Horrible customer support.

Products are average and some don't even get delivered. In fact more often you don't get them delivered.

In June 24, i purchased 2 jeans pants for men, under offer buy to get 2 free. Next day I went to exchange one pant for size 36 as 34 was not suitable. They agreed but charged difference amt stating that purchase under offer not eligible for exchange which is not justified. Then I raised complaint with company on twitter X, uploaded receipt who initially responded , apologised and assured to refund extra amt collected. I waited for some time, but refund still not got. The grand old company stopped responding to my followup posts in X.

This is like cheating innocent customer.

I purchased a shirt from allen solly online wide order noYour Allen Solly order SA181274072. There is a fitting issue so i placed return.

For last 2 days they are assigning return pick up for return through shadowfax.

Courrier partner is so irresponsible that inspite my calling twice did not turn up for pick up though i was waiting for pick up at home for 2 days.

Every time allen solly says that your return failed and we will try again.

Most irresponsible and fraudulent company. Took my money and keeps saying the order is undeliverable. Do not order through Allen Solly app. I contacted them 4-5 times and they still say it will be delivered only to receive another email that says it is undelivered. They don't even give a call at the time of delivery. They only want to keep the money for rotation and want you to cancel the order. The refund will also take a lot of time to reflect back in your account. Report this fraud company.

I brought the beige casual trousers from Allen Solly and it is really good. The size is around 34 inches and perfectly fits my height. It is not too tight and they have variety of colors including black, navy blue, dark green, khaki, dark brown, white, grey. The best thing is it is stretchable and easily foldable. You can wash it and bleach it but the color may fade away if it is bleached quite often. The pants too go with casual and formal shirts and can be worn on any occasion be it parties, family functions, office or gatherings. I honestly love the beige trousers which I love to wear it while attending my client meetings.

I ordered a jacket worth more than Rs 3000.. However what i received was a used, torn sweater full of lint..I have been writing mails repeatedly but they will just sit on it and not do anything.. Moreover there is no customer care number available to contact, so there is nothing u can do except for writing mails.. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..They are here to loot.. Would never recommend buying from ALLEN SOLLY ONLINE..IT IS A TOTAL SCAM

I had ordered an shirt in Allen Solly website on January 5 but still I didn't receive any AWB number or tracking link or Any CALL from the delivery person ???????.Allen Solly status is still shipped, there is no response in e-mail too I'm very disgusted with Allen Solly.

Thanks to the may rain, recently got a chance to Stop by at Allen Solly at Cuddalore, Tamilnadu. The ambience made me welcome thru, but really got impressed by the way the store boy mohan (guess so), made my evening just by his cute smile and warm colour suggestions for my complexion. So happy that at age of 42, I tried a new shirt and almost all the boys were cheering me up, as though am on a ramp walk. Bought 3 instead of 1 (guess one for each sales boys) nd had a relaxed evening. Congrats guys. Keep up the spirit.

Before buy-any one Allen solly dresses like shirts, pants etc, please focus -It's product very very low quality. Truthly not any pure cotton.also skin problem occurs.its quality is not so comfortable & good as they demand price. I hope in future allen solly

To my surprise Allen Solly don’t have refund policy.. which is really very upsetting.. every good store keep such policy for the benefit of there customer.. however Allen Solly don’t bother about this.

I have done a shopping in October 2020.

In HDFC debit card. Till date I have not received the cash back. Very poor service from Allen Solly. Not acceptable. No support from Allen Solly person. If you cant give cash back why are you promoting HDFC BANK offers. Even today I see the offer in Jayanagar store. Don't fool customers. Stick to your words or offers. I have lost belief in ALLEN SOLLY BRAND.
