Customer service is not good when it comes to food taste is worst and in chicken dum biryani is not cooked completely .Quality and quantity of food is not good when compared to price.

Alpha Hotel Biryani is very famous in Vizag city, they are the Biryani king maker in Vizag. I am a biryani lover, from my childhood onwards I am eating Biryani from that Alpha hotel, since 28 years. But now a days I dont know what happen to that hotel, the chicken fry piece Biryani Chicken was really dry like a old stock chicken. This was happend to me twice, I dont know may be the mangment was changed, or else now days they have lot of outlets in Vizag may be this is the one of the reason. Biryani Rice and taste they are maintains same there is no problem with that.

Alpha hotel near jagadamba junction. It is only one hotel in vizag, there is no branches.

And come to taste of food is very spicy , they remind hyderabad biryani taste. I like very much because taste is too yummy and good quantity, budget friendly.

Still I remembered college days memories , with reasonable prices so students like to prefered here.

All type of indian, Chinese, soups, Dessert Items are available and kids, students, family every one like taste of this hotel food and Takeaway is easy. Based on our requirement they adjust spiciness in biryanis. Minimum amount of 300/- can eat average of 2 or 3 members.

Finally I recommended for Biryani lovers to this restaurant.

Consider Biryani in this interesting town of Vizag and go no further or past the Alpha Hotel arranged on the Jagadamba Junction. Of the 4 years that I have spent in this city, I more likely than not eaten the Biryani from Alpha more than I include the days a given year. It is simply astonishing.

Biryani from Alpha is the nearest you can get to a run of the mill'Hyderabadi Dum Biryani'. I am having a watery mouth as I am composing this audit for Alpha, and I am dead serious. Jokes separated – The place is situated in the midst of an extraordinary hurrying around, getting a stopping was dependably a test and consequently we never set out to have a go at eating in-We generally favored a takeaway and not once had any second thoughts or grumblings.

Aside from Biryani, do attempt their tikkas and kebabs also. Chicken 65 and Gongura chicken offers like hot cake as well. An unquestionable requirement visit definitely. Exceedingly suggested.

I recently had my dinner ay at alpha @ jagadamba junction and I had a great experience and the food is very delicious ant tastier and my hunger is 100% satisfied there by having dinner there.!

The service towards the customers is good and I like dum biryani most.

It tastes super ans smells is so good and once again I want visit the alpha hotel.!

When I go to buy a clothes for sankranthi at cmr, after shopping , I am thristy and hungery, si I asks some one is there any hotel to eat delicious biryani, I asks two members they will told to me alpha is a best choice to yours , and I decide to go there, I asks adress some one, only half kilometer to me , so I went by walk, and I ate biryani it is very delicious that hope I tastly, serveces are good, and its very affordable price, and vey taste, whenever I go to vizag , I ate their, so it is right choice for who loves biryani,

Best restaurant in Visakhapatnam. Heavy crowd at every hour no space at an instance we have to wait atleast for 30 minutes to get seat. Very good taste and different biryani offers with cool drinks. I have every time combo pack which is nearly ₹250-300 in 2015 it may vary now. Such a great taste I have ever tasted any where else. If anybody visits Vizag my best suggestion please visit this restaurant once have a nice taste. This is near beside the Jagadamba theater. Have a good biryani at Alpha and Watch a film in Jagadamba theatre gives best experience.

It is one of the most loved hotel in entire vizag. it is full of rush with people. we have to wait atleast for one hour to get our order prepared & get to table. and even to order we have to form a queue for atleast fifteen people minimum. but still people love to go there. and I love this restaurant very much, I eat there number of times. and always prefer going there.

And the other thing is that price & quality. when compared with any other hotel in entire vizag, its price is very very less. and at the same time, its quality & taste is the best among entire vizag. and not only me alone. but all my friends & relatives to always love to go to Alpha hotel, whenever we go to movie or shopping. customer service is very good. and it is lot more than value for money.

If you are fond of eating biryani .you must visit here you can get biryani here at just Rs120 for one person they are very much following their moto i.e. Our aim is satiafying our customer Your satisfaction is our sucess. One of the best thing is that alchohol is not alloeed inside.Its a self service restraunt I.e. you have to go to the counter and order

The food is excellent.I tried briryanis and kabbabs and manchuri.They are very delicious and yummy.I hav been to ALPHA HOTEL many times.The rates are very reasonable when compared to other hotel very near by.The ambience is very decent.I hav been with to the place with family and sometimes with friends, the place is very comfortable and good neat and clean.

The hospitality is awesome, very quick services and they respond veryfast. They waiters are very care taking for the customers.

Lastly the parking is also gud which most if the hotels are missing parking place.

Overall iam very pleased with the food and evrything in Alpha Hotel.

One of the worst biryani I had in Alpha hotel at Visakhapatnam. The masala paste sticks on the rice and meat is not cooked. They serve huge quantity but no quality food. Very less tables and bad receiving. The order takes minimum 45 minutes to serve. Maintaining very bad interior and not a good place to eat. Especially on Sunday or occasion of any festival the hotel is fully jam-packed. We need to wait at-least 1hr and more.
