After my last trip, when my suitcase literally fell apart, I decided to buy a quality one, since I travel frequently and has never bought an expensive suitcase. While its a bit prices, after my first trip with my new buddy I immediately felt the difference it feels durable, its easy to drive it around, and its pretty cool, too

I had high expectations from American Tourister, But unfortunately my experience was quite dissapointing. I bought a suitcase thinking it would be durable and travel friendly, but I didn't even a last few trips. The handle become loose, the zipper often stuck, and the wheel starting noice. I except better quality from this huge brand but it didn't fulfil my demand so I give advise never trust product by the name of their brands.

I purchased a bag online to which I placed a return/exchange request. The bag for one week was showing under return process and after the return time was over they cancelled the request and no return option was further available. Highly unprofessional and stupid company

American Tourister bags have received generally and stylish designs. It is easy to maneuver, having ample storage space, and coming in a wide range of colors and patterns

I purchased an american tourister worth of around 1000. Build quality is good, pads, sweat free back side part is fine. The disappointment is there are two small packets are there in front compartment but that's packets size is not enough for small size items like purse, mobile etc. Also each compartments nof adjustable when you small bump items. They getting effected for another ones. Also there is no minimum required things like rain cover, mobile charging part, because at this cost we can get all these features in another company. My overall review is 2.5 out of 5.

I write my experience for this bag The zippers are constantly get stuck, making it a struggle to access my laptop and other items. The poor quality zippers have even broken on me after just a few months of use, rendering the entire backpack useless. It's frustrating and disappointing that the manufacturer couldn't even get something as basic as zippers right. Save your money and avoid this shoddy product at all costs! I would strongly advise against purchasing this backpack.

Was blindly trusting American Tourister... But my experience with Kamiliant was very disappointing

Chain of bag broke on airport itself.... On my very first day of trip and first use... I had to rush for bubble wrap from airports charging me 1200 rs.

I bought 2 checking bags and 1 cabin bag on the last 2 years from lifestyle. The brand of suitcase is American suitcase

One bag torn of from the stitches on the top and another one came of from behind the cut for the lock. When I approaches life style they say they can stich only the bag but the total warranty is till 3 years. If the bad quality product peela from different place then no coverage. This is absurd. Now onwards I think of changing the brand. It is good to apet less on. Cheap Chinese product and use and throw in a year time. Spending 10800. And buying American touristwr is a waste. Don't buy. Quality customer service is as important as quality products. American Tourister provide neither.I purchased an American Tourister bag from the department store chandni chowk on August 2023. A month later I used it for office when I was packing to leave, the inside zip broke.

I took the bag back to chandni chowk store expecting a refund or exchange. That's not American Tourister policy according to chandnichowkstore. The bag has to be sent back to American Tourister to be repaired.This is such a poor customer experience from American Tourister that I would never buy another piece of luggage from them and would never advise anyone to do so.quality is very ???????? poor.if you are gonna buy it for your office porpose it's not gonna be with you more than 2-3 months.you will face many irritations coming out of stitches etc, I bought it for Rs2999..Even Rs 500 local comapny bag is far better than this one..

I purchased a trolley suitcase and it was damaged during my trip . I pursued my case with Mr Mahendra Shukla Ji Ghaziabad , I recieved a very quickresponse from him and I got my problem rectified .I highly recommend this brand to everyone and wish Mr Mahendra Shukla a bright future as an asset to the company.

Was recently looking for cabin baggage that suited well as per international travel guidelines.

Saw quite a few brands buy finally narrowed down to American Tourister since was most convinced by their quality even though they were pricier.

Getting a hard top that was ultra light was an added bonus.

I have purchased American Tourister school bag from Grant stores online UAE for my 4th grade kid and within 2 months the bag was damaged on the top side due to the weight of the books. When I gave this bag to claim the warranty in Samsonite Mirdiff center, after 2 weeks they informed me it was non repairable and non replaceable. I have tried to explain but the service center is not all supportive and claiming that we have mis handled the bag . This brand is very cheap quality and very bad customer service in UAE. This will be my first and last time dealing with this American Tourister brand.

Few months back, I saw a bag of American Tourister in one of the mall of Ahmedabad; which I loved. For some reason, I didn't buy that time. Just 10 days back, I asked the staff in that mall for the availability of that bag (as I clicked it's picture, when I first saw). They said that particular bag is made in China and there is no stock left. It will take 2-3 months to get availability of that bag. So, because of this reason, I had to opt for some other option. Now, today, I came to the mall and saw the exact same bag which I liked and I was shocked to see that. In one side, they say that it will take 2-3 months to get availability of that bag and on the other side, it is standing right in front of me. SLOW CLAPS ????

Broken trolley within 15 days and not even repairing it. Unfortunate that such a big brand name is behaving like a local shop.

Worst brand to buy your bag no warranty .it is all fake and the quality is very very bad .. please do not buy
