Worst service. If you give advance then think that is the last time they visit or receive your calls. No replacement if maid takes more than 15 days leave also. If you call no one ll receive call Customer service number, hari manager no one receive calls. Fraud people.

I approached this services on a suggestion from one of my friends, I spoke to a person called as Balraj. Initially they are very prompt as long as you pay a caution deposit fee, and then after arranging a baby sitter, they don’t come in to play. The baby sitter I got was one of the worst. I m a Pediatrician myself. The baby sitter was always on phones, they are not allowed leaves, but she used to take 5 days min leaves every month citing her sick mom and children she left behind. Here m concerned that these services they don’t do a background check, because it will cause problems for us in the future after we hire them. I used to call the services Atleast once a month to replace or send a new baby sitter, they stopped taking my calls, and one of my worst night mare came true when I learnt that she was actually sedating my baby and putting him to sleep while I was away to hospital. I made the baby sitter quit and took a sabatical and now m taking care of the baby. Worst services ever.

Initial follow ups are prompt until payment done. After that there is worst service, no follow up and calls are ignored. The maids they provide are also very arrogant, take frequent day offs with no replacement in between. Also they talk rude. There are much better service providers out there. DO NOT USE ALANKRITA!!!

BEWARE of ALANKRITA STAFF. Poor management. No replacement nor proper follow ups are taken. Calls get Avoided. After putting reviews on Alankrita's site, a male staff dares to call on my number and started shouting. SHAME & SICK! THEY MUST SHUT OFF.

Its good service agency in hyderabad we hired baby sitter cum cook from this agency we really happy this agency its now more then 3 years we r using alankrita renewed contract twice quite reasonable price ill recommended this agency who is looking for good services

They are big cheater. Don't ever go with them. They are only interested in their visiting fees and registration charges. Post that they will not provide any service. We have been following up with them for one months for replacement as helper they sent left after one month and they are not providing any replacement. They will first keep transferring your calls from one agent to another. Our money has been wasted and we have now lost the hope to get replacement or the money back.

I am going to share this in my organization as well with all it companies. So they cannot cheat anyone like us

I was looking maid for housework and tried several agency they took registration and never answer my call. However Alankrita services called and they understand my concern or rather I say the problem which I faced with the other agency. They took the REGISTRATION AMOUNT from me and they provided the maid in a DAY and since EVERY DAY they call me and check take feedback of the maid work. I truly recommend you all to avail Alankrita Maid Services. I have personally experienced there up to date services. The staff is very hard working and assures that optimum satisfaction is achieved. They keep through follow up till the end. The maids they offer are always verified and genuine. It is one of the oldest services in this field and believes in helping maids by giving them employment and without charging a penny from those workers and maids.

If we take service for one year only one month they will take care . I can see it's WORST service. Please don't waste money by spending for this kind of cheating services. I took service for a year for my mother but they stopped coming without informing. WASTE OF MONEY.

Am suffering with the agency since last 8 months and the service has been horrible and unprofessional. they would be more than interested to arrange the first maid but the moment she leaves or you change your mind, dont hope to get any services post that.

the initial 10K annual fee for the agency for a service they vouch to provide for 1 yr is almost non-existent after 2-3 months. maids are unprofessional and untrained(we needed for baby sitting) and go through no background checks.
