Allianze Packers Movers-Bangalore- cheaters
Jul 05, 2010 01:41 PM2040 Views

Please do not trust Allianze Packers, Bangalore( http://www.allianzepacker.com). They are unprofessional and cheaters.

I gave my household items storing for few months. When I received the items back, found that sofa set came back unpacked and 2 other items are missed. When asked, they told that items are misplaced and would be brought in next two days. They never turned up later. I made several phone calls and sms but no one responded. They intentionally did not pick the phones calls.

Later I realized that some of my items are used for their personal purpose. They did not bother to return unless I forced them to return.

The way they operate is suspicious and their telephones would not work when you need to contact them. The owner Mr. Manish Jain and other employee Mr. Tahir are used to cheat customer in this way.

Beware of these fraudsters and advise you not to go for them.

NEVER USE AM Packers
Jun 01, 2009 01:18 PM2059 Views

They will promise you the moon and make your experience miserable. You don't want more tensions in your life. Do you? I endorse all negative reviews for AM Packers.

I used them in Jan-09 when moving to Delhi. There were various alternative available to select but I was disguised by the uniform clad sales representative. I thought the company to have a professional set up.

My experience: Not only was my car driven all way even though I was promised that it will be carried in a troller, wheel bearing and other suspension parts were damaged in transit. Hyundai engineers on inspection noticed it and told me that the car has been driven in extreme conditions continuosly for a strech of more than 500 Kms.

These guys are not professional at all. They never bothered to call me once my car and household goods were in their custody. I kept chasing them once I reached Delhi.

All the cartons were with them except for one that was left overnight at my house in Hyderabad. I had to personally visit their(one room) office and deliver it since they were charging 1, 000/-+ tax for pick up of one carton. It was their way of showing their muscle.

Readers are intelligent enough to decide on their own. It was my duty to share the experience I have been through.

Never Ever use Best Packers and Movers
Apr 21, 2009 03:07 PM2153 Views

This is Anand. I have shifted my old house hold goods from Pune to kolkata on 28th of March through BEST PACKERS N MOVERS, Pune There are certain things which I would like you all to know about them.

  1. I had asked to give quotation for the shifting and the quotation that was given to me was 17000/- including service charges and Insurance. I had confirmed the quotation amount 3 times on the phone and the confirmation was given to me by Pawan, Vinod (Pune office employee). They told yes sir your amount is final 17000 included insurance and service tax. I was told that at the time of packing wooden crates will be given to me for my table glass.

  2. Now at the time of packing, first of all no wooden crates were provided to me, Packing of all items were done as if they are forced to do and any how they have to complete it.

  3. At the time of billing, there comes the Navin Joshi, who is the master mind after all these issues. Whole day he was present at my place and not for a single time he mentioned about the amount to be paid. After packing all items and loading them in to truck, he started preparing bill, then he says me that I have to pay extra amount for insurance, he cant take it for 17000, I told him your person had given me the quotation and I had confirmed it thrice then how come you are now saying that insurance is extra? he said who ever has given the quotation does not know about the amount to be quoted.

Then I said, if he doesn't know about the amount then why the hell you had send him to my place, you should have come at the time of quotation and why didnt you inform me earlier when I had confirmed with you all. Didnt you see the quotation slip before coming here.? He said, the person (Pawan) who had given the quotation is 2500 per month guy so he doenst know any thing. I said, its non of my concern he knows things or doenst know any thing, when some body goes out with your company slips that means he is representing your company, you cant say he is 2500 per month guy and he doesn't know any thing.

After a long fight he said we are not taking your goods, we will unload them out here and you sent it with any other Packers and movers, (He knew that I had cancelled all the packers and movers) So forcefully I had to pay 2500/- extra to him, and I know that 2500 entirely went to his pocket. He made the bill and the bill was single copy, it didnt have the duplicate copy, when I asked why didnt you make the carbon copy then he said we dont need the bill, it shows that 2500 went in to his pocket as company has the record of quotation amount 17000 only not 19500/-

  1. At the time of unloading, he called up Kolkata office people and told that take the remaining amount before unloading, and here also after having a long fight with them I had to pay before unloading.

