We have been running a traditional civil contract business where the biggest challenge were getting new customers and handling team attrition

One thing that I have taken from the masterclass and coaching process has been an in-depth understanding of how to manage my business without getting into the business.

Their major challenge that we had was despite having a team of 134 people I was involved in the smallest of decisions and processes.

But with the coach we were able to develop 2nd line of leader in the organisation who were give the opportunity to lead their departments and this gave me as a business owner the freedom of time from all the petty activities which were not contributing to growth.

We are a typical manufacturing business in the FMCG industry where the biggest challenge for us has been negative cashflow cycles.

We had invested in new machineries and the pandemic really took down sales which resulted in complete chaos of finances.

Ameet Parekh's workshop, in simple words, lives up to its hype for me. My business partner had attended one of his workshops on business challenges and he couldn't stop talking about it. I didn't feel the need to attend another one but I did only because he insisted. I had read reviews like these too but never felt compelled enough to actually go and attend. But thankfully, I did and it was eye-opening. I started viewing operations, marketing, business model, sales, new product development etc from a very different perspective than before. After hearing my entrepreneur friend rave about Ameet Parekh the last time I met him, I decided to attend one of his workshops for myself. I must say that he lives up to his name. His has this vast set of experiences with so many entrepreneurs who are service providers, manufacturers, dealers, retailers & many others are self-employed professionals or consultants. As someone who has attended quite a lot of business workshops in the past, I have to say that the one conducted by Ameet Parekh was the only one that I can think of for which I feel I got my money worth. His words were honest and straightforward like no others in the industry who just want to schmooze you so that they can collect your cheque. He used his own experiences to explain the parameters of a good business model and showed how important it can be. Busines model which starts from market research and goes upto to achieving hyper growth was a superb system. I am thrilled to use it in my set up.
