AO Smith HSE-SAS

I purchased a 3 litres 8 bar pressure geyser. The tank got burst. It is in the warranty period but they are not replacing it and saying that it was burst because of pressure and heating and you took service from outside so they didn't even bothered to open it and check and they reluctantly refused to change the tank. If tank is not even capable to handle pressure of 10-15 towered building then why they are even selling it with false commitments.

Service provided by AO smith is very poor and technicians are arrogant.

They will show how customer is wrong but never think about their product which is giving problems twice in a year.

I will suggest do not buy AO smith product coz u will got other branded products cheaper than AO smith.

I don't really understand where the hate is coming from? Probably from competitors who couldn't match AO Smith standards? I have been using water purifier and geyser for almost 3 years now and there was never a single complaint. I needed to get the servicing done for water purifier and they sent the executive in just 2 hours after I placed the request..best ever in the market and don't fall for stupid criticism

Outsourced third party vendor will do the service, customer care is also pathetic and noncooperative. Charges are unreasonable and exorbitant. Look for another company.

Bought a AO Smith Geyser 2 years back. This is the second repair I am getting. Once whole Display board gone, second coil gone. Same time I have another one from Racold, working with out any issues for last 7 years. Service person is not interested if you are not going for AMC. For a 12K product I need to pay 2K for AMC that too it does not have any consumables like RO filter . Please don't go for it.

It's worst company and service providers. Customer care are really bad. I have taken X8 water purifier . It's worst product each time they come and charge money.

Till the purchase complete dealer is very polite and act like very much customer centric but after the sale no one care about customer and the post sales services. It's been 4 days that I bought water geyser (on 01st October 2020)but it was not installed so far. Two days later I.e. On 3rd October I called them to check, then I came to know they recorded my contact number wrong. Later they said they will send the technician. Immediately technician called and asked address and confirmed that he is coming for the installation I felt happy but no response on 03rd. 04th October (today) technician called at 7am and said I will come at 8am.i said it's too early too turn off the whole building taps for this so asked him to come after 9am. Now it's 4.49pm 04th October nobody called me so far.

Only one question in mind is why did I buy AO smith, why can't I buy local one? AO smith is only a brand or customer service centric company. I am really disappointed of buying AO smith branded product paying additional three thousand rupees.

I have a water heater took from AO smith,

it had some service problem I raised and they took 7 days to align a service engineer, who came and did some cleaning and took Rs 1000, after two days, same problem again

waiting for their service engineer from last 15 days

Pathetic service

Never ever trust pathetic service and cheaters . If its not under warranty your filter life will end very often.( per year 2-3 times) for you need to pay big amount, but when its in amc filters will be replaces/ setting will be changed. there was no responses for the complaints(case id 12979108) . even after multiple follow ups only excuses given is " No Man power "

Worst customer service ever.

My water heater is not working for last one month.

I raised a case with customer support(12909663) but unfortunately no action was taken..i called multiple times and esclated the issue but no response.its been a month now.

I gave up and taking bath with cold water in this rainy season..

I will never buy an AO smith product and will never recommend

A very 'A' quality product but the service is 'Z' quality. We had been complaining regarding our filter for more than a month but none (all the 4 technicians who came and visited our place for more than 7 times)of the technicians were able to resolve our problem. The filter is still in warranty but neither the senior officer nor customer care serviceis taking the matter seriously. Each day we complain to the call centre and its respond is that your service will be provided within 48 hours but it has happened very rarely. We are literally fed up of this filter. It's better to buy a water of jar daily rather than buying this filter because this filter is very pricey and the service is not at all provided good. While buying the filter there were many promises given but none of them were fulfilled. We are not at all satisfied with this service provided to us and it is shame that such a good company cannot even take care of the customers satisfaction.

In am writing this on 16th June. I place a service request on 4th June. There is absolutely no action on my request. I have called tthe customer care many times. They have no clue about when my RO will get service. Everytime they say another 2-3 days. Don't buy this any AO Smith products. Heard similar story from another friend. So mine is not one off case.

I had fit a ao Smith geyser and had been using it since past 3 year..no service required till date..product is easy to use and very durable..it lived upto my expectations " fit it and forget it" in true sense..

1. Service Ticket No - 12759448 closed without solving the issue by unskilled technician. AO Smith management doesn't have completed service job sheet with customer sign.

   
   




2. Deliberately update of the wrong engineer name before closing of the service ticket - 12759448. Engineer BGL-Sri-Gangadhar.G.N never visited my place for the service till date.

   
   




3. No response & justification from the service team/management for the closing of my service ticket - 12759448 in last 12 working days(96 Working Hours). Mail copy attached.

   
   

My AO Smith water filter is in non functional state for the last 40 days and till counting the days. Service ticket 12759448 was reported on 10th April, 2020.

Starting from the third month of purchase to one year three times the filter stopped working. Machine started giving indictations. Few months back in warranty period we took paid AMC service and now for the last 2 weeks the machine again stopped and have to buy water from market. complaint raised but no response apart from a SMS.

Would recommend never to buy products from this company