  2. When unpacking was done then I found that my Kitchen rack is missing, I had told Navin to pack it in Carton but he is over smart and didnt pack in carton and kept outside only. From a packed carton: a. Mixer set is missing, b. Two bottles of wine are missing. c. Photo frames are missing d. Show Pieces are missing. When I called up Pune office for two days my call was transferred from here and there and finally got Navin Joshi, the answer he replied was, two bottle of wine fell down from the carton and broke into pieces and for rest of the thing we have to look for them.

I asked how come the wine bottle fell down when they were placed in the middle of the carton, then he started shouting on phone saying we dont drink wine and we dont keep any person who drinks, if you want the I will send you 200 rupees and think that I have bought a toy for my kid. and said that insurance cant be claimed when damage is less then 10000/-, I told why the hell you were forcing me to pay insurance amount then if it cant be claimed? It clearly shows that extra amount that he has taken from me went in his pocket and the wine bottles and other items are removed from the carton and the carton was packed properly again. because the carton in which I had kept all these items was properly packed and carton was not damaged in transit.

At kolkata I recognised that the particular carton which I had kept all these things had a mark at the top which the packing guy had put. Now you only tell me what I have to do.... the name is Best but the servive is worst, company has got ISO certificate but I doubt how they all have got it, their certificate should be cancelled. People like Joshi are spoiling the name of comapny and filling their pockets. I know I wont be getting any thing back from the company beacause it is the routine work of some people but i'll make it sure that this mail will reach to everyone who ever is planning to get the servive of Packers and Movers. I had spoken to Rajesh Choudhary, the head of Best Packers and Movers, and told him all the thing. he also told the same thing that they will transfer the amount to my account so I had sent the account number also, but till 10 days I didnt receive any amount so I had to call him up again.

That day he told me that I called up pune office they were saying that you have not taken Insurance and you have paid only 17000 that included shifting charges and Service Tax only. Then I said I had paid 2500 extra as insurance amount and I have the insurance copy also. Now I want all these things to be known by every one who ever is planning to get the service of Packers and Movers and specially Best packers and Movers. These are their routine work and they are very good at getting extra money from their customers and filling their own pocket.

Hyderabad India
Never use AM Packers
Nov 28, 2008 02:27 PM2063 Views

I write from personal experience of having used them to send my car from Hyderabad to Delhi. Worst possible service - they took 10 extra days to deliver my car - I'd started wondering if they've stolen it or started using it personally. The owner of the business in Hyderabad would not answer my calls and would speak to me very rudely.

One of the worst experiences of having used a service and I have moved around in India a fair bit. I would recommend that if you are considering them, avoid AM Packers like plague!!

In addition, these guys are just middlemen - they have no assets - they only work as agents for other people that are actually doing the delivery. It is best to go to the bigger well known firms that actually run their

own transports. Small time companies like AM Packers are highly avoidable.

Don't use AM Packers.

Never trust Allianze Packers & Movers, Bangalore
Nov 15, 2008 06:48 PM2063 Views

I would request readers not to trust Allianze Packers & Movers. They are the ultimate winners when it comes to cheating. July 27 2008 was the most unlucky day of my life. I handed them my household items to be shifted to Noida vide consignment note number 1698. The items were covered by insurance for which I paid an additional amount of Rs. 2550. I was told it would take max. 20 days for the items to reach Noida. When I did not get my items after the said period of time elapsed, I contacted the company.

After running from pillar to post and trying their phone for numerous times I finally got my items. However the TV was missing. I was told it has been misplaced and since it is insured the company will pay Rs. 10000/- to myself which was the insured amount. It has been more than two months now and they are doing their best to avoid giving me the cheque. The company's owner Mr. Manish Jain is very well endowed in the art of cheating. This is their modus operandi of how to prolong the agony of wronged customers so that they get frustrated and will thus give up their claim.

There are basically three numbers which they are using for their office work.

1) 9341639601 - This is Manish Jain's number

2) 9341639602 - This is office people number

3) 9341639603 - This is Prince's number

whenever I call the 1st number manish jain will speak very nicely. but as soon as I tell him that this is for the claim he pretends to be Prince or Chauhan and will tell that Manish is not available. He asks me to contact the office number which is usually switched off. when I dial prince (3rd number) then a different person will speak and tell the same story. Sometimes back they said they have deposited the cheque in my bank account. At other times they said they will do an electronic transfer. I sent my friend to the office to speak with them thrice and they promised to deliver the cheque to his house but didn't do so. Even after repeated visits to their office which is located at:

Allianze Packers & Movers

#54

3rd Cross, Someshwara Nagar, 1st Block

Jaya Nagar

Bangalore-560011

my friend has not been given the cheque. The writing is quite clear on the wall. The company wants to frustrate the customer to the breaking point after which he may drop the pursuit.

