find where it is kept.

They are slow and take test of the already suffering patient.

My local chemist shop owner is way better. He is quick to get the job done. Knows well about his job.

Apollo please either hire people who know something about pharmaceuticals or close down your shops.
