Dear Apollo Pharmacy Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase experience on your app. I ordered a set of tablets priced at Rs. 148, and the app indicated a total charge of Rs. 150, I have order 2strips and I have accepted delivery charge and gst amount and chose the cash on delivery option.

However, upon receiving my order, I was shocked to find the total amount to be Rs. 471. Additionally, the price per tablet tripled from Rs. 148 to Rs. 168 without any prior notification. The app showed Rs. 150, and there was no indication that I would be charged Rs. 168 per trip, which is an unjustified increase of Rs. 20 per trip.When I reached out to customer service, I was told that I should have cancelled the order at the doorstep and that there was nothing they could do. This response is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer service and business practices.Your app's pricing transparency and accuracy are severely lacking, leading to a significant overcharge and a frustrating customer experience. This misleading practice should be addressed immediately to avoid misleading other customers.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure such issues do not recur. Until then, I advise others to be wary of the pricing discrepancies and poor customer service on the Apollo Pharmacy App.

Bad because I try to return medicine but its not happen from 1 week wrong medicine was sent to me I could not take medicine till now.

I recently visited Apollo Pharmacy and had a largely positive experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide range of products, from prescription medications to health supplements. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, providing detailed information about the medications I needed. Pricing was competitive, with various discounts and a beneficial membership program. While the prescription filling process was smooth and efficient, some items were out of stock, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the online services, including home delivery and prescription uploads, were user-friendly, although tracking could be improved. Overall, Apollo Pharmacy offers reliable service and a pleasant shopping experience, making it a recommended choice for health-related needs.

I bought Imxia youth solution 60ml from Clinic and the product worked well to me. After few days, I found the same product in Apollo so I ordered it. The product was pin to pin same as the clinic product. Label on the box, print and design, everything is same. But product smells different. More over apollo product is not working. Later I checked with doctor and found the Product code is different. Say example: S0002 is from clinic and S0003 from apollo. Apollo is duplicating the medicine same as original products and selling this fake products online. Be careful while buying online. They are not making this for all products but selectively for costliest products they are cheating the people.

I ordered medicine online as I cannot step out of my home ... After payment they updated traking status that it will be delivered after 2days and at 11 pm.. At 9.30 pm I contacted customer care and they said it will be delivered on time.... I think Apollo is missing basic common sense that people doesn't be awake till mid night 11pm for order... In that case they can visit near by pharmacy.

Apollo management doesn't work on most important things

Worst service, their system take too much time , even they don't have most of the medicine, only they have is Apollo diapers in their store

I ordered a nycil powder but the product is going to expiry in two months very worst service they provided after raising a complaint they refunded the amount but also this is not right. If people didn't notify it and they used means

They only sell tablets as whole strip .. what if the customers want only 2 out of one strip .. poor behavior towards customers..

I have a very bad experience with Apollo Pharmacy. With its look from outside, will make you feel that all necessary medicines are available here. But, its totally bogus. Normal medicines like Emiset 4 mg tablet, Thiamine injection or even tablets like Telista 40 for BP you won't find available in this pharmacy. It is just like the saying that goes. "Badi Dukan, Phiki Pakwan". Instead of keeping common medicines, you will see the pharmacy is full with products like Nan, Lactogen, Cerelac, Cadbury diary milk etc., where they get maximum profit. The Health Ministry must send out an investigating team to find out if they are involved in any illegal trade. Requesting all readers, please do not recommend your relatives, friends or neighbors to buy medicines from Apollo Pharmacy.

It is a shame that Apollo is promising delivery in 2 hrs delivery in 24 hrs and services.but it is been ages I have never received medicine before 3 days for prepaid orders. My mother is heart patient and even after a wait of 3 days I did not get my order and when I called one of your executive commited she will arrange delivery today only and in na hr she has cancelled both the bookings...shame Apollo pharmacy is playing with people's life they're doing fake commitments..I will update this everywhere.

Do not ever use this app they sent me a fake medicine a copy medicine instead of an original one the bottle was same but the medicine inside was different. How can you people do such things there are lives depending on some medicines how can you send fake medicine? I did reach out to them and they have left me blank not even replying to my emails now. This is a big fraud company do not ever order from here if you don't want to risk your health. You have been warned.

When the app is showing that delivery is within 2 hours why the delivery is happening next day at morning 8:30. we are ordering medicines to they should be some amount of urgency related to it very very disappointed.

I am compelled to write this scathing review about Apollo Pharmacy's delivery service, as my recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for my essential heart medications on the 4th of March 2024, expecting a timely delivery by the latest on the 5th of March 2024, as per their promised commitment on their app.

To my disbelief and distress, the medications never arrived. Despite my numerous calls and reminders, the Apollo Pharmacy delivery team failed miserably in fulfilling their obligations. As a heart patient, the timely delivery of my medication is crucial for my health and well-being. The blatant disregard for their promised delivery timeline has caused me significant anxiety and distress.

Even after the unacceptable delay, I decided to cancel the order on the 8th of March 2024, as I could not afford to compromise my health any further. Shockingly, Apollo Pharmacy failed to process my refund promptly, adding insult to injury. Their lackadaisical attitude towards the urgency of my situation is utterly inexcusable.

I am appalled by the misleading and false commitments made by Apollo Pharmacy, leaving me without the essential medication I rely on. This experience has not only jeopardized my health but has also shattered my trust in their services. I strongly advise anyone considering Apollo Pharmacy for their medication needs to think twice and explore more reliable options. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer well-being is unforgivable, and I sincerely hope others can avoid the distress I have endured due to Apollo Pharmacy's abysmal service.

After delivering a wrong product they refused to take the product back. It's been 10 days already neither they gave us any update about the product nor have they refunded back and delivery is always late So please don't buy anything from here.

This is the third time I am experiencing bad service from apollo pharmacy. Last delay was more than a week; there are 5 of these pharmacy within a 3 km range from where I live in central Bangalore. This time it's been 72 hours delay, raising a ticket is absolute waste as the call centre is ineffective, they really can't do much and there is no accountability from the pharmacy.

Don't trust these guys if you need medicine urgently, ask a store close by to deliver it as many have begun giving discounts. There are other online

Never ever order medicine from appollo pharmacy if u want delivery within a day...U will not get it within time..I ordered few products online 34 hrs back..I m having 3 apollo pharmacy within 2 km circle around me.Still I got msg order delivery will be after 24 hrs..I didn't get order delivery after 24hrs so I called on grievance help line, they said order will be surely delivered within next 4 hrs..bt still I didn't get my order...after 7 pm there helpline is also closed..
