Review for APML Delivery Service


I had a very disappointing experience with APML Delivery Service, and I strongly advise against paying them in advance. Here is why:


Delivery Issues: The delivery team was severely understaffed. Despite being promised 4 helpers plus a driver, only 3 people including the driver showed up. As a result, I had to step in as the fourth person to help carry goods up to the fourth floor via stairs. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable.


Unprofessional Behavior: The delivery team lacked professionalism. Only one worker wore the company uniform, giving a very unorganized and casual impression. To make matters worse, they did not even assemble my washing machine in the correct place. They simply delivered the goods, opened the packets, and left without completing the setup.


Hidden Charges: There were multiple hidden charges throughout the process. The delivery team demanded an additional one thousand five hundred rupees, which was not part of the original bill. On top of that, I had already provided them with five hundred rupees for food via Swiggy and gave them six hundred rupees in cash. These extra costs should have been transparently included in the bill, as my company could have reimbursed them. The same issue occurred at the pickup location, where I had to pay five hundred rupees more on top of my initial payment.


Poor Staff Management: The workers were clearly tired and underpaid, which affected the quality of service. This is especially concerning when expensive and personal belongings are being handled. APML must address this issue and treat their staff better to ensure customer satisfaction.


Good Pickup Service: The only redeeming factor was the relatively smooth pickup service at the origin location. However, even here, the staff demanded extra payments, making the overall experience frustrating.


Conclusion: While the initial pickup was decent, the delivery process was pathetic and highly frustrating. APML must work on providing the promised workforce, clearly include all charges in the bill, and improve how they treat their employees. Until then, I cannot recommend their service.


Unprofessional Unwilling to Settle Claim Rude Exec

Archita who called me on 11-Nov and discussed about my claim settlement, mentioned she will get back to me today but there is no update. On writing to her as well, there is no revert. She mentioned that she will get back to me on the following first 3 points mentioned below. But as usual unprofessionalism at it's extreme.




  1. Extra charges charged to me for 16 feet cube, and my items were delivered in 11 feet cube. No one is considering this fact.




  2. Charges bourn by me for hard crockery boxes which were not used in my consignment. Charges for fragile tags which were not used during my consignment.




  3. Hotel stay and food charges from 6-Nov to 8-Nov(3 days), due to delayed delivery at your end and consignment had no movement for 4 days in Indore hub, until I escalated about the same.






This 4th point below is a complaint again the person who called me on 11-Nov from your Pune APML office and argued with me from mobile number+91 78755 4xxxx behaved rudely because after seeing the pictures and videos he said the claim amount is a lot and he can only pay 5000/- as per policy and even after sharing actual videos and pictures taken during the delivery with their delivery person in the video and they also spoke to Sanjeet who mentioned will initiate claim process after seeing the extent of damage caused, they are adamant to visit my place and asking me written slips from carpenters mentioning the damage is not repairable. Is a person sensible enough to understand when the doors of the almirah itself is not opening and the base of the almirah is broken plus the almirah is already tilted on one side they do not understand the extent of damage. This is how unprofessional they are. No use of paying for insurance as well to APML as they do not pay you after damages caused by their team after mishandling items. I would suggest do not go with APML the Man with the cap for your shifting purposes.


This person is really unbelievably rude and non-cooperating and behind me saying he cannot compensate more than 5000/-.


APML is only for name sake. They do not provide you services of what they promise when you are booking consignment. After booking consignment they differ from what they promised. My crockery and breakable items were not packed in hard plastic boxes as they promised. When questioned they said its not available. I booked the consignment almost 3 weeks in advance inspite of which this happened. And now my consignment was promised to be delivered by 6Nov2024 and its still in transit and was lying in Indore for 3 days without any movement. On contacting customer care they had no clue they had no contact with Indore and the entire thing was just horrible. After drafting and sending all these details to the main customer care over email there is no response from customer care as I have asked them to may my hotel cnd food charges because of this delay.

Booked 2 weeks in advance and on the day of scheduled packing, no show up till half of the day was gone.


"Ground team didn't get the intimation due to which all this happened", this is what the sales person is putting across.

