I got a act broadband internet every alternate day the sevice is down for past one month. Even after multiple complaints they take around 12 hours to fix the issues.I will never recommend this to anyone.Worst service provider.

Hi this evening has given me a bad experience with ACT Fibernet. where the customers are not guided or helped during the network breakdown issues. Today my internet was not working and when I contacted the CC or helpdesk, the Associate who handled my call was not in a mood to handle my issue. His quality of serviced was pathetic. pls don't opt ACT, they only ACT


ACT is cheating customers

ACT allowed another customer to create account using my Gmail ID. I got reminder to make payment in my Gmail and the amount I paid went to the other account. I've raised number of tickets with their helpdesk. But all tickets get closed without anyone talking to me or solving the problem.

Act fibernet is the worst service provider not in india but in the world. Every week there is internet issue and no resolution provided by customer support. Every time there is a reply that there is a ptoblem in junction box. I am facing this issue from 6 months. One suggestion pls dont opt for this internet provider.

One of the WORST internet service provider conducting business in India. Every month internet connections are are switched off citing technical issues. Company is conducting business with a very weak infrastructure.


No compensation is offered for non providing of services. No refund policy in place due to inconsistent services.

I thought of trying a new provider and probably made the worst decision ever. These guys are totally useless, unprofessional, non-responsive, zero commitment to deadlines and pathetic.


The sales guy scammed me into getting a connection via him and not the other salesguy by saying that he will provide additional discount to me(His no.- 729195xxxx). Then he said he will Paytm me that amount since he can't reduce the bill, which he never did ofc. He didn't tell me that a separate box will be installed at my house for giving router power.


Coming to installation, it took them 8 days to get the connection live. I was constantly following up and they were behaving casually and committing to any timelines. They were making useless technical reasons everyday and not picking up calls. On 8th day, when I made the payment to Airtel, the came back saying now we can provide you internet and asked not to cancel.


Their customer service ID is also not responsive and I had to go through pathetic experience since I could not escalate it to anyone. Their team leads(Ankit- 920559xxxx) is another useless guys. He is a team lead but will not entertain you, didn't pick up my calls either.


Even in cancellation, they are harassing me and not processing it. I have been waiting for refund and following up with these duds.


Final recommendation: Never opt for Act fiber, these are literally duds in the current times. if with Airtel, stick with it, never change,

I requested to disconnect my account 4 months ago


They didn’t disconnect also didn’t refund my remaining amount. I received sms today to pay for another 6 months


They have got few goons in the disconnection department who will not listen to you and not disconnect your account. I’m surprised how they can operate like this

I had very bad and horrible experience with act Fiber , I have applied for act fiber and agent is after me to raise the request and get the payment for provisioning and have paid provisioning fees , later no response from the company and not even enquiry or message from the company on installation and approached several a time customer support, they will say that they will get back but no resolution, after one months the sent bill without installation, now reminders on the payments for second month bill , I called customer support they will say same answer , the guy in field support is so rude and will cut the phone while speaking and still not installed even after 3 months but they are sending the bills , they don’t have any process to check with customer of the order installed but their billing department sends the bill , field support is horrible and very rude , I ask my money refund he tell on the face that I don’t know talk to the company , please don’t get in to trouble like I did , no internet connection even after 3 months in core hub of the city nallagandla Lingampally, I never experienced such a horrible things in my entire tenure as I dealt with many local service providers and other companies, just for every customer to know about this and don’t fall in to trap

I've been using actcorp since 5 years. Despite of paying 100 Mbps, never get the speed of 30 Mbps and they fixed a box on top of my house, but never deducted more than 50/- ever.

I face a network issue every 3 months & raise a ticket for the same. Nothing is done about it, unless a continuous follow up is done.


Everytime you call the customer care number, they chant the same words "there is a network issue in your area, our team is working on it, it's taking longer than usual, our technician will call you back".


No one calls you. The drill repeats till one day they feel ok let's rectify this.


A change in service provider is the only solution.

I raised 5 to 8 request for installing the new router tp link. After one month of usage I did not got router at all.


I called customer care around 10time no response.


Then I request for closing the connection itself.


They are telling closing the connection also need a time.


I am reachable at 886105xxxx.

Please do not buy ACT fiber internet when issue is raised issue is not resolved based on ETR for example if issue is raised to your issue is resolved after 5 or 10 days. when when I called service man he will never pick call when I call to ACT customer care they told issue is resolved next 24 hours but issue is not resolve after 60 hours after 60 hour also same issue but issue is not resolved I called to customer care and asked my refund money they told no refund option in ACT. ACT is cheating to customer do not go with ACT fiber internet.


I do not want giving 0.5 rating also Hi folks please do not buy ACT

Paying this package of 1260/- which is higher since COVID 19, till now you have even provided the speed of 300mbps as per my package, will you refund my amount since than and I just pay one day delay in payment you changed 25 rupees extra without any intimation.

I was having a good opinion on ACT FIBER NET with respect to the customer service and took ACT FIBER connection on 01-June-2024 at 02:00PM with the prospect number 101715173195 and completed the digital verification with your esteemed company by paying an amount of INR 3, 717 with the ACT FIBER NET ACCOUNT NO.. 101715196466.


However your sales executive spoke to me (through the mobile number 966600xxxx) and made false promises with the installation scheduled on 02-June-2024. After making the payment the sales executive is not picking/ answering the calls. Please take necessary action on the concerned which damages your company's reputation in the market.


Till date i.e., 04-June-2024 by 03:45PM none your service engineer nor the sales executive has contacted mewith the updated installation schedule. I have contacted the customer care on 9121212121 and didn't get a proper resolution for my problem with regard to installation and cancellation too.


I have tried to raise a ticket for refund, Under the Chat bot option Payment Related FAQs, but cleverly you have not enabled the option for the customer to do so (to raise a ticket).

I have been using ACT for more than 10 years. I have changed houses and shifted connection. Never every faced any serious problem with connection, service or support. It used to be resolved quick.


Recently in past 3-4 months, I have faced issue with my connection multiple times. Every time it takes more than 3-4 days to resolve. It takes number of followups with customer support team. Their technical team will close the service request without working on it. They just want to "show" that they are fast.


The customer support cannot(won't) transfer calls to supervisors or technical team. They will always say that problem will be resolved in "next 24 hours" no matter how much time as alredy passed.


Very frustrating experinace.


Once a good company with good service, is loosing now. Unfortunately, its sad to see a decline in the service of a good company "once upon a time".


Shifting issue NOT resolved

I had raised shifting request on May 10. Today is 15th May and I haven't seen any resolution. Whenever I call the Support number, they say it will be done in the next 24 hours, but I haven't seen the light of the day. Worst service
