Over all poor management. Even booked tickets online, I spend more than 1hr to get tickets. didn't get logic why to be in queue.
one common booking center is there. you can have separate ticket center for online users only at the entry of respective park (theme park, water park) to avoid all crowd at main booking center.
Overcrowd rides. for each n every rides average waiting period is 1hr. management should restrict the number of customers. because we are not paying to be in queues for hrs.
Even Salute for your money making scheme of express tickets. you are literary making fool people who buying regular ticket. are they paying to be in queue? For express tickets you have space for separate line for SAME RIDE, why don't you use it as commonly. You not suppose reduce service towards regular ticket holders by allowing express ticket holders people in-between of rides.
If you want to give premium service to express ticket holders, You should have separate rides for them. Instead of reducing service of regular ticket holders.
Food quality is too poor at such a huge price. at least. at least. at least. give customers quality of food for that amount. Small children, kids who use to eat that. sharam karo yaar.
people do come there from all over Maharashtra, at least be sensitive. we are paying you whatever charges you have set. In the return we expect good service. fun. not to get humiliated over express vs regular ticket. Imagicaa management does reply on good feedbacks. being responsilble, will they do respond on worst feedback?
