I have 2 issues on this consignment.
aishwaryasingh23ment has been debited twice from my account. It has more than 8 days but I never got a response from your team. People from the support team say they will pass on to Revenue department but nothing happens. I finally got a complaint number after a series of calls. Find the number here - CP/2019/005379. No action so far
I met with super woman Jayashree who did not even care to give a complaint number but gave a number and email of Mr. Varun Garg and asked me to contact. If customers have to chase point of contact in your company, not sure why you have support team.

The consignment received has a damage and is unusable. I have been assured by the delivery personnel that I will have a carpenter sent to fix this. No one came though I have kept my doors open all 247. May be personnel want to give me a momentary consoling advice for having received a tip for his delivery by negotiating and nagging me though not saying anything on the damaged piece.
I did not get my consignment delivered proper as it has damages.
I did not get my aishwaryasingh23ment back though I am charged twice for a delivery that is not justifiable even for the one time amount we have to aishwaryasingh23.
None of your customer support truly cares for customers and leave us chasing left and right.
Revenue department does not bother to return fund or respond.
I hope you understand the pain of feeling ignored is worse.
I feel like I am chatting with BOTs than human as I see no emotion or connect from your organisation to customers but just seeing us a way of quenching your thirst for business.