We booked this service they said delivery time is 4 days now its been 10 days still we didn't received. Customer Support is not at all responding properly.


Better not to go with them in future.

Warning to all!


I hired APML(Agarwal Packers and Movers) for my recent move within India of my household shifting. Had paid premium price believing APML is market leader was a BIG MISTAKE, they took double the time.

They terribly failed to deliver on time and its been an extremely painful process of consistent chasing(literally!)


We were promised on-time delivery from Bangalore within 2 weeks from pick-up date of our stuff by Arvind Singh Sales representative. In the week of promised delivery date, APML representative Raghvendra Tiwari(742823xxxx) and his team continued to falsely claim to our parents(who were at receiving address) that delivery would be done next day, however this exchange of calls, message continued for over a week with no delivery. RM was assigned Naveen Kumar(959912xxxx) who was completely absent from the situation.


When their Truck finally arrived it was all "EMPTY" and delivery guys were "clueless" why their own truck was empty. Hence, proving that basic pre-check whether the right boxes are there weren't being done. After missing the delivery deadline, and post several email exchanges they finally spill the beans that our boxes are "STILL AT THE PICK-UP CITY EVEN AFTER 3 WEEKS & HAVEN'T BEEN MOVED". It was a big shocker to hear this as the committed delivery date had already passed. Their Escalation Manager's contact details were denied to us for many days from their team, call center. Everyone in APML were clueless on the reason for this massive delay. Even when their delivery manager Vaibhav Gupta(vaibhav.gupta@agarwalpackers.com) was looped in email it took several follow ups, email exchanges to get out stuff delivered.


Their customer service, their official escalation managerial points were absolutely unhelpful to take swift measures, and I'm left with no choice but to take my complaint public and create awareness of the terrible quality of service.


Its evident, APML entire logistics system is in a jeopardy, false claims, straight lies. They don't care about customer's circumstances and the ongoing challenges of someone when they are moving cities.

Terrible Service and Misleading Promises - Avoid Agarwal Movers and Packers!


I had a very disappointing experience with Agarwal Movers and Packers. I booked a consignment from Tinsukia to Navi Mumbai, and the representative assured me that it would reach its destination within 2 weeks. However, even after 2 weeks, the consignment hasn't even traveled one-fifth of the distance!


When I reached out to their customer care, it was a nightmare. They were completely clueless about the status of my consignment and were unable to give me any commitment on when it would be delivered—some even suggested it might take over 2 months!


Their website is misleading, showing inaccurate information, and their customer service is a joke. They kept putting me on hold, never called back, and after waiting for 8-10 minutes each time, I ended up disconnecting out of sheer frustration.


This level of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against using Agarwal Movers and Packers. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reliable company!

I had scheduled an appointment, your executive has done an initial assessment and promised that if I make the advance payment, the booking will be available at the same quote for the next 3 months. Dumb as I was to believe a dishonest company, I called the executive called SNEHA and she arranged for a payment and very diligently, arranged for a shift on 12th August. This was on 15th June as you would see on the receipt. She too sweetly asked me to call her anytime to reschedule the appointment for shifting.


Since I was already aware of a few travel plans, I called up to this ghost executive called SNEHA to request a postponement. I must have called her some 20 times on her phone and WhatsApp and pinged her many times(attached screenshot) but to no avail. Then, quite frustrated, I called up the Customer Care Executive who might be some robot because she started speaking some gibberish without a break. After about 10 minutes, I asked her to pass on to Sneha who had gone incommunicado. After a long wait of another 15 minutes, someone picked up who was definitely not the ghost SNEHA I was trying to reach. She sounded lost and again started asking about my "concern' from scratch. I was too exhausted and challenged her(informing her that I knew this was not The SNEHA because she should be able to remember the context). Then she admitted and said she would ask SNEHA to call back.


Well, I waited for TWO WEEKS for the promised callback. Knowing how disastrous your customer care executives are, I tried resorting to your AI Bot and asked it to pass on to a Live Agent. Unfortunately, I am not able to recollect his name but he was another dumb but "sweet talk' expert. He also promised a call back AT THE EARLIEST. Well, THE EARLIEST did not occur in another TWO weeks as expected.


