First i got Sms that the monthly subscription amount is changed and now that they changed the channel config. Really pathetic. they cheat

It has covered itself by an impregnable VEIL of Airtel thanks application, outsourced agency, a dumb customer care and in intransparent and insensetive, never properly updated airtel.in
