I have placed an order after spending 30mi s on the site. They cancelled my order without any intimation. Very poor business ethics.

The worst customer service ever, Baught shoes worth 2000, the products sold for 500 rs also is more worth than product like these,

the Sole got of in just 3-4months no body from the customer service is even bother to respond.

My suggestion do not buy any of the products from this brand.

Waste of money, if you are looking good leather shoes .I bought boots and the shoe sole is tearing out and quality of leather is very poor. Easily torn band I can see the tear .

It's cheap , company and worthless products they sale

Don't be tempted by its name .they sale local sadkchap products. very very overpriced.dont waste ur hard earned money. Go for some well established brands.

Cheaters they did not refund the amount after i returned them back shoes which was not correct size...they blocked the number on whatsapp and call, i bought several shoes a from them through other e commerce sites , but bought this time i bought from thier website and they did this , they have lost a loyal customer and reputation for just 2100 rs. I hv bought shoes online of alberto torresi company, but after 10days there was no update on delivery of shoes then i started mailing to them but even many mails they reverted back and said that order has been rejected due to quality issue of the shoes and then i asked to refund my money back but its been another 5days and there is no revert back from them

I will gonna complaint them in consumer court

Stay away. All fake!

My story: I have been using their ankle boots for some years(2 pairs=8K INR)after buying from Lifestyle & Shoppers stop Bangalore. When the third pair was not available in the above stores, I have bought the same ankle boots from the online store of alberto torresi for 4K INR. This pair had quality issues, in less than 6 months, sole got crack, leather lost its rigidity and torn). Reported this, they arranged a pick up and never returned my boots even after 2 months of waiting. When followed up they rarely respond and asking for my shoe pics as they are not able to recognise my pair of boots from the heap. I lost me 4K. This seems to be a family of cobblers experiencing the commerce. I am passing my feedback among the corporates to create awareness so that none else will get cheated.

I bought Alberto Torresi boot from Jabong, the product was priced at Rs 4595 but got it at a discount of Rs 2040.The product was bought in March, 16  its not even 2 yrs, the top leather got a hole.Its so bad that it can't even be repaired, if shoes are expensive the leather quality needs to be durable.Then I approached their customer service and got shock of my life, as per the company policy warranty is valid for only 30 days post purchase. This itself proves even they are aware about quality of shoes hence don't wont to give any warranty.

Stop ripping people through exaggerated prices and projecting a pseudo image of premium brand backed with shitty after sales service. Premium and mid level brands reached the level through good customer service, not by conning people.

Hi guys today I want to give you a review on the best leather shoes i.e Alberto Torresi , bought from an e-commerce site last month for 1498/- rupees actual cost 3999/- rupees . The best part of shoe is its look, design, colour and most important Sole . It has a great tough sole both outer and inner and gives great comfort for every use . Its a best option to buy this shoe as it is much better in class, style, comfort and most important price compared to other competitors like Bata and Red Tape. The shoe is 100% leather and I suggest this product for those who prefer good shoes & spending few more bucks compared to other brands is considerable . I'm saying this because I bough Red tape shoes 2 weeks back but this shoes is far better than those in quality, looks, design . So I recommend you to buy AT shoes if you prefer quality if price is not a buying factor for you, it's hardly 200-300 costly than red tape, bata shoes . I bought red tape after 20 days of purchase of AT shoes because no shoe will last 7-8 months using it frequently, so using atleast 2 pairs will be a good option, so guys also keep an extra pair that increases shoes durability and life of both .

Alberto torresi footwear is the good quality and durable shoes.there are very comfortable and realible shoes.there made shoes for casual shoes formal shoes sandels boots women shoes.there all are of good quality materials.there are very stylist and fashionable.there prices are cheaper than others.but gives good service.their customer service is great.whenever I had a problem I call their customer service there respond immediately and gives solution.staff behaviour is appreciable.deserves a 5 star rating.

Alberto torresi making fool to everyone. They are making fool to every one. I have purchased shoes from alberto torresi  but that shoes pasting was so bad, after two my alberto torresi shoe was being a very poor condition and call to customer care but they also were not reponsible person in alberto torresi.

I will never purchase albertotorresi shoes and also suggest to everyone they are making fool with our precious money.

Quality & Comfort came in my mind when I think about Alberto Torresi. Its customer Service is very good. If you got any problem in shoe or want it early or want to replace it, it's customer care will give you full assistance & relevent help. Customer Care executive is very cooperative & good listener. They resolve problem in quick succession of time.

It is a brand which deals with leather products like casual shoe, formal shoes, slippers, sandals, boots, women shoes etc. Leather is of good quality & shoe last longs. Even less price products are good, comfortable & long lasting but you have to handle with care.

Hello, My first experience with Alberto torresi  brand.

It is very good brand and customer service nice .i have place my order 15 days ago and I said to the customer service that please deliver my order in 3 days because marriage in my home and customer service person is very responsible and I got my shoe in 3 days . it is best experience with me and staff is very genuine and supportive. because many times I called them but issue from staff side .

I ordered a pair of Alberto Torresi footwear from their online store and was really surprised with their customer service. Their staff did not had any courtesy as I bought their product. It took longer than expected to book my order mainly because of their customer support. I finally got my footwears after two weeks. It was very comfortable to wear for the first three months but after that I could bo longer wear them as they got damaged and put lot of strain on my left foot. I finally abandon them after five months.

Alberto Toressi shoe is very popular. I already used many branded shoes but I am use this company first time. I used this shoes only 5 months because its durability is very poor. This shoes bottom is break very soon and I am also sewing by cobbler but not go for long time and polish is not make more shine it.

This shoes is very comfortable and its looking is very cool. This shoes is good for travelling purpose. This shoes is not perfect fit on my foot and also feel pain in my leg thumb but after few day its proper fit

This shoes weight is not high not low compare to other shoes company but it lower portion is very soft and weak. This shoes is make a noise on walking.

I bought this shoes from a shoes showroom without any discount, when same shoes is sell by online website with 10% discount. This shoes company is give very short time warranty on each shoes and do not give any sewing warranty.

Alberto Torresi is an Indian company which has some good Italian designed footwears in their portfolio. Overall product range looks quite attractive and no doubt should generate a great demand. Their site looks promising and a good piece of work. Still I believe there is lot of scope for the improvement. They don't have any trained customer care executive to handle the queries of the customers. Their site doesn't have any proper contact number. I had bad experience with their customer care. I ordered shoes on their site and after 3-4 days when I didn't receive any update on my order I called their customer support. They were not very much helpful and kept saying that they will update me soon. This continued till next week. Daily I would call them and they would say that they will update me by evening and through call. None of the things happened and after two weeks they said there were some issues due to which they will cancel my order and refund my money. Again I ordered during diwali and again same things kept on happening. At some point of time they said they had dispatched my order and will email me in the evening the AWB no. In the evening when I didn't get any mail or call I again called next day and I got same reply that there has been an issue and they will cancel the order and refund the money. Seeing all this I left a negative feedback on their facebook page and forgot. Almost after one and half month one of their customer care executive named Priyanka called me and started pressing me to take down the comment and pressed me to buy the shoes from them. I refused but they started to call me daily. Eventually I deleted the feedback and they stopped calling me. In total I had bad experience with them. Their customer service should be given some trainings and process should be implemented at their site to handle customer queries.

I bought leather black shoes from lifestyle of Alberto Torressi and in a month they gave off. And it's not leather it's rexine. Horrible for a 3k buy. I will never ever buy their shoe again and Ofcourse none of my friends and colleagues. POOR quality and worst worst worst customer service. Am unable to add pic because of upload size limit