Today, with utter frustration, I again chatted with a Live Agent since the original date is drawing near and I am as clueless as before on how I can reach someone to postpone my appointment. So, another'extremely rude and dumb" executive did the honour of connecting with a customer like me who must have already reached your list of foolish customers who could be swindled so easily. He, the DEEPAK, did not bother to do any sweet talk neither did he try to hide his dumbness. After messaging everything and also sharing my CFR Number, ( well I could not be sweet and patient but no customer is supposed to be under the circumstances, he said "I fail to understand the concern" and also advised me to call after 9 AM to raise a complaint(this should be my third one which the DEEPAK did not bother to check in the system unless other executives did not do their job which is highly plausible). Also, I was asked to call up to Customer Care AGAIN at 9 AM if I wanted to talk to Higher Authorities since I had very strongly requested(or should I say ordered) so. Well, your MR. DEEPAK does not believe in wasting time sweet talking, maybe he was half asleep on the desk and I must have disturbed his sleep. In that case, I should owe a sincere apology to your respected employees who are doing the harassed customers a huge favour by doing a job they are paid for.


I INTEND TO CIRCULATE IT ACROSS ALL PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL ACQUAINTANCES AND TO SOCIAL MEDIA - REQUEST YOU TO REFRAIN FROM USING THEIR SERVICES.

Got posted from telangana to Punjab. Went with them for packing and moving due to advertising. They took 17 days to deliver the goods. After this experience I consulted many other staff who got posted and they said they dropped the idea of moving with agrawal packers and movers Ltd because of their extremely inflated bills. In I calculate they covered 2100 kms (end to end) in 17 days that means they covered 123 km per day which is 5km/h. They are extremely people got their items delivered in 4 days even for 1600km from other packers and movers. The tip thing is right. The people who come for packing and uploading ask for tip. And they are not happy even at 1000 rs. There rates are already very very high and the tip and the time they took. Never in my life I am going to use them again, and will inform my every circle( personal, professional, social media circle) about it. Don't go for their services. Ever.

I used Agarwal packers ( http://www.agarwalpackers.com) recently to move from Chennai to Hyderabad. I used their service earlier as well as many people recommended them. But unfortunately this time the experience was awful.


Service type I used as follows:




  1. Direct/ Full Truck Load consignment (FTL)




  2. Vehicle Type Container




  3. All inclusive uninstallation, Packing, unpacking, installation and transport






Here's my feedback:




  1. The service team came for packing asked for tip even after paying 40K for this service. They didn't move out of apartment until I pay them.




  2. Same goes for team who came for unpacking and installation at the time of delivery. They stayed in my apartment for almost an hour asking for more tip, even though I paid ₹1200 in tip.




  3. We booked Direct / FTL consignment as we were told that truck will be exclusively used for transporting our goods, and that it's quicker and safer. Unfortunately, Agarwal packers and moves deceived us, they sent our goods in shared consignment only. This was told by the delivery team as one of our item was missing. This would not have happened if they used truck for direct consignment .






If you are booking through Agarwal packers keep below things in mind:




  1. Always book container vehicle Type




  2. DO NOT BOOK DIRECT/ FULL TRUCK LOAD Consignment as they would still send it as shared consignment.




  3. They will charge 10K–20K more for direct consignment as compared to shared consignment. Better to save your money as their is no guarantee that they will use full truck for your stuff.

