Overall its a great work environment, where people are productive and genuinely enjoy being there. My boss ( sourab Kanodia) gives me and my team a lot of freedom work to do what we see fit. I never feel like we are being micromanagedy.Great place to work. Be an expert in the stone industry and gems stone to get a job at Akriti jewelcarfts So many other benefits you get apart from salary and freedom to do R and D in any technology

Their factory is at unauthorized land. They have 4 directors who you will never get to see in office. After taking payment from customer they never response you back. Mr. Saurabh Kanodia one of the director talks so ill-mannered. Their industry is already bad stage.
