Alpine Convent School, Gurgaon

Well if your child is good in all aspects kindly go ahead and take admission if you want but if you want your child to improve in sports or academic then think before taking decisions. They only encourage "Brilliant"children rest are treated as trash by teachers and if you complain about it then the teachers are going to target your kid like a vamp. Though being a convent school but still struggles to employ a good English teacher, 3 teachers changed in grade 1 and 3 in grade 2 and so on in just one academic session. Children from all together all family background are here but that aggravate when the school has no mind of handling such ill languaged barbaric kids and they even counsel them, afraid of losing admissions. Whole year passed with any photo or video of activities in school but as soon as November approaches they bombard you with photos as they want to show off for admission. 2 years fees around 3.5 lakh wasted here, pls don't fall trap into these kind of schools, they are just to ruin future

Sharing it as a teacher being here so you can understand what’s the actual scenario here.

I’d like to share my experience which I believe could benefit from constructive feedback regarding its operational practices and employee treatment.

In my time at Alpine, I observed a concerning lack of professionalism among some staff members. There were instances where the attitude displayed towards both colleagues and students was dismissive & unhelpful. This behavior not only affected team morale but also created an uncomfortable environment for students seeking assistance.

Regarding compensation, the salary range appears to be below industry standards for similar positions. This discrepancy has led to dissatisfaction among employees, many of whom feel undervalued for their contributions. There will be deductions you won’t even get to know and they will no response unless you roam around them.

The behavior of students in the classroom was often a reflection of the overall atmosphere fostered by the organization. While some students were eager to learn, the lack of structured guidance & support from staff sometimes resulted in disruptive behavior. It would be beneficial for Alpine to implement more comprehensive training for students and staff on classroom management techniques to enhance the learning experience.

In conclusion, while they have all the fancy tantrums but, addressing these areas of concern could lead to significant improvements in both employee satisfaction and student outcomes.

Don't go by the given 5 rating, these are given by their own people.

Please don't get impressed by the building of this school, internal reality is totally different. Here teachers gets change in every few months within one session and children and parents face a lot of trouble. When I checked the reason, I got to know the entire focus of this school is to deduct salary of their staff, they find every possible reason to deduct the salary of their teachers. Also, if we talk about the salary, they hire teachers in 20k or max 25k per month which is equivalent to the fee of 2 or 3 students then how a teacher should feel motivated to teach and help our children. They keep the degrees of teachers to blackmail them later.

Also, they just provide manual so that no chapter reading is required and teacher can directly ask children to fill the notebooks

Just showoff, School needs to use modern techniques of studies.Old methodology used for students. Teachers should be highly qualified and Communication language should be English. Before hiring School needs to focus on key points.

Alpine Convent School wonderful. Aside from the forward thinking and 'outside of the box'curriculum, which focus on all multiple intelligences the staff is very supportive in assisting students with all issues.

The infrastructure is very good with all amenities. It’s a second home for children.

As a parent I’m very much satisfied and happy.

My kids performance is very good after I enrolled at Alpine Convent School. Really a nice initiative taken by principal ma'am to help every child in nurturing talent through modern teaching tools& techniques that enhance the confidence in my kids. Their all branches are superb.