SURVEYOR HAS CAME TO MY HOUSE AND DONE THE SURVEYOR


IN HIS REPORT HE HAS EXAGGERATE(BADA CHADA K DIKHANA) FEW THINGS, SO THEY HAS HIGLY CHARGE


ONCE THE PACKING TEAM CAME, THEY DONE THE PACKING AND ASKED YOUR MATERIAL-GOODS IN ENOUGH SO WE WILL MORE CHARGE POST PRICE FIXING, THEY ADDITIONAL CHARGE


AFTER REACHING THE GOODS AT DESTINATION I HAS FIXED THE DATE WITH CONSIDERATION OF APML TEAM, THEY CAME BEFORE 1 DAY AND FORCE ME TO TAKING THE DELIVERY WHEN I AM NOT AT HOME


" IF YOU NOT TAKE THE GOODS TODAY WE WILL CHARGE YOU ADDITIONAL TEN THOUSANDS"

Worst service and not recommended

They are not deliver my material as per commitment. Before taking order, manager will talk politely then they will show the real worst behaviour. They have taken my car from Dehradun to Indore but till now I didn’t received my car. Manager not ready to show my car physically but they need the payment.


Manager threatening me and my wife that if you are not ready to pay then I will sell your car.


Even if you take any action , he said that he never bothers.


I am planning to give complaint in police station .to retrieve my car.


I am requesting all don’t go with this kind of packers and movers and they are not professional. They are behaving like rowdies.

Vey Poor service the people of this company I have booked the service from Dehradun to Ahmedabad as I have already given full payment after packing and Before delivery the people didn't respond customer care service is totally pathetic my maximum household items got damaged by him even as more expensive household items were also missing when I have write mail and reminders also the answer is also not appropriate , for unpacking and unloading of household items they have send unskilled manpower they dump the items like a garbage in my desired transferred place and most of the items were missing


I recommend please don't use his service because what we have earn from hard work and sweat they people are theft and irresponsible just all your money will go on vain the agrawal company will only mint the money and theft the customer items also

After booking services with APML, I found them to be extremely poor. Their customer support is lacking in efficiency. If you have heart or high blood pressure issues, I recommend avoiding booking through APML. Additionally, obtaining the address of their hub requires a call from the registered mobile number. Despite being informed by a customer care agent that the response time via email would be between 24 to 48 hours, the service has been disappointing. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with APML's customer services. It's been a frustrating experience dealing with them, and it's definitely not recommended.

Dear Agarwal Packers and Movers,


I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by your Pune office employees Gaurav Sharma and Mr Sanjay , who can be contacted at 9731987902 and 9671771555. My household goods were scheduled to be shifted from Aurangabad to Warangal On 31.5.2024. I paid the advance on 21.5.24 but the service was denied at the last moment. Furthermore, I was compelled to pay higher charges, which I find unacceptable and unethical.


Despite paying an advance of ₹5000, your employees refused to provide the service and their behavior over the phone was extremely rude. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and stress.


I request an immediate refund with one month rent which i will have to pay for delayed shifting and a formal apology for the unprofessional conduct of your employees. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I shall proceed with legal action at the risk and cost of your company.


I look forward to a swift resolution to this issue.

Never book this ever. Bhai paise kha kr kaam nhi krte h yeh log. Call karo to call bhi nhi uthate. Uthane ke baad bhi badtameez se baat krte h. Scooty pickup ke liye chota sa tempo bhej diya.

Top packers with low budget attitude

Top packers in India. High budget, but these given below are the problems faced. ( GC no. 4900934 - Ahmedabad to chennai)




  1. Not organised




-don't expect a WhatsApp update of track status or live luggage trackstatus like courier people do. They cannot give you that.




  • loading/unloading persons will demand in the name of tips, 1000 per head (Ahmedabad branch) after getting invoice with GST. They doesn't look like employees, just locally arranged. They are paid less, hence they start bargaining with us. !




  • All most three different people asked money at quotation, loading and unloading. You may wonder who they are? They don't have any IDs, difficulty to communicate through out transit.






Its like a local network of people running a top packer business.




  • these kind of services(local persons demanding more money , poor traceability, poor communication) , can be provided by medium packers, at less price. Don't expect a professional approach.




  • after loading and 70 percent payment for an Individual-vehicle it stays in godown for 36hrs. They cannot tell when it reaches destination, untill the vehicle starts. So much for the national service and transportation ability




  • 100 percent or even 70% in my case payments, before initiating packing is too much for the above quality






Better try a less budget. Anyway, the less budget groups will also take you through the above ordeal but atleast you save some money for the difficulty faced.
