I was start to purchase medicine from Apollo pharmacy online on 22nd October, I got many order numbers . and I got message your order was cancel(264310419) due to operational issue . till now I did not received other medicine and refund amount. the Apollo pharmacy customer care service was just time pass . they will close our complaint without any solution . many of the Apollo stores unable to maintain single quantity volini gel, saridon tab, Etc in stock . Because of this Apollo pharmacy system was split our order as their wish and delivery schedule 2 hr to 20 days .

We are contacting Apollo pharmacy customer care from.last 25 days and also send the mail for returning the medicine .we got the reply with same mail and after 5 call just pick up the medicine and don't know the exact days for refund

Every month they want a new prescription. They say previous month prescription is not valid. Even Medicines which one is having on a regular basis. It's a total harassment for senior citizens

I ordered a medine name Juviana plus which is used for nerves but I got the medicine name Megabone which is generic medicines and used as calcium powder. Contacted customer care 2-3 times and given complain on app help

also but from 4days I didn't got any response from them.

I think this site is only for cheating or supply only duplicate or generic medicines.

Too many employed but only very few are working. Lot of them are just Cheating and idle even during peak time

I went to the above store to buy a strip of Urimax D . Waited for 15 to 20 mins to make payment- by tapping my card . The store employees were totally indifferent, chatting with each other and completely ignored me . I left the store without buying the medicine . Terrible experience- will never visit this store again ( it happened just now )

They promised to deliver your order with in 2 hours but they can't. After placed order cancellation option not available.

Last 6 days I haven't received medicine, no response from Appollo pharmacy, showing medicine has delivered, Money has gone, no response from pharmacy, What to do now???

Never order on apollo even if they are giving meds for free. I had a terrible exp with them.

They are never on time it's all in advertisements only!!

In case u return a product then u ll have to follow up for life time and keep calling them till the life on earth exists but they ll never give their ears to ur issue.

Generally these pharmacies are charging MRP rates and if the customer asks for any discount they are showing it as donation in the invoices.

I placed my order with Apollo Pharmacy on 13 Aug..Everyday I am receiving messages that the delivery will be done on various dates, initially it was 14 Aug then 17Aug then again 19 Aug and now 20 Aug..Photos enclosed..Pathetic services..If this is how they deliver the medicines then think about the fate of the patients..

I ordered medicines for my father who is 84 years old using the online Apollo Pharmacy website on 11-08-2022. I have uploaded doctor's prescription dated 11-08-2022, which has doctor's name, Hospital name, Patient name, and contact phone numbers of the doctor. The order was taken and I paid the amount before delivery. To my despair and shock, the apollo pharmacy persons call and said Your prescription is old dated viz., 2-5-2022, hence in order to deliver the medicines we need to consult Apollo's doctor through telephone. After consultation with the doctor on telephone, Apollo pharmacy will deliver the medicines.

The medicines I order are BP, Sugar medicines.

If this type of situation persists in dealing with customers, please do not advertise apollo pharmacy of delivering the medicines upo ordering online and do not fool public

Worst service apollo app i was order my medicine jul 22 yet to my product received my order was cancelled without my consent i raised tickets to customer care but waste of time no response better choose pharmeasy Apollo waste nd poor service

I ve ordered my very important medicines which I take everyday. I ordered on 13th July and after emailing the customer care ..i received today on 18th July . I had to buy from local pharmacy as I was out of medicine. Never again..

Please never ever order medicines from them .They just firstly accept your order and ask you to pay but they automatically cancel the order next day .

So please avoid apollo pharmacy online ordering as much as you can for your profit .

I have ordered medicine from Apollo pharmacy through online payment around 7pm and it is not delivered till now @11 PM. And customer care not answering the call. @ 11 Very Bad service.

I have ordered an medicine from Apollo pharmacy through online payment and the order was delayed for 2 days after that order have been delivered on different state address, now I am trying to reach the Apollo Customer services no one is responding, very irresponsible service no proper delivery facilities no proper customer service, medicine is very important to me and now I have lost my money and no medicine, don’t purchase from them

This is very reliable and good pharmacy . They provide very quick medicine anytime and everywhere.

Pls don't ever use Apollo Pharmacy ( Online). They never deliver on time. Today I ordered medicines for a viral fever at 12 noon and till 11.00 p.m. the medicines have not been delivered.. I am without medicines for tonight. Very undependable. Better to use 1 MG...very prompt and better discounts.
