Affinity Salon - Defence Colony - Delhi

Have been going here for the last 8years. but the management I have seen doesn't care about their clients. I was having my waxing done and they did not lock the door and some random guy walked in. and not only that. these people were told that this has happened once before. they just kept saying blank and unapologetic sorries. I called their zonal head who said she will look into it. has not told me what has been done and was as unapologetic. I recommend you go to a place where the people care about their clients.

I go to the salon for new look of my hair. I want to look different on my fiends wedding.

I was very exited for this.

I downloaded some images from net to reference them for my hair style.

there staff was very rude behaved. they have so much attitude.

but I was thought I was wrong. after cut up my hairs. I was totally disappoint from there service.

they charge a lot for this cut . infrastructure was good. reception was also good.

I advice people to not go for at-least haircut.

I got my hair perming done at Affinity Salon Defence Colony for which they charged me Rs.5000. They were not able to achieve the perm in first two sittings and talked me into a 3rd sitting.

The heavy use of chemical has damaged my hair. Just because they did not want to give the money back, they have damaged my hair permanently, despite my repeated pleading to give the money back.

Only the Ambiance  is good but service is not good.Please don't try. This is totally waist of money.