I don't know how to recover my loss. Any advice / suggestion will be gratefully appreciated.

Never trust A M Packers & Movers (Hyderabad)
Nov 15, 2008 03:47 PM2725 Views

I shifted from Hyderabad to Mumbai in June and chose A M Packers & Movers for shifting the household articles and my four-wheeler(Hyundai Accent).

The packers & movers guys were fine till they came home, packed things and took with them. Charged some 600-800 rupees extra for some'bounty' for which the bills were never given. But things started going wrong right from the day I handed over my car to them.

Someone by name Khan with Vinod had come to take the car, which literally had just one small scratch on it.

From that day these basds(don't mind my language) never bothered to pick my call and give me the status of my luggage and car. When received the call, they said "Sir, due to rains the consignment went just yesterday" or "Sir, the concenred person is not there".

After shifting to Mumbai, I called them 10-15 times a day to know the status of my consignement, but they were not moved at all.

After 25 days, I was told that my car has reached, but has broken down and is at their Navi Mumbai Godown. It is not starting and I had to come there to take the delivery, though I have paid for the door-2-door pickup and delivery. I sent a Hyundai Service guy there to check the condition of my car and he reported the damages: Front bumper damaged, Driver door bent leaving a gap from which water has gone in, right front mudgaurd removed with the suspension strut damaged, handbrake lever not functioning, the master control of power windows at driver's seat not functioning, scratches everywhere and over and above that, shockingly the odometer reading was showing+120 kms from the day they had taken the car, but the trip meter reading was showing+520.

The hyundai emergency service guy confirmed that someone has fiddled around with the odometer and while doing so a wire got disconnected due to which the car was not starting. He repaired the car and left the godown.

After fighting for another 5 days, I finally got the car delivered at my mumbai residence and was heart-broken to see the condition of it. When taken to the authorized service station they reported 10 other problems wrt suspensions and others which were never heard of.

When I tried to reach khan or vinod, they had already flew away and the phone was picked by acclaimed owner of AM Packers and movers Ashok who said that those two guys were his assistants and had done such mess up with many others when he was on leave for 30 days. he promised me to pay the damages and asked me to get the car repaired at the best service station.

When I did so, for half the repairs the bill came for Rs. 14900/-. when I conveyed to Ashok, he said "Sir I dont have that much money, I thought the bill would be just 2000-3000 so had said yes to pay the bills". when insisted through 5-6 calls daily for another 5-10 days, he agreed to pay 10, 000 but after 45 days.

Assuming that he was a genuine guy and a son to his only father, we waited for 45 days with calls in between, but at the end he said that he needs another 10 days. Waited for another 10 days and now he is untraceable.

If any Hyderabad Cop is having a look at this review.

I have all the sms that I had sent to AM packers and movers and the receipt note which carries his driver's sign witnessing the damages.

Pls note that AM packers does not have any transportation facilities of themselves, they are all outsourced. So guys, pls dont mind paying high for transportation, as it assures quality and timely delivery.

Chennai India
Irresponsible AM Packers and Movers
Oct 30, 2008 10:05 AM1984 Views

I moved from Hyd to Chennai, I found AM Packers and Movers couldnt deliver in time and put me in trouble so many ways. They couldnt deliver products to home in time they delived goods at midnight 12 through transport company. The lorry contains a driver and a cleaner, there is no person to download the goods. Driver asked to get some labour to download goods, (it was midnight)

I paid money and requested driver and cleaner to download goods.

Immediately, I found 1 bag is missed and glasses are broken, and some small small items are lost. I wrote in the note the missing items list. I myself unpacked all items and found some more items were missing like, pickles and some food items were missing. They charged more for insurance, and there is no insurance number, when I requested they couldn't answer,

I am writing this after 40 days, and still I didnt hear anything from the company. This is the worst service provided by AM packers and movers, I do not suggest AM Packers, and still if you want to go with these people, take a written agreement that they will pack, upload, transport, download and unpack.

If you are paying some amount for insurance, please get the insurance number and company with which they insured.
